Creative Roots were appointed to build a high specification garden for one of my garden design clients. The quality of the initial quotation alone was first rate in its detail, the communication throughout the build excellent, and, most importantly for the client, the standard of the landscaping work exceptional. My clients are delighted with their new garden. I was treated with professional courtesy and was hugely impressed by the service both I and my client received. I hope to be able to work with Neil and the team again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for those seeking an impeccably created garden.

Second house, second garden by Creative Roots! I cannot express how happy I am with Neil and his team - from design, to build and maintenance - twice! I moved house two years ago and having used Creative Roots previously, wanted to use them again. But I was too impatient to wait six months and used another company who were awful! Thankfully Neil came and saved the day. Yes, I had to wait eight months to have my garden done, but it was absolutely worth it. I smile as I approach my house as I'm greeted by such a gorgeous sight. Neil listened to my requirements and designed a garden sympathetic to my needs, using lots of natural materials, which I adore. The work included taking down a crumbling old brick wall that was in danger of collapsing and rebuilding it. They did such a good job, and managed to save enough of the old brinks that it's now one of my favourite features. The team who did the build, Matt, Josh and Alex were great. Hard working and professional, they were respectful and friendly and happy to offer advice when asked. I felt very comfortable with them being at my house and even gave them a set of keys for when I wasn't around. It's an absolute pleasure looking out my window at the transformation they created and I can't wait to watch it develop as the months pass. I'm pretty clueless about gardening so I'll be using the maintenance team to help me keep it looking at it's best. Thank you again for making me a proud home owner yet again!

We wanted to transform our garden from a tradional style to a contemporary one and were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Creative Roots from beginning to end. Neil listened with great care throughout the design process and responded well to our ideas and worked very hard at getting a design that was just what we wanted. Once the team were on site, they were reliable, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and dedicated. They never forgot that it was our home and respected our space, keeping things neat and tidy and keeping us informed about progress. We were consulted with throughout and Neil went to great lengths to ensure that we were happy with the landscaping and design. The end result is our dream garden which we absolutely love! As I write this, I am looking out of our kitchen windows over a large section of our garden which has been completely (and magically, considering the state it was in) transformed by Creative Roots. It now boasts a fabulous play area for our young son, lovely planters in which we're going to grow the likes of peas and strawberries, a spacious and contemporary new patio and walkway, plus some gorgeous planted beds. Put simply, it's unrecognisable as the miserable mess that it has replaced. We could not be happier with the finished result or the service we've had from Creative Roots right from the first phone conversation to the design stage and then the actual building work. The team were a delight to have on site and my husband and I would recommend Creative Roots without any hesitation. In fact, we are so impressed with their design and workmanship that we have now asked them to re-design our front garden too.

At the beginning of this year, (2018) we employed a garden architect to completely redesign our garden. He recommended a couple of landscaping firms but friends discouraged their use so I set out to find someone who had similar style to ours and found Neil from Creative Roots. Had we known he was also a successful designer himself we would have used them from start to finish. Work started in June and faced with the hottest Summer on record his team worked tirelessly and diligently for over 12 weeks to produce the most AMAZiNG transformation.. Matt, Nathan, Graham, Miles and Guy were polite, hard working, tidy, a pleasure to have around our property and displayed a real passion for their work. Each member of the team were diligent and skilled in their area of expertise and it really showed in the final result. I often joked that Neil had OCD he was so exacting in his standards, but it’s an admirable quality and we signed off the garden a couple of weeks ago without any snags. We have a fantastic garden we look forward to sharing next Spring when we’ll welcome the boys back round for a beer and BBQ to thank them for their efforts in providing us with a space we can be truly proud of. Don’t think creative roots won’t do small. They’ve just finished landscaping steps down from a new conservatory onto a small patio and turfed a very uneven lawn in Lady Bay. Professional advice from beginning to end. Friendly, considerate, reliable and the finished product is excellent. Highly recommend with no reservations.

I would recommend this company to anyone. We have been working with Creative Roots for a couple of years now having moved house and seen how well they looked after our new neighbours. They are extremely reliable and have made our garden one to be proud of. If you keep meaning to sort your garden out give these guys a call.

We have been delighted with the work that Neil and his team have done, and they have transformed a stayed overgrown garden into one which now boasts a contemporary outdoor eating and entertainment area that adds value to our lives and to the property. They have installed a pizza oven, lighting, new access to the top of the garden, and transformed a drive at the front of the house with new paving, drainage and up-lighters that are controlled from our iPhones. Just recently they have tidied up an old storage and compost area, removed two and a half old fence panels that had collapsed and trimmed back overhanging shrubs and trees. They removed all the waste and completed the job in just over two hours. We would recommend them to anyone unreservedly.
