Wide selection of very affordable and cheap plants, trees starting at under £40 & a great offers on perennials 3 for £7.50. The staff are amazing and go to great lengths to assist. The clearance corner is my favourite spot, had some great bargains

Garden centre much improved from a few years ago. Really good choice of plants. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Purpose of visit was to visit Kingdom Designs - what a dump. Needs some serious tidying as the place doesn’t fill you with confidence to go and spend £20k plus on a garden room.

Wide selection of plants: annuals, perennials, shrubs, climbers, trees etc and friendly informative and helpful staff. All at reasonable prices. Parking can be tricky, it's on quite a slope, but mid week you can pull right up to the compost section and load those 60l bags no problem.

Cannot rate this place highly enough!! Garden centre, animal farm and play park. If I could give it 10 stars I would 😊 the cafe is very reasonably priced, we paid £18 for a childs meal of sausage, mash and beans, an adult large cooked breakfast, an adult bacon and cheese panini, tea and coffee. They have a separate seating area if you have children with some tents for them to play in and a fenced off play area with all sorts to keep them entertained. (Pictures attached) The garden centre had a sale on so everything was reduced by at least a third in price. The animal farm was £3 entry for each adult and our little man went in free as he was under two. Animal feed was £1 a tub. They have alpacas, chickens, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs and a turtle. Plenty of places to wash your hands. Then the play park has a little area with lots of trucks for the kids to ride round, a couple of lovely big wooden climbing sets, a large sand pit with buckets and spades and little cages of birds and ferrets. Everyone we came into contact with was so polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of parking and things to look at to keep all ages happy. We will be going back a LOT!

The garden centre is very good; well stocked with a good range of garden plants, trees, shrubs, pond plants, seeds, composts, tools and everything you might need in the garden. Staff are very helpful and have good knowledge for most problems you'd have. If you need a hand with bulky stuff and heavy compost sacks, ask at the desk and they will help you load your purchases into the car. The cafe serves good food and is well priced. The best bit is the gift shop. Lots of locally made stuff, again at very reasonable prices. On site there is also a hut where you can buy local honey. It also has things for children: there is a farm centre with playground area which I've not been to but does look good. There is a charge per child. There is no inside heating.

Great! Car park a bit shabby, gives a suspicious first impression, but I was really impressed with the variety, price and health of the plants. I would definitely go back, I've been all over looking to complete a garden project, lots of plants needed. If I'd have gone here first I think I could have done it all in one go.

A good selection of plants of many different types. The layout of the display areas is well presented and allows a good view of the plants. All the shrubs and trees look well cared for with no signs of damage or distress. Many items are very reasonable priced. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Santa Grotto, was fantastic well organised and the inside was magical. Santa was great spoke to the children well and it was set so they could have a photo and still be covid safe. Recommend to anyone. Staff in the shop were really helpful.

It was lovely, so nice to see some very well cared for animals and they were gentle and very friendly. The garden center was good with competitive prices and a nice range of healthy plants. Then the cafeteria was excellent. Lovely seating area and beautiful cake's, spoiled for choice. We went on a friend's recommendation and will definitely be going back. The grandchildren loved it.

An afternoon at most covers it here but that's perfect when you don't want to be rushing out in the morning. Play area is suited for under 12's but the kids do have a lot of fun here! The gift shop is lovely, I would go back just to go in the shop. Cafe is lovely as well with a good selection of hot and cold food. I wouldn't say it was massively overpriced. 3 sandwich lunches, a hot chocolate with cream, marshmallows and flake (looked delicious) and a bottle of coke (sandwich included salad and crisps) came to just under £20. Obviously more than you'd perhaps usually pay but you have to expect it. One of the ponies did bite my daughter and she didn't even have her hand through the fence so be careful, there's plenty of warning signs up but I know people do tend to ignore them! I don't think it was being aggressive but just mistook her hand for food! I think she'd of had a chunk took out of her hand if it was being aggressive! Overall, kids love it here and on a nice sunny day, it's lovely just to pay it a visit one afternoon

Younger kids will love it, older kids will be a bit bored due to the size of the place. There are a good amount of animals than are friendly and keen to eat from your hand.

We enjoyed our shopping trip to the garden centre, buying a number of novelty items such as toys and stationery. Followed by an excellent meal, which was quickly served, hot and good value. Parking was no problem but you may need a sat nav to find it easily.

The garden centre has recently been taken over and the New owners and Management are making a wonderful start to making the garden centre the best in the Area. congrats to Martyn and the team in the Garden Centre area everything looks beautiful and well cared for and it's so well worth the visit to come to the garden centre and see plants looking this way and at such reasonable prices. The cafeteria area is also so much nicer and we'll worth the visit. The gift shop area is still there but not as yet full of stock but once it is full of the items we love to buy for our homes and presents etc especially as Christmas is nearing the while place will be great. Defiantly a place to try.

