Reviews of Endsleigh Garden Centre

Called in to see the Christmas decorations and have dinner and was presently surprised to see the Christmas grotto and the singing penguin 🐧 kids absolutely love it.
Pop into the cafe for a coffee and fish and chips which was plentiful and filling. Staff were very helpful and happy to help.
P. D.
We had a most excellent afternoon tea with freshly made sandwiches, pastries, cakes and a fruit scone with clotted cream and jam. The quality and quantity of the food far exceeded our expectations and we were offered copious quantities of tea even though the staff were extraordinarily busy. A dedicated area is set aside for afternoon tea in the restaurant which made the experience even more special. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Without a doubt one of the most comprehensive garden centres I've ever been to. From seeds and bulbs to garden equipment and garden furniture to fish tanks and live coral to pet food and toys. When you're all shopped out, stop at the cafe for a cuppa or bite to eat or get fresh food and beverages. There is also a huge kitchen section from which I almost had to drag my wife away from!
L. S.
Restaurant review - really lovely food and massive portions. Staff helpful and nice
Although it's slightly expensive, I think it's worth the money. I had the chicken club sandwich and only managed half, but they gave me a takeaway box and had the rest later. We just missed breakfast (stops 11:30) but lunch starts at 11:45 and it was really quick

I love this place! I always leave with a find.
Today it was wild strawberry plants, toys for the granddaughters and a dress!
Sometimes I just go for a stroll and coffee, it is such a lovely place!
J. S.
Fantastic selection of plants and other bits and pieces. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant does good food , especially the afternoon tea at great value for money. Would totally recommend this for a lovely few hours out
J. K.
I would like to thank the staff at Endsleigh for the wonderful time me and my family had during our tea with Santa on Saturday the 3rd of December. The staff created a lovely atmosphere for the children and adults and provided brilliant service where nothing was too much trouble.
A. C.
Nice that you are dog friendly but unfortunately not in your cafe. How about having a dog friendly corner of the cafe? It's a shame that all the dog owners (and we saw lots) can't sit down and have a drink or bite to eat.
H. B.
This is a lovely garden centre on the whole.
However, one criticism, ENDSLEIGH PLEASE NOTE:-
While I appreciate that you want your customers to pass through the whole store, some thought needs to be given to your disabled customers who really cannot be expected to wind their way through decorations, indoor plants, food and so on to get from one part of the store to another. I am not severely disabled, only on crutches, but I was absolutely exhausted having to go all that way. PLEASE HELP others in the same situation!
Thanks,
Helen

Fantastic some really lovely stuff. Everything for any kind of garden,we had lunch and it was beautiful, staff very nice and very helpful. Lovely visit cant wait to go back again.
F. P.
Great food in the restaurant and a fantastic selection of products to buy. Was good to get a few bargains ready for next Christmas too!
A. P.
I've been thrilled with the service, knowledge and amazing selection of indoor plants and HUGE range of Bonsai! Gail has always been so welcoming and happy to help to provide us with advice and her invaluable knowledge. It's great to ask her questions as she has very friendly energy. It's clear there are always deliveries turning up as there is always something new!
We love to visit garden centres and throughout all the garden centres we've been to, this selection is by far the best in Devon. Simon is also brilliant and holds a wealth of knowledge! Even just speaking to them gives you confidence in caring for new unusual species. I LOVE bonsai as we have 6 of them, their ones I'm always eyeing them up! ;)
L. R.
Since blue diamond have taken over the new owners have given it a Great makeover.
Sad part of this is the high prices some more expensive than families can afford
Especially in clothing and restraunt
R. S.
Wide range of plants,shrubs,compost.
Gardening equipment, household goods, outdoor clothing. Not much they don't stock to be honest.
Two very busy cafe's. Bit on the expensive though.
A. B.
Really lovely garden centre.Good selection of Christmas goodies.Very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole centre.Service in restaurant was excellent and friendly.Already recommended you to several friends.
S. N.
Had Afternoon Tea today. The service was excellent - Eric was very helpful. The food was lovely as was the Prosecco, and the room set aside for Afternoon Tea was decorated beautifully. The whole afternoon was relaxing & fun - a great way to celebrate a special birthday. Thank You
S. B.
Went for lunch with a friend and our 3 children. Browsed the garden center then went to the main cafe. Had a really lovely selection. Food was hot and really tasty. Seating indoors and outside. Little play area outside.
Service was superb. Staff were brilliant. Brought the children colouring stuff.
We also booked the soft play area at £4.50 a child. They are running on 2 hour slots. Lovely little area. Then had cake.
Toilets available
Plenty of on site parking
They have a great selection of plants, homewares, treats along with mainstone aquatics and jolleys pet store.
Definitely recommend especially at Christmas
J. M.
Massive selection of plants, garden ornaments, furniture .. all sorts of things.
Some great bakery products at reasonable prices and more unusual confectionery which would make good gifts (different flavours and large sized packets).
They have clothes, cards, children's toys, aquariums and fish .. you can spend a long time in this shop just browsing and then sit down for a coffee .. and then in another area for lunch.
It's a good place to while away a few hours and pick up some gifts for yourself and the family/friends.
