We had our 14m2 Arctic Cabin installed in time for bonfire night 2021. Our AC installers Jamie & Ben were so efficient and worked so well together they managed to install the cabin within the day. They arrived bright and early and didn’t stop until it was finished. They were a great team and provided me with all of the information I needed to get started. We’ve been using our cabin over the festive period and have had some wonderful times in there with our friends and family. Its been interesting and fun learning to cook on an open fire and we're getting better all of the time and cooked a ‘restaurant perfect’ Tomahawk steak for our Christmas lunch. We needed planning permission because of the location of our cabin but we didn’t have any problems getting approval, providing we used approved fuel due to us living in a smoke free zone. This is no problem as the DEFRA approved fuels are readily available and we really enjoy our smoke free fires most weekends. We love our cabin. It is a great addition to our home and offers us so many social options. It looks so beautiful in the garden and due to its shape has a much smaller footprint than inside space. Our Arctic Cabin has improved our lifestyle, we have had some lovely times in there and I have no doubt will continue to do so for many years to come. Thank you Arctic Cabins!

Our 7 m² barbecue hut has just been installed, expertly by Jack and Reece, two smashing lads who were very friendly, helpful and brilliant at what they did. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product but then this is our second hurt from Arctic Cabins, the first one being at our old house about nine years ago. The quality of the product and the installation is still every bit as good as it ever was. However, that is just half the picture. At every stage in the process, people have been so helpful and made the process so easy and really, surprisingly quick to say how much in demand the product is. From the initial contact by George who came down to assess the site and its suitability, through Nikki with her guidance on what will be required of us, and Debbie dealing with the payments, everybody has just been first class. A special mention also for Derek who delivered materials and is an absolutely smashing bloke as well. We know we are going to be as blissfully happy with this cabin as we were our previous one and we are looking forward to a future of red wine, burnt sausages and talking utter tripe and nonsense with friends and family alike. Thank you so much Arctic Cabins!

Fantastic installation and end result! The installation team from the delivery of base materials to full installation of the cabin were polite , friendly and arrived when they said they would! The cabin was up and ready in just 4hrs and the complimentary accessories are lovely…the only thing I’d say it would be nice to have included is a hook of some sort for the door? But otherwise very pleased and looking forward to lots of social gatherings over the summer and beyond!

We chose the 10 meter bbq Artic Cabin from a visit to the site in Notts. The sales guy David Coveney and the owner answered all our questions. Placed order and delivered in less than a month. A team of 3 guys came to install (sadly we didn't get their names) however they were quite exceptional. In under 5 hours they worked non stop to build foundation and the complete the cabin. Super job and quality of build. Site was left clean and tidy. Fully recommend this product and professional approach to satisfying the customer.

Delighted with our new 10m2 BBQ Hut from Arctic Cabins. We originally used one of these on holiday in Scotland a few years ago and now having the space for one we visited Arctic Cabins in Nottingham a couple of times to ensure we choose the right size one for us. It was installed in just 6 hours with the installers arriving bright and early at 7.00am. We've only had it up for just over a week but our initial experiences have been great. Despite some terrible weather since installation (rain and yet more rain) we've spent more time in the BBQ Hut than we have in our living room.

We bought our BBQ cabin over 2yrs ago. It is excellent. We Stain it twice a year and it is still in great condition. Last year had an issue with a gap due to the structure settling. They came and sorted it out without issue. Efficient, professional and polite. This year there was a slight gap in the doorframe. Again Tom and Reco arrived early, fixed the problem, making sure I was happy with everything they did. I can't speak highly enough of this company. Thank you for my little sanctuary

From purchase to aftersales,we cannot recommend Artic Cabins enough, every step of the way customer service has been exemplary. Any queries regarding the space in our garden before installation were answered very quickly. On install day the wind and rain couldn't have been worse. However the two guys worked through this arrived on site when said 730 a.m. and true to their word all was done by 1 p.m. they were friendly and most helpful explaining how to use the BBQ etc. Don't hesitate to buy one you as we are experiencing will have some cosy fun evenings with friends and family. Every once in a while I stumble upon amazing Companies that just deliver everything I could expect and then some. Arctic Cabins are one of them. We had been thinking about a BBQ cabin for a while and went to their show site just to see what was on offer. It’s a great show piece and we were allowed to look around in peace. After an appropriate amount of time, David came over to say hello and explained everything to us. He was really helpful and took a note of our requirements then left us to it. We met again at a show day at a retail outlet and decided to go ahead. The installation team of Adam and Matt couldn’t be faulted - such a great pair of hard working, polite and quality conscious guys. We’re really pleased with our cabin and we’d recommend Arctic Cabins without hesitation!

We bought our cabin nearly two years ago. It was installed quickly and the guys were excellent, helpful and polite. They had no problems with carrying all the panels the 50 metres to the concrete base. We have had two problems with one of the window surrounds where the wood had deteriorated and recently misting in one of the double plazed panels. Both of these issues were dealt with very quickly with no quibbles, replacing with new parts. Really fantastic customer care. The cabin has been great to use, in particular the built in barbecue is so easy to use compared to the normal, freestanding one. Even though we had a couple of issues I would without any hesitation recommend this company and their products.

