I was referred to Primethorpe Paving by my builder Andy Everett, having searched for a company which could advise about, and supply, quality paving materials. Really glad he did. An amazing service from start to finish. Extremely courteous, with a superb knowledge of the products they offer. No hard sell, just simple language. Delivery when I need it, which is another plus. Buy too much? Not an issue, return what you do not need and get the refund. The website shows what they do. It does not do justice to the manner in which the staff interact with customers. Good listeners, straight talking, great sense of humour. I would recommend this company to anyone who seeks value for money and who values customer service. The big chains simply cannot compete for either.

Friendly, efficient and professional - I recently purchased a bespoke Blue Black Slate Fireplace Hearth from Primethorpe Paving. Neil and Ryan were very helpful and responsive, explaining to me the different options and costs, how the process works and when I could expect to get the hearth once we were all agreed on the material spec and the measurements. Lead time was just under a week, and the guys were very flexible with delivery or pick up options. The hearth has been laid now and looks great. Thanks very much Neil and Ryan.

Very pleased we went with Primethorpe! The products are fantastic. We ordered completely through the website which has fantastic information and made us a lot more informed about the different types of stone. We had visited other places in person but found the information at Primethorpe much better. Great price, great product specifications, exactly as described. Slight issue on delivery. Ours was missed out of the order on the day it should have arrived. We did recieve a call late in the day. However, this was resolved the next day and our order was with us, only 24 hours late. This is advised in the delivery terms. Given the COVID-19 circumstances, I am still rating 5 stars, especially since we were informed. Also we never got a response to emails. Our emails weren't related to questions but confirming deliveries. It would have been nice to have an acknowledgement email. Would highly recommend overall.

We came across Primethorpe Paving and found their descriptions of their products to be very good, and their ordering advice included good quality photographs of the items. When we placed the order Primethorpe phoned us to clarify and confirm a suitable delivery time, which gave us tremendous confidence that we had placed our order with the right company. I ordered a granite fire hearth with a chamfered edge, and when it arrived I was over the moon. The piece was cut precisely and and the edge type was just what we wanted. Everything about this order was brilliant. From placing the initial order, to organising delivery. Honestly can't recommend Primethorpe Paving enough. It's a shame Google don't do 5*'s as I would have given them that!

Paving was great we are still laying but looks great so far. Only issue was with delivery. Driver refused to drop crates near project as it was onto gravel. (worried about his pallet truck) so had to drop 60 yards away! Please get a proper building material delivery company who can delivery properly! Job has taken much longer and slabs have had to be manually moved.