R. C.
Had a good time here with family. The restaurant is clean & there is a good choice. Upon looking around it got quite hot inside as it was a warm day and we had to go outside to find some shade but on the whole we had a good time & there is a lot to see while you're there. I would recommend it
A. T.
Lovely lunch but very pricey and the layout of the store is awful. Its like a long and winding road to take in the whole store with no seating along the way for less able customers. There are no shortcuts around the store now so it's not somewhere you can just nip into anymore. Supposedly clever marketing but it's putting a lot of customers off.
C. C.
Terry was the best help for me to suit my budget and needs for the choice of flowers/pots. The pots that I bought fit perfectly and she was incredibly patient/welcoming. Definitely one of my favourite garden centres. Thank you Terry for the amazing service 🙋🏻♀️
J. W.
Very friendly staff, food is generally quite good, always clean and tidy, the only thing that let it down today was a lad with very long hair, it needs to be tied back to prevent hair in the food. Most of the girls either have pony tails or plaits which is fine.
G. C.
On viewing and looking to purchase some garden furniture we were excellently assisted by the young guy who had a lot of experience and patience. He was honest and helpful in helping us make our choice. Thankyou
S. M.
Kinda expensive and caters more for the "let's get a coffee and wander past a squeegee windscreen scraper" you can get a pen with your name on though. Has a pet shop and does surprisingly have plants still
d. n.
An excellent garden centre. Good professional friendly staff. Lovely tempting flowers, plants, and other stuff. Go and visit, have a day out after lockdown and Covid worries. Stay a while!
s. h.
Cafe very pricey and lack of choice on the menu. Fish and chips only available as gluten free. Batter was awful and ended up taking it off the fish.
L. &. P. R.
Brilliant place, huge choice of plants and planters. Some real bargains to be had. Plants all looked healthy and well watered.
J. G.
Bought a hot tub at Endsleigh.
Ask for Sue friendly and professional
Also bought my special oak love table and chairs with great views to Dartmoor❤
H. G.
Love this garden centre - great quality products for sensible prices. Staff are always helpful and store is always well laid out - even during seasonal changeover times.
A. B.
A great place with so much variety. Pet accessories, fish, fish tanks, food, cafe, playground and sheds. If you need indoor or outdoor plants there’s quite a variety here
T. C.
Thank you to a lovely chef who is kind enough to provide a dish of salad that I can actually eat thank you so much for such kindness ,due to me having a problem with certain food plus the staff are so kind and helpful
V. P.
Another good garden centre with a huge amount of plants to choose from. I bought my beautiful wisteria here and it's growing lovely
J. P.
Great place to visit fab restaurant great food
D. S.
Love this place at Christmas, its beautiful.
Clean tidy, staff are brilliant. A point to make is even though it states it's dog friendly. No dogs are allowed.
R. L.
Absolutely brilliant, thank you Endsleigh for a lovely day, the food was outstanding, the garden centre is brilliant and the staff are great too.
D. K.
Very expensive. Long ques for restaraunt and overpriced . Didn't end up eating there in the end . Went elsewhere. Jars off piccalilli double that off Tesco
K. M.
Just had a wonderful afternoon tea, in the secluded tearoom area. Food was deliciously fresh and the warm sausage rolls and quiches made it an extra treat! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone visiting in the area.
J. S.
Went back last week and delighted to find owners with dogs on leads can now sit down inside by the cafe area for a cuppa and snack.
It's a bit chilly but better than nothing!
No dogs still allowed inside main restaurant, there is seating outside restaurant
There is a delightful Christmas display and an excellent selection of plants andhomewares, a bit pricey.
Useful toddler play area but remember to book ahead of visit
m. e.
Plenty of selection and some real bargains to be had right now!
J. I.
A very very very large garden centre that also sells lots of other stuff , an out of town department store probably best describes it . I went in for breakfast and wasnt disappointed as it was excellent and good value for money . I had planned on buying some bulbs but the place is so huge I couldn't be bothered to find my way back to the entrance where they were. I will go back another time for them .
m. b.
Very well stocked so plenty of things to spend an afternoon browsing. Had a very enjoyable lunch in the restaurant too. Highly recommended
L. O.
Great range of plants well displayed. Friendly knowledgeable staff, one of whom spent a long time advising me about the best way to care for a plant that I had chosen. She also suggested alternatives that would be suitable depending on where I wanted to put it at home.
I was impressed by the huge range of Christmas decorations, all at reasonable prices. I'll definitely be going back to buy some. The gifts and clothing sections are also really good.
I like that this is a dog friendly garden centre and my pooch was made a fuss of by several staff members. My miniature bulldog and I felt really welcome and valued as customers. Well done Endsleigh.
G. B.
More than just a garden centre, clothes toys,, food all sorts here... If you have never been here before, take care when exiting on to the slip road for the A38... vehicles come around that corner fast. Very fast.
B. H.
It is ideal for a quick shop and a heap of everything for houses
S. R.
Excellent Santa visit. Best Santa I've ever seen. Well done Endsleigh.
N. P.
It was amazing the Christmas decorations were amazing and great place to take kids nice café good parking
J. M.
Busy but not packed good selection of baubles and lights but disappointed with the foliage swags for draping over banisters and mantlepieces.
W. -. K.
Very large, wide range of stock. Most of the small items I checked out for price were more expensive than similar items elsewhere .
To navigate from entrance to exit, you have to follow a tortuous route on various levels. As I needed to meet people outside, this was rather annoying.
The restaurant was airy and clean with good looking food.
P. C.
Very busy but plenty of room to park and look around.