After first seeing a bbq cabin back in 2018, it sowed the seed and after visiting the build it live show at the Detling show ground in February 2020, which enabled us to get a real feel for the size and quality without having to travel to the Nottingham show site. A great sales person (easy sale) gave us all the information we could possibly need and a deposit was paid. Then a pandemic happened, despite this Arctic Cabins stayed in contact with updates on potential fitting dates and ours was subsequently erected in mid May. Todd and Jamie were the fitting team and worked professionally and incredibly hard to produce a faultless cabin. It's a lovely place to relax and enjoy the company of others, the best purchase we've ever made.

We bought a 17m2 sloping side cabin with extension. Really impressed with the quality and amazing design of the structure which has become a wonderful retreat in our garden. The whole process from sales to assembly was very professional and friendly. The cabin was erected in the middle of the June '19 storms but that didn't deter or delay the work and Darren, 'Toddy' and Sean just got on with it and finished the job on time; very impressive. We opted for the 7 mtr cabin because we thought it was the most cosiest option and you are not sat to far away from the BBQ and tables for eating etc, we have found that a large fire is not necessary so generally just use BBQ briquettes or small amounts of hardwood if we are not eating, the team that installed it where Jamie, Sam and a new trainee also called Jamie whom all rolled up bang on time and cracked on without any fuss making sure that the cabin went exactly where I wanted it, they went through all the relevant details and the safety aspects of the cabin with me before leaving. The cabins finish is excellent with very good attention to detail inside and out, together with some good quality timber. All in all, from the start to finish we have received a first class service. Well done to you all.

Very, very pleased with our 10m cabin. From the original Sales visit, subsequent measurements and support with planning and to final installation everything ran smoothly. A special mention to the installation team, Adam and Darren, who arrived 15 minutes ahead of time having spent a 2.5 hour drive down to our property and then spent the next 7.5 hours erecting the cabin and showing off the different features. Highly recommended. A pleasure doing business.

I have wanted one of these huts so badly since 2007 when a friend of mine had one installed. They are truly little hobbit houses! I contacted Arctic Cabins via their website and Cliff called me back pretty much straight away. We discussed various options and prices, and needed some time to go away and work out sizes etc. At no time did we feel pressured, and it was great not to have a 'hard sell' . It is obvious that the Company take pride in the quality of their product (and rightly so)! We decided in the end on the 7m cabin and duly paid the deposit, and agreed a delivery date (the balance is payable either on the day of construction or the day before - whichever works best). On the day of delivery two men arrived bang on time and set to work. They were professional in their approach to the task in hand, and it amazed me how quickly the cabin went up - they've obviously done it once or twice before :0) We ordered the accessory pack (deerskins and a some other extras) which I would thoroughly recommend as it is this pack that gives the hut the finishing touches. The only thing that disappointed my partner slightly was that he couldn't have it in kit form and build it himself (this would invalidate the warranty) but from my point of view this was a huge plus as I wanted it up and running rather than it becoming another half finished project that will always be finished 'soon'. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Arctic Cabins to anyone thinking of purchasing one. Great product and great service!

Jamie and Aaron came to erect hut, they were amazing, really hard workers and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they arrived at 07 30 and were finished by 15 00, no mess left behind. Highly recommend this product and ask for these two to erect it ! You will not be dissapointed

I bought a 10m square BBQ cabin with 3 metre extension the whole deal was dealt with very promptly and professionally especially after I had been let down seriously from another supplier.Myself and my wife are so pleased we chose Arctic Cabins the whole deal dealt with very quickly ordered, delivered and built in about 3 weeks you cannot get better service. On Thurs 13th May Adam and Matt turned up very early and started to work straight away ,they are a very polite ,good humoured, hard working pair of lads no bad language just head down and got on with the Job. If you are in the area and remotely interested in a BBQ Cabin, I highly recommend visiting this show site. Some things you just have to experience for yourself. These Cabins are amazing, spacious and such high specification. The team are so helpful as well, well worth the visit!

Amazing quality arctic cabins, Gaz the owner is very helpful in putting together very unique structures for home or holiday parks, to public and trade. Stayed in one of the cabins at rivendale in ashborne during the winter, it got cozy after only 20 minutes.

The Cabin is fantastic but keep the fire small The Cabin is fantastic, as was the service when we ordered it and had it installed. The reason for 3 stars rather than 5 is because i was burning wood for a number of hours and apparently overheated the chimney. Luckily i noticed this immediately as the paint on the chimney ignited all the way round and the flames were quickly creeping up the outside of the chimney towards the timber roof. i was fortunate to have a hosepipe nearby which i used to quickly extinguish the burning paint. I guess i am to blame for having overheated the chimney but there is no thermometer on the chimney to warn of overheating and i don't recall seeing any warning that fires must be kept small or the paint could catch fire. We were told that as we had used the BBQ as a bonfire the warranty won't cover it. I am still pleased with the cabin overall but really quite sad to have damaged it without meaning to and to have been told we had used it as a bonfire which sounds very irresponsible, thus voiding the warranty.