Fantastic experience with my daughter who's 2. We went to see Santa and ended up watching a circus show AND having tea with Santa. The staff were all brilliant and helpful as I was there on my own. Always had good experience here and would highly recommend a visit if you've got young ones over Christmas.

Very friendly. The cafe is weĺl worth a visit. You order & pay for your drinks and food & it is then taken to your table. They have a log burner in the centre of the room.with sofas around it ideal for cold days. The food is excellent.

Glad floralard gardens was open for outside when today for coffee and a cake went with my mum husband and my dog blondie nice weather setting outside and the dog enjoy it because she had a sausage there it was busy but we did not had to wait long we be going there for a long time so we was glad it was open

Site has been over and is now all open. Café open doing some great food and drink in a fabulous setting overlooking open countryside and the farm park. Plants are all healthy, with a good selection and great prices. The gift shop is very reasonably priced and has a lovely section at the back which is rented out to local crafters, there is some really lovely gift items. Well worth a visit.

As garden centres go there appears to be plenty of stock. The staff are friendly and the slightly random arrangements of buildings and areas encourage a good wander.

Within a five minute drive, there is an animal farm for children, well stocked Garden Centre and a great cafe where you are welcome to take your dogs inside and outside in the summer months. The shop is also well worth a visit, and there is plenty to see.

Lovely little place to bring the kids and a nice cafe too. It's only a small place so don't expect a full day out for the kids. The cafe is pretty big so shouldn't hey overly busy. It is very well priced for entry so is a cheap way of entertaining the little ones. We will definatly return at somepoint as our little boy really enjoyed it.

Just had a brilliant Greek salad in the cafe for lunch, delicious, fresh, crispy tasty salad. Good cake and coffee too! A week later and we're back, today's Lavender and Honey cake was absolutely delicious!

Garden centre looking a lot better. Noticing it stocked well in the planting department. Improvements all the time. Lovely place to have a drink outside and in peace. Fire in the middle of the cafe in the winter which is a good reason to go when cold. Food could be better, more info where food is from i.e butchers/local ect on the menu. Choice of brown bread for example with beans on toast. Little things could improve things. I like the table service. Plants are good value..

Just been here for lunch. Staff were friendly and service was very quick. Limited vegetarian options but sandwiches were fresh, plenty of filling and the side salad was lovely. Black coffee was very weak.

Compact garden centre and cafe with a small farm zoo attached. There are set times for kids to hold and pet some rabbits and Guinea pigs, and plenty of goats, donkeys and a few Llamas to feed. Also a decent size adventure play area. Enough to keep kids going for a full afternoon.

Cheap entrance fee! About £2.50p. Good sized play area worth the fee alone! Not many animals out in the fields today. Garden centre next door, coffee shop not badly priced - depends on what you fancy. You can come & go all day inc in entrance price. Kids can go on little pedal tractors. Also has a mini steam train to sit on for £1. Good day out. Kids loved it

Great choice of plants at this garden centre with reasonable prices and a bargain bin selection too. However, our cafe experience was less than mediocre. My tuna salad was sad and outdated, it felt like we'd gone back in time to what salads used to be in the 80's. Wet heap of lettuce with a tuna mayonaise heap on top with four slices of tomato, cucumber and boiled eggs, the latter of which tasted like they'd been soaked in vinegar, arranged on the edge of the plate. My partner's pannini came 'warmed through' and was damp and unappealing. Plus we had to pay for our food first, normally one pays after a meal. Not impressed at all. Come on cafe Floralands, you can do better than this!

Went to Floraland farm today for the first time with my daughter and grandson. What a lovely experience. Staff were approachable and friendly. Shops were interesting. Animals are well looked after and the areas clean and tidy,bare in mind it is a animal farm. Lots of washing stations for cleaning hands. The play area is absolutely fantastic. Please don't visit it as we want it all to ourselves 😁 Just joking. Its lovely and the restaurant was brilliant too Did I tell you the small aquatic area was also interest???? Garden plants Ok I could go on but you need to see for yourselves. Have a nice time xxx we did :) :) :)

We love Floraland Garden Centre. We've been taking the children for a couple of years now and today was a special day as it's lamb feeding time. Our granddaughter loved feeding baby Parsnip she was gorgeous. Holy who runs it is fab,the other girls are lovely too. The cafe has plenty of choice and the food is beautiful and reasonable.

I only went in to have a look. I haven't been in for 30 years. All I can say is it's worth a visit. It's the original garden centre round here. There is an air of being stuck in the past about it but in a nice way. It's cosy.

The farm park is small but ace and good value. The cafe is slow, with dirty uncleared tables, and a nightmare. I saw a member of staff take a chip of a plate they were taking out and eat it.

Farm was amazing however i felt sorry for one of the pigs it had overgrown toes and a really scaly back :( the person in the cafe serving said he had a head cold and had sweat dripping off his forhead it was discusting.