K. P.
We have been going to this garden center for over 15 years and always have a brilliant time there
F. A.
Huge. Has a large selection of gardening material plus a coffee shop, restaurant, Mountain Warehouse outlet and a selection of frozen foods, cakes and biscuits.
P. M.
Clean, cafe good selection 👌 polite and helpful staff in the pets section 👍

Since last time I visited, several years ago, Endsleigh has had a refit and was looking fabulous in the run-up to Christmas. The wide aisles, quality fittings, cleanliness and excellent merchandising allow the products room to breathe, and make browsing a pleasure.
What was much less of a pleasure was the restaurant. It also looks great, but the anti-Covid measures were pretty chaotic (although it wasn't all that busy, we waited for some time at the barrier before someone saw us and let us in), and the signage regarding how the system works was very poor.
But the biggest disappointment was the food. We each had a cheese scone which was stale - cold, dry, dense and flavourless. Nobody asked us if everything was OK, so there wasn't an opportunity to say something without making a big deal of it. I remember a bad Café visit here several years ago, and it looks like nothing has improved.
This rather spoiled the whole experience, and I now certainly wouldn't contemplate taking a friend there for an actual meal. My takeaway from this visit is: go and enjoy the store, but find somewhere else to eat!
D. a. R. P.
Great, large garden centre. Usual extras of restaurant, pet store, mountain warehouse, Bonmarche, books, etc. Coping well with Covid restrictions.
Edit 2022: Restrictions all lifted. Prices have risen like everywhere. Seemed quieter than on previous visits.
F. N.
Very nice Christmas atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff.
K. E.
We have recently been coming to this garden centre several times these past month's. There is a lot of items that cover a lot of people's needs. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This place is well worth a visit.
E.
I go here every time I visit Devon each year for a nice lunch at the restaurant with my family. It improves every time, in terms of management, food choice and how polite the waiters are. Good place to look around, especially if you're interested in gardening, lots of lovely plants! A few clothes shops too. Many products for gift ideas, especially around Christmas time. Still gutted about Blue Diamond removing the pet section, but I still enjoy the indoor and outdoor fish on sale. The £1 fish feeding for the pond is always nice, as shown in my pictures.
M. C.
Not quite up to its previous standard, choice of plants good, restaurant average, plastic cheese on baked potato, but side salad excellent, lack of pricing in the aquarium section but good fish selection, sorry to say would not go out of my way to make the 20 mile round trip as we would often do.
A. B.
Purchased garden furniture and a Sorbus tree and delivery arranged for 20th April, had a phone call to say they could deliver Good Friday instead if this was convenient, delivery arrived early Friday morning, delivery driver was absolutely brilliant delivering straight to the back garden and very pleasant.
Had a problem with the tree being missed off the delivery, Further to Jonathan contacting me this issue has now been fully resolved and a new delivery has been arranged for this coming Monday and hopefully no problems will arise this time. Up date, went to Endsleigh to buy more plants the day after and my tree was still inside the next day in front of large glass windows by the till, after speaking to somebody on the phone after being cut off the first time was told Jonathan not picking up but they would sort it. Tree has just arrived, again driver very good but it is clear the tree has not been watered, it has completely dried out to the point the soil has shrunk back for the pot and all the leaves are wilting, it is very clear if you buy a large shrub they will not look after it and if your delivery is 6 days later as mine was then you will probably receive the same sort of treatment. It is now soaking a a bucket of water and hopefully I can get it to recover, in 5 weeks I have spent nearly £2000 here and this is the way you get treated. Please don't bother to phone me Jonathan you input is completely useless!
A. B.
Nice clean place with a great variety of items for sale apart from plants.A very good selection of Christmas items.
J. D.
A lovely place to visit, bigger than normal garden centre, have plenty to see and buy .
S. W.
Great selection of all things gardening and then a special treat..... and busy.... Great for business...
A. R.
The restaurant is great, I especially enjoy looking at their lovely aquarium.
M. W.
Very impressed yesterday on our visit to Endsleigh garden centre. An immaculate garden centre.Fantastic display of cyclamen in beautiful shades. Bought wallflowers ,and flower pots that were reduced in price, since our previous visit.Brilliant display of garden ornaments , trees, shrubs etc. The staff are very friendly ,helpful and informative with a smile. Very clean ,and well laid out. Thanks to the trolley lad ,who carried our shopping ,and helped to load it into our car.
M. F.
Awesome aquatic area. I will be returning for more fish and supplies.
J. F.
Great help from Wayne in the availability of plants. Managed to sources for a whole new border.
F. M.
Everything you want from a garden center. Friendly staff, Dogs allowed in. The best garden center in the south west. A must visit...
M. P.
Not very busy found everything that we needed helpful staff
I. M.
Overall Endsleigh garden centre is a good place to shop for plants. However I have been waiting a few months to be informed about a water feature I wished to buy. It has now been taken off display so I expect it is now not available. I have had no information about it.
M. C.
Really impressed with the way they've updated the place. Food was delicious. Club sandwich was enough for two...but I managed it! Staff all very pleasant and polite. Well done all.
F. M.
We were accompanied by two friends and three children who had breakfast, and were delighted !
Of particular concern was the presence of a two year old who had a beautiful child's breakfast, and happily took the bag away to play with at home.
M. B.
A good place for all your gardening needs and more. They sell pet products, food/toys/litter, all types of drinks, clothing and pet fish. The only downside is it can be a bit pricey depending on what you buy.
