Bought a planter on line. When it arrived it was damaged (not the shop's fault). The staff at The Worm that Turned were excellent in sorting the problem. Swift email responses from them and arranged a new product to be delivered and the damaged one picked up in a matter of 2-3 days. Excellent service all round and would definitely recommend them.
