Simon and his team did an amazing job removing a huge hedge and placing in a 12 metre fence with custom made garden gate. What i found really impressive was the response time from initial enquiry to obtaining a quote. All done quickly compared to other local contractors. Our fence blew down in the recent easterly storms, I picked Simons Company due to the amount of good reviews. Initially he stated it could be 4-5 weeks before he could help us, he came around the next day to look at the task and provide a quote. During his visit I mentioned I was going to take the remaining fence down, Simon offered to help. Then yesterday, eleven days later, he rang to say he could come around today and replace the fence. After just 4hours we have a new fence which is a vast improvement in design, strength and looks. Simon and his team were efficient, tidy and easy to deal with. Simon initially came to look at the job when i wasn't in, to make sure we were all happy with the plan he made an extra visit to the property, his quote was well broken down and he was true to his word and didn't charge us for items in the quote that weren't required. We are very happy with the job on our side and my neighbour is very happy with the presentation on his side. Work started on time and finished early. Simon also took away some extra rubbish for us which was not in the quote.