They also have a soft play for the kids but you will need to book online for a place and it gets booked up very quickly.
J.
Great plants and all garden equipment. Plant can be a bit pricy but good quality. Ice coffee shop and restaurant.
M. B.
We go to Endsleigh every year to look at their Christmas decorations as they usually do a great selection. This year did not disappoint although the entrance looks only half established, they may still be working on it. It was busy but with plenty of parking and staff on the tills. They had there singing penguins, santas train and model snow scene. It's very Christmassy.
S. b.
The restaurant staff were under pressure today. Staff shortage and busy as hell. There was a long delay for the roast but it was all handled very well by the team food was tasty and plenty of it. Could have done with some condiments to choose.
E. J.
Went to Endsleigh garden centre for lunch . The staff were very helpful and service was good . On top of Covid cleaning the tables all the time . My husband's food was very nice I orded a prawn sandwich it turned up as if it had just been thrown on the plate , only cut in half and all the prawns were ozzing out of the sandwich and a stick put in the sandwich to hold it together. It would of been nice for it to have been cut into quarters.
T. G.
The stars are for afternoon tea. Really good quality sandwiches, the cakes were amazing. We found out they are made on site and you could really tell! A pleasant lady took our order and asked how it was. Very pleased with this.
t. g.
Aquatic staff very knowledgeable and helpful with some pond issues I have.
Centre is generally overpriced -as are most garden centres, but there are also readonly priced products too.
Clean and well presented. Cafe serves good food.
L. B.
So many lovely things to look at, you could spend hours there and a small fortune....nice restaurant too
P. G.
A beautiful Garden and shopping centre with a super restaurant.
V. C.
Fabulous Garden Centre with a huge range and wonderful Christmas display!
T. L.
Lovely place, a wide range of products to buy.
R. A.
Large well established, well stocked garden centre. Well worth a visit.
T. V.
Lovely place, everything under one roof. A little pricey! Nice cafe, great selection of plants
K. C.
Had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant, excellent quality ingredients and great service. Had a little browse and picked up some last minute Christmas gifts. Will be back in the new year 🙂
D. A.
We booked a birthday party for my son at the soft play. Andrea and her team were exceptional in the organisation of the party particularly the food. They catered for multiple food allergies amongst the party and were extremely professional in ensuring I was aware of which food was for which children. They went to enormous effort to make sure everything went smoothly and all the food was high quality and delicious! All the staff were lovely and friendly. They cleared up everything at the end and told me to go home and put my feet up- which I did!! My son had a wonderful time with his friends and really enjoyed the food. Thank you!
S. C.
Okay so this review is based on my last visit which is during the epidemic. The actual garden centre itself was a pleasure to be. You could actually forget whats going on around the world as it all felt totally normal despite some unobtrusive social distancing etc. What let them down hugely was the cafe. The children had enough so we wanted a drink, we didn't wait long to be given a table, no more than 10 mins, but then on it took an hour for 4 cold drinks and a slice of cake. The restaurant was really quiet compared to even what it used to be on a quiet day. I know how other businesses are dealing with restrictions on food and beverages as my daughter works in that industry awaiting uni. This was nonsense. They even admitted that items get lost on the till so my cake didn't arrive. By this point we had all had enough and decided against anymore shopping and left. Dreadful experience.
E. L.
Just met up with a friend for breakfast in their restaurant. A very nicely presented light breakfast. Thank you
T. M.
Massive place with a huge selection of stuff, clothes books restaurant, not just a garden centre.
D. H.
Always a pleasure decent surroundings good range of stock although can be pricey lovely restaurant area.
R. W.
Top of the range garden centre everything including large resturant and a cafe area under one roof gardeners world 🌎 😀
L. C.
Great garden centre, two nice places to eat, outdoor play area and also soft play so great for a day out with the kids. Lots of fish to look at but sadly they took away all the other animals recently. Always immaculately clean and great service at the cafes.
s. H.
Really good place to visit, loads of different stuff there from aquatic and pet center's, tonnes of stuff for the garden and home and a good cafe.
S. C.
This place is amazing. Everything and more. Gardening, pet and aquarium supplies. Really fantastic gifts and a fabulous restaurant.
You could almost make a day of it here.
D. L.
Nice place to visit for a few hours. Most of the prices were very high in my opinion. I did have a cooked meal while I was there it was OK but I was expecting something a bit more up market for the price.
P. M.
A very nice way to spend the afternoon. I only have one criticism and that is a lot of items were not priced so had to go find a member of staff and on such a large site that could be quite a walk. Apart from that small thing everything else was very nice
A. S.
Love Endsleigh. But need to work on staff numbers in cafe areas. Who ever is in charge has it set up wrong.. You guys need to sort it out as it isnt nice for a customer to see staff stressed and we waiting and them just telling everyone they are short staffed
K. K.
Went at the end of September, will never forget the singing pinguins...
D. T.
Nice garden centre, easy to find and park. Large place with lots of different sections , cafe and a restaurant. Homeware and household dept as well as plants etc, cards and food and drink also available. Well worth a visit
B. T.
Good selection of produces
P.
We had a cup of tea and a scone in realy nice surroundings. Staff were efficient and we were served quickly. Liked the table service.
C. H.
Very good garden centre now it's under new management. Great variety of products from gardening through to general household. When the cafe reopens it will be a good day out to visit.
C. G.
SOO much variety, dog friendly. Has the best indoor plant section and pet shop. Lovely baked goods and the staff cannot do more to help you or be more genuinely friendly.
