s. d.Pulled in on the off-chance of a bite to eat. There's a lot stuffed into this garden center. Good café with hot well cooked food, clean and tidy building. Outside however, it's part garden center, part zoo. There are all sorts of birds and chickens, which insidentally made me feel a touch guilty about eating their potential offspring , but I managed to put such thoughts aside as I enjoyed the breakfast. There is even a car wash for those needing it. Give it a try.
R. A.A quaint little garden centre offering something a little different to the usual big name places that are all pretty much the same.
The choice is limited but what it lacks in merchandise it makes up for in other areas. The layout and quirky style jumps out at you, the animal pens and area for the goats is great.
We visited the cafe, the staff were super polite, the choice was just right it tasted nice and the price was reasonable, very clean in there too.
We will be returning with the grandson as he’ll love seeing the animals. October 30th and no Christmas decorations or artificial trees for sale. I’m not sure if this is something they don’t do or we were just too early.
S. C.Visited today for the craft fair and had a very enjoyable afternoon. The food in the tea room was very nice and my friends and I really enjoyed seeing the animals especially the goats and the tortoise. It was a really lovely few hours we spent here.
T. S.Always nice to visit here. Parking is easy. Includes a garden centre, fish centre, sheds and outbuildings, an area with animals and also a coffee shop.
As you go in, there is also a hand car wash place.
Not the least expensive place but still worth a visit, and worth supporting local.
M. M.Good tea shop. Wide range of products and wonderful animals. Disabled friendly apart from toilets. Owners very welcoming and friendly. We'll worth a visit, you will want to go back again. Good craft fairs. Fantastic goats, sociable

R. S.It has nearly anything you need garden wise, well looked after has a decent cafe. Very helpful staff. Has It has a fish suplier next door, not only goldfish/coys/ fish tanks and tropical fish, fishing bait as well.Garden sheds are on display and for sale.
S. T.Better than the chain garden centres. Knowledgeable staff who have fabulous customer service. Thoroughly recommend , I will only be using Wood meadow they have a range you can't get anywhere else.
K. b.Lovely garden centre it's increased in size since my last visit,all there Bedding plants are reasonable price and the little cafe has good range of food friendly staff,and if you have children a lot of animals to see goats chickens rabbits guinea pigs etc nice place to visit.
C. S. P.It's a bit of a mish mash, nice for nursery plants and pots. If you are looking for more established plants I'd say you may be disappointed. There are also chickens, goats, rabbits etc here alongside a lovely tearoom. Be nice on a summers day.
