Lovely garden centre , very helpful staff , plenty of plants spoilt for choice , they also sell jams , marmalades and chutney , outer wear and loads of other bits and pieces , I bought loads of plants and a jacket .

Brilliant garden centre, has a dedicate area for animals, including ones they sell (Various fish, rabbits etc). They also have a little cafe which does a very good coffee.

After quite a few attempts at gardening and getting plants from Superstores. I decided to visit Notcutts, as you can see it off the main road. They have a very large variety of plants and tools for indoor / outdoor gardening. There are also experienced gardeners who can query regarding plants that you are purchasing and how to take care of them. I found a years worth of knowledge quite quickly. My plants are thriving that I purchased from here. The ones I really like and I hope to grow my collection.

Had a lovely shopping experience with my daughter today also had coffee and cake in the cafe. I mistakenly thought I had been over charged so I called the garden centre and a lady called Chris dealt with me. I have to say how patient this member of staff was with me and so professional over the phone . It was my mistake, but thank you Chris for taking the time to go over my reciept payment. Very helpful.

Poor sign posting inside meant hoo ha with the dogs and the restaurant, disaster with a garden brolly caused more chaos but then the food came and it was really good! The young man at the till who looked like he was having a nightmare came good and his service was brilliant!

Nice and open, easy to wander round even with all the Christmas stock and well marked for one way and social distancing. Has a good range of practical and gift products year round and their Christmas area has a nice variety of themes and styles as well as various artificial trees. It says there's limited numbers but in the pet area there were 2 other people and in the other indoors section maybe ten people we passed walking around. The paying method with social distancing works well and is easy to follow, very relaxed walking around even with the current situation, though may be because it was so quiet.

First visit here, and just a quick visit too. Pet area in separate barn, which you then have to pay for in main shop, by walking round one way system! Nicely laid out however,.. Worth a visit as they are also starting to put out their Christmas stock!!!

This is a very good garden centre carrying most things you will need. However the main attraction is their restaurant. It is always busy and for a good reason, the food is lovely and their coffee is the best one in Peterborough. They make fantastic scones of all kinds. Just make sure you don't show up too late as things will sell out due to the popularity.

I chose a Christmas tree last week and was served by a very nice employee and collected it today. I was so impressed that they had put my tree in water to keep it fresh and they were extremely helpful getting it in my car. I always buy my tree here, and would definitely recommend them.

Nothing wrong with the place as a whole but getting assistance is a nightmare . I wanted to buy an outdoor tree for the front garden so needed help and advice but finding someone was a task, I had to go right into the shop, right through to the checkout and asked a young girl if she could get me some assistance to be told to go back outside and someone would be out there so went and wandered around for another 20 minutes. .gave up in the end. Well their loss, Was willing to spend whatever it cost to get the right tree.

Me and my family visited today and went to see the fishes and animals. Matthew spoke to us and showed us Merlin the parrot. He had clear knowledge of the animals you care for, and was very kind and even let my sister hold a little tortoise. Please let Matthew know he made our visit just that more enjoyable and keep up the hard work. Thank you 😊

I visited today to buy a couple of Bengalese finches and I have to say the 2 ladies in the pet department were excellent, they were knowledgeable and very professional, I cannot praise them enough for their help and guidance. 10/10 Ladies you are a credit to Notcutts.

Ordered two breakfasts on Mon 8th Jan 2019. Freezing cold plates, had to find someone to deal with. Plate taken to kitchen, without comment, returned with slightly warmer plate. No apology. One sausage missing, repeated above steps. Still no comment from staff. Will never waste my time or money on such an indifferent service. Future breakfast eaters, be warmed. James

Nice lunch today with my 2 g. Daughters only complaint the fried eggs were very overcooked my g. Daughter was disappointed I was a bit baffled about main courses and the 2 for 1. We had 2 dishes from the main board and a jacket potato with cheese, from another board. that was classed as the cheapest BOGOF but it wasn't on the mains board. As my privilege card says buy any main course and get one free. I think this should be made clear, by adding all the relevant dishes under main meals.