A. W.
Good choice of quality plants and gardening equipment, fairly well stocked. The pets dept has lots of different brands of pet products and toys. Great value for hay and straw, also a great choice of pond products and fish.
M. L.
Popped to endsliegh to meet friends for coffee and soft play. Food was good and soft play was ideal for the kids to be entertained.
D. J.
Very busy. Not able to social distance. Restaurant much better. Really good baby change facility. Beautiful Xmas displays. Fabulous range of things to buy. Get rid of the clothes department. No one looking at that!!
A. H.
Not cheap, and massive queue... But hey it's the new normal in these strange times......I hate that phrase
m.
The best Blue Diamond Centre I have been too, plants amazing quality and restaurant great for coffee and cake
I. P.
One of the better Garden Centres. A large outdoor area; great pet department; huge selection of garden furniture; indoor and outdoor plants, and mountain warehouse clothing. Good food at the restaurant too. Our dog loves exploring here.
C. T.
Fabulous place with a high variety of garden plants and other garden related items plus loads of other things? Go there you won't be disappointed
S. P.
As always it is a pleasure here lots of cool things to look at. Had a lovely lunch here and I visited the aquarium part to get get some more fish
R. W.
A bit more of a concessions store than a garden centre. Feels like there is less space dedicated to plants than other things. But I guess that is the modern garden centre. I should go to a nursery 🤔
C. B.
The garden centre was great. Christmas stuff and good prices. Definitely worth 4 stars. But santas grotto was so so disappointing. It had all the making of a great grotto. Train was good. But then it was so boring. So many things i could put right. Santa was boring uninteresting and no joy to the kids. His room was lovely but tiny. No Christmas decorations anywhere else just black cloth to walk through. And then to kill it all off. You had a shelf of unwrapped stuff to pick one off.
Big let down.
A. B.
Always pleasant to visit especially when fully open. Food is very good
L. M.
Our first visit to Endsleigh since the lockdown. The restaurant is very different with a host waiting to see you to your table and Waitress service too.
Very continental! Looking forward to our next visit. Well done management and staff.
J. L.
Well set up. Feel they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Lovely meal in the restaurant. Quality of food has improved so much. Would recommend it. Staff were all great
M. S.
Nice walking around go in here mainly for are dog food
J. H.
Looking really lovely now it's been done up. Long queue for the restaurant but well organised, staff working really hard sanitising everything. Tons of Christmas stuff
R. R.
Good quality reasonable price and a really good farm shop, restaurant and play area.
L. M.
Good selection of products. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant this morning
J. D.
Lovely place to while away an afternoon. Good choice of plants and luxury goods.
J. B.
Coming back to normal times, lovely shop and restaurant with great food and polite, helpful and courteous staff. So pleased for you Endsleigh we will be back soon. 💖
S. W.
Had a great day lots of things to see and nice food
B. C.
Wyevale, what a lovely few hours spent viewing the extensive range of plants and home accessories. A great improvement on the experience since being taken over by Wyevale; the staff, very friendly and eager to offer help and assistance when asked, the quality of the goods on sale were second to none. The only downside is the restaurant which could do with an overhaul of the quality of food on offer, but nevertheless I will be going back to visit again.
L. H.
Love the new decor, products, and layout they have really made an effort in displaying everything. Garden plants look so much healthier and easier to find in their sections. Dog friendly which we love, only they are not allowed in main cafe area unfortunately.
Food is fabulous here we each had a main meal on our last visit, not planned but had a nosey and it looked and smelled fantastic so we ordered a beef stroganof and and beef curry both were scrummy and very well presented would highly reccomend.
G. S.
Nice selection of plants and accessories along with all sorts of franchises. Could spend a few hours here
M. O.
Have a small selection of goods there.
Well laid out store area.
Staff could of been more helpful.
S. P.
Wow my last visit was Feb 2020 and so much has changed. Got rid of alot of what I call tat with better quality all round and much improved layout with alot of space with all the covid guidelines in place. Food was excellent as usual and staff very helpful and polite.
A. R.
What a lovely place to visit ,well laid out both outside and inside. Lovely food cooked fresh ,coffee and tea soft drinks ect. Toilets clean . Masks to be worn unless your excempt, due to current restrictions. Disable friendly.
B. W.
Really lovely garden with so much to look at. They do excellent breakfasts. They have a small outdoor play area for kids & a great indoor soft play. The place is always clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff. Always have a lovely time here looking around the variety of products. Always worth a visit

Garden centre first class coffee shop good
c. w.
Lovely and quiet. Good restaurant service with nice staff, although shirt on drinks as the order hadn't arrived. 1/2 price meals under £10 Mon - Weds. Plants well stocked and a few bargains to be had dotted around the store.
A. W.
Overall had great experience, do think staff should be wearing face shields, and tables should be 2 metre distance, recieving order of two cappuccino wasn't quick, overall easiness of track and trace was great unlike garden centres like Otters, I would go again.
T. B.
Awesome, best place around for Christmas goodies. Plenty in stock, came away very happy....
D. Q.
Considering this garden centre has recently re-opened due to an easing of lock down rules, it's in remarkably good shape. Good stock levels for both plants and compost, fertilizer etc. Social distancing is well organised staff and other customers chilled out and polite..
S. C.
Plenty of plants at reduced prices
K. W.
So many lovely things to look at and buy, had a lovely cooked breakfast in the cafe too.
J. C.
We have taken our children to endsligh garden center for the past 3 years now to see Father Christmas and without fail every year they have made it such a magical experience even during these very strange times of covid they did not fail to create magic and huge smiles on my little boys face. The staff throughout the garden center, in the cafe and in the grotto are amazing they are always happy to help and always so lovely and able to interact with children on such a fantastic level. We will continue to use endsleigh every Christmas ❤️
J. P.
Expansive garden centre featuring everything you could want to decorate and landscape a garden. Also has a large home section filled with lots of interesting gift ideas! Well worth a visit if you are in the area and in need a garden equipment! Maybe a bit more pricey than local competition but still a nice place to visit.
R. L.
Great garden centre and breaks up the journey to see family. They have a new cafe as well as the restaurant and there are tables set aside for dogs as well. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great range of products, gifts plants and anything else you could think of from a garden centre. Always a must stop for us when travelling that way.
B. B.
Good quality plants and extensive range. Vast amount of accessories and the little outlets within are excellent for picking up a bargain.
Z. H.
Nice place with loads of things on offer. Has a garden centre and sometimes a carvery. Cafe is pretty clean but I'm 10 yrs old in a wheelchair and the first time I went this teenager and his gran just kept staring at me. I was about 9 and it just felt awkward.
M. R.
Has turned into an ikea. If you go in to buy one specific item, you have to walk all through the store to get to the checkout.
K. L. S.
Prices for kids boots far too high even when on sale! £35.99 and he'll grow out of them so fast.
L. M.
Amazing garden centre got everything you need to create a lovely looking garden to selling fish and also a pet shop brilliant place and dog friendly 😀
l. H.
Very festive. Great atmosphere.
C. J.
Well stocked garden centre, lots of choices in the plants section. Good clothes area, homewear and pet dept. Not serving food or drinks at the moment. Missing a trick there I think on takeaway coffee.
P. J.
Very big, but Seems to be more non-gardening products than you would expect (books, furniture, trinkets etc).
Plenty of parking though and spaces can be found, even when very busy.
Cafe is very nice with nice food and a clean atmosphere.
j. h.
The kids always loved going to endsleigh since they always had alot of different animals in the pets section. unfortunately, they now only have fish
g. b.
Brilliant garden centre with a café and a restaurant with great food several shops within the garden centre a safe play area very child friendly
D. G.
Since Blue Diamond took over Endsleigh it has gone from strength to strength, the old owners Wyvale ran it into the ground, under Blue Diamond it is great, went yesterday and it was fantastic, great Christmas displays and decorations, it is sad to see all the negative comments about the restaurant, why not go into town to eat, you don’t go to a garden centre to visit a restaurant ( and why is it usually fat overweight people that are there stuffing their faces with food ) we found friendly staff ( one even went to get a biscuit for the dog ) always a good plant selection and indoors everything you could want from a garden centre, Endsleigh is now back where it belongs as the best in the area and to all the ones who complain about the price of food and having to wait, why not eat before you go!!!, we had a great day there and will be back in a couple of weeks. Well done Endsleigh
S. G.
Love this place, especially the restaurant. Amazing food, excellent value for money and great service
K. L.
Lovely place to walk around a little expensive ,but good plants
L. C.
Lovely café, great service and gorgeous gift items to buy in the shop
S. M.
Lovely look round lots to see had nice lunch too 🤗
L. K.
Well stocked and beautifully laid out. Didn't get 5 stars as sometimes it was difficult to socially distance while browsing and the table service took a bit too long in the restaurant causing people to up and leave because they were fed up of waiting.
C. G.
Although quiet, still nice to walk around and come away with some quality goods and sme great bargains too 👍 😀 😊
S. Q.
Santa's grotto was lovely, happy friendly elves and very sweet animatronics to look at while queuing. Santa was very patient with our children and included the whole family. Our kids came away with a gift and a mini Christmas tree they were able to decorate before leaving, we queued for about 30 minutes and overall I think for £10 each it was a worthwhile experience, possibly the nicest Santa experience we've had in years. Giving 4 out of five for the garden centre due to very expensive food in the restaurant.
L. W.
Always good service in the restaurant and there's always a fresh range of products to browse. Prices are a little high
A. F.
Plenty of parking. Prices are a little higher than some garden centres but seems to be good quality stuff on sale. They have a cafe and also sell outdoor furniture, hot tubs, pet shop and Aquarium sales.
J. W.
Great selection of plants and garden accessories. There is some nice things that make great gifts. In more normal times you can visit the restaurant or just have a coffee and snack in the coffee bar. Both of which are currently closed. There is plenty of easy parking and a farm shop nearby. Worth a visit
J. B.
Since the takeover by blue diamond it has become very competitively priced for landscaping materials such as mulch, compost and soil improvers.
I run a local gardening company and Endsleigh have now become a regular place to visit for inspiration and materials
K. B.
Great garden centre with a variety of non garden related products for sale. From clothes & pet supplies to edible treats & gifts. There’s a cafe and a restaurant. Plenty of parking.
G. &. C. H. I.
Great place to visit, staff are all very polite and going above and beyond to make visit a good one during these difficult times. Food excellent and everything is set up well, well done to Manager and staff for all your hard work to make visiting a nice one.
M. M. H.
Had a lovely roast beef lunch, beautifully cooked, good service.
R. P.
Large open spaces, lots of quality items, equaly large range lovely food on the cafe too...friendly staff.....
B. B.
The staff in the aquatics center were awesome and helped loads. I would recommend them and if I could remember her name the young lady who helped me I would recommend her to help everyone. Thanks
D. M.
We would like to thank Gail, Abby, Simon and another nice lady at the checkout for outstanding service today! We were buying house plants and had very little idea of what to do with any of them, Gail and simon helped us tremendously with every plant related question and stupid remark we could come up with! The ladies at the checkout were super friendly and patient. In fact, all the staff were patient.
Simon also displayed excellent knowledge of the shop as he literally found a needle in a haystack and pointed the wind chimes from about 3000 metres away.
Genuinely lovely experience today!
P.s. the ladies in the cafe were friendly and loved our plants!
Thank you endleigh team!!
C. M.
Much more of a family destination since the soft play room was added. The kids love to wander around all the animals too. We had breakfast with Father Christmas last year, which was very well done.
M. M.
Beautiful lovely place to meet up. Have lunch or just a coffee. Safe and clean. Lovely for all the family
M. C.
Always very nice place we go there every time we go down to Plymouth to see the wife's sister. Very posh place lovely food & loads of plants & stuff. We only had a cuppa.
W. B.
A great menu for a garden centre.
V. F.
Lovely coffee and scone. Their COVID precautions clear and adhered to. At the time I was there 10:30am shop not busy so plenty of space to keep distance.
r. g.
Well worth a visit. Good selection of plants garden stuff including good value pots for the garden all sizes. A selection of clothes household stuff and pets and food . Plenty to look at as well as a nice cafe and food and a smaller cafe for tasty coffees
M. M.
A good location with impressive goods. The eating area used to be fine but now is unpleasant with a general cacophony giving a factory canteen vibe that is best avoided. On a plus side, there is a new Coffee Ground café that is started up in another area that services light snacks. A far more pleasant experience.
I tend to steer clear of Endsleigh around Xmas though as it can be a more than a little busy.
S. F.
I did email what I 5hought was the Head office top raise the young lady who served me she was so helpful.i was at till 4 and the young lady was Lauren C I told her my gift had to make it from plymouth to Scotland she took the time to wrap it in tissue please thank her for

B. P.
Great place to shop anything garden related. Messaged on Facebook at 21:00 in the evening expecting a reply the next day. A man called Tom “the hardy plant manager” replied within minutes and informed me about the plant in question. Excellent service. Thank you to Tom and all staff who are always very helpful.
J. G.
Nice garden centre and the cafe serves good food
A. G.
Amazing place. Lots of variety of products to buy and the Christmas section is large and of quality
M. S.
Massive garden centre with loads of choice of plants and other gardening and household items. free parking, disabled access. And for those who visit often, a loyalty card.
R. F.
What a terrific garden centre - though that title hardly does it justice. I had a birthday voucher to spend on plants. We hadn't seen much worth buying local to us so we drove the 25 miles to see what they had. We'll be back :)
They were happy for us to take our dog in and had outdoor, but covered, seating where we had a pot of tea all together at the coffee bar. There was also a restaurant - and a shoe section, clothes, aquariums, pets, books, furniture, water features, BBQs, tools and, being October, a large section of Christmas-related items. I described to our son as more like a shopping mall that included a garden centre.
Every member of staff we spoke to was very friendly and helpful, particularly Simon, who gave us masses of advice regarding suitable plants and who provided a club card.
Even if there weren't still a few pounds left on that voucher we would still be planning on returning for some more retail therapy.
The prices, by the way, were quite reasonable, compared to what we would have spent in Hampshire, from where we moved last year.
D. K.
Always enjoy looking round and shopping. Lovely restaurant for coffee. Prices quite expensive in all areas.
I.
Only went to restaurant great food and coffee.
T. J.
Super friendly helpful and happy staff....in the restaurant. Couldn't be more helpful. 😊
A. C.
I've been visiting this place since I was a child and it was a few sheds. It is now very big with a huge stock of everything you would expect to find in a garden center and more. It sells clothes, pet supplies, toys, home where. It has two cafes and a soft play. A large parking lot with so.e other shops and easily accessible toilets.
t. h.
Great service. Very helpful staff. Good experience. Thank you.👍
I. C.
One of the biggest garden centres I have ever been in, so much to see. Very clean and Covid safe.
a. w.
Bought some nice plants, and had tea and cake sat outside, really helpful and friendly staff.
G. S.
Very good selection of plants and nearly everything you could want but can be a bit expensive
M. P.
Lovely place, but for me the best is that I can take my little dog with me. I am a widow and I don't like to leave my dog too many times alone at home (bad enough to that she be left when I go to work). So having this lovely garden centre with so many things to see it is a lovely treat. I would give 5 stars if there was a small designated area (indoors) in the coffee shop where I could have a drink or food when is too cold or wet to seat outside.
J. R.
Brilliant good choice lots of varieties easy to spend money here. I hear food I good too!
D. S.
Very nice for a walk round but lots of things are overpriced and can be bought much cheaper elsewhere.
O. N.
Been through some changes but seems to be getting better. Food still a little expensive although they are trying to at least make it look better. Keep it up and reduce the prices.
D. A.
My favourite place to buy plants and many more things.
J. G.
Only went to the restaurant. Good CV19 arrangements. Drinks came quickly and food was nice and hot when served. O/A good service.
S.
Excellent garden centre and definitely worth a visit. As well as the usual garden centre wares there is large soft play area for children. Santa visits at Christmas too!
There is a large car park outside which is free.
If you have a free afternoon at a weekend, this garden centre is worth looking around.
K. A.
Very pleasant to walk around and feels very safe. Excellent tea and cake meal.
I. P. (.
Great Garden centre. Friendly Helpful staff
G. S.
Stock levels are good ....shop itself is really nice .... But it's uncomfortably hot to shop around at the moment especially while wearing a face mask.... Feel sorry for the staff working in those conditions ...
S. E.
Went for something to eat and to get some presents. Always consistent, food great, service fine, products good, although can be pricey.
g. a.
Only went there to see if they had any out door stone statues they didn't so just had a coffee and scones very nice. Looks lovely now that it's all been revamped.😀
C. H.
Lovely and airy. Healthy looking plants. Shop gas loads of space but toilets need updating.
N. B.
Very spacious garden centre, selling a wide range of goods. Toilet facilities. Restaurant. Would recommend.
N. D.
Really lovely garden centre. Plenty of choice and friendly staff
M. F.
lovely place to go ...restaurant was great and food lovely
S. D.
Great, healthy looking plants. However quite pricey. We wanted to visit the cafe for a cuppa at 4pm but it was closed. Rather disappointing as their website states it's open till 5pm
T. E.
Very good experience today.
All set out well for covid 19, plenty of hand sanitizer everywhere.
Great service in the restaurant.
Some lovely bargains as well 🙂
J. W.
Very full plant place. And great cafe .
C. R.
Lovely garden centre with a great selection of products. Cafe also serves delicious food. Downsides are the high prices and lack of decent service in the cafe.
Y. B.
Lots of unusual things to buy from garden to home. Great clothes and food and drink.
C.
Wide range of plants, plenty of other associated goodies and friendly staff. Good parking and wheelchair friendly.
V. P.
Beautiful place to visit, the restaurant was 1st class. Well worth a visit so much choice...
D. W.
Good range of products, cafe, restaurant and child's play area are handy as well!
J. D.
Always find the till people really helpful...could maybe do with a few more staff who are knowledgeable about plants!
M. T.
Good garden centre and great restaurant for breakfast
M. L.
Very nice variety of indoor and out door plants and gift ideas to. nice to visit and have a drink and a bite to eat overall very nice .
A. H.
Just a shame that their computer/tills wouldn't accept my voucher today. The store was looking excellent.
C. A.
Really lovely, lots to look at, lovely restaurant with really helpful staff. Only problem is the way it is set out it's a long walk around for disabled people on sticks, this could do with being re-addressed.
J. J.
I love this garden centre, so much choice and nice gifts but is always more expensive.
m. s.
spent the morning there, got a few things for the garden. had a nice meal,in the restaurant
T. C.
This is our favourite port of call for all our garden needs, an amazing array of different products from great quality clothing to fantastic Gin choices.
N. S.
Lots of variety here, and the cafe is fantastic. I can highly recommend the battenburg
t. m.
I have regularly visited the garden centre , friendly helpful staff . This year very disappointed with the Christmas display, lacked quality and overpriced. I didn't take the grandkids into the Santa grotto for the first time in years , £30 for three children ?!! , we went to chaplins, very good grotto and a good price . Endsligh is a lovely place to visit however, it needs to up its game and be more reasonable with is pricing.
J. B.
Terrible Customer service in Cafe...After ordering food (Fish and Chips) which arrived well overcooked and complaining....waitress replied..'Well you don't have to eat it!....Then after sending it back... catering supervisor then turns up scratching his head to say..'I don't know what you want?'....and proceeds to spin a length of excuses as to why its correct for the batter to be that dark and over cooked. More like its been dropped in the fryer a second time for reheating or the oil is too hot would be my thoughts. The batter was dark brown to chocolate and Finally after agreeing to change the order, had to then remind the supervisor that I was owed £3.00 (Price difference between original order and new order)
I would like to point out that my original complaint was reported politely and fairly to the waitress at the start...but general attitude customer service wise was terrible, couldn't care less, argumentative and rude. I shall not be frequenting the cafe again....and some retraining in customer service skills would not go amiss to these staff in question.
A. P.
Lovely large range plenty of choice for home and garden would recommend a visit even if you just fancy a wander round
s. “. f. a.
Stop in for a spot of lunch, lovely friendly staff and great products
M. H.
Charged since I was there last time, but it was very good well laid out and well worth a visit very good cafe
K. W.
Nice and quiet, plenty of parking space, and dog friendly.
p. l.
Very good the staff I asked ? Of were able to answer very quickly and were able to guide me to my point of contact with the Item I required long wait at till but that is thus time of year for you
K. G.
Lovely garden centre has everything you could want. The food in the restaurant was really good and reasonable prices.
J. H. (.
The endsleigh garden centre is one of those unnoficial tourist locations in Plymouth, not somewhere you would usually think to go but definitely worth a visit! Great variety and a fun visit for part of a day
X. L.
Lots to see and do, helpful staff, loads of outdoor plants, flowers, gardening equipment, gift ideas clothing... large store.
J. G.
Excellent systems installed. Nice to see coffee shop open, but one member of staff very disorganized making it difficult for the food prep., staff.
D. M.
Very good went to get Garden Furniture, there was a good selection and managed to get what we required, sales person was very good
s. R.
Lovely afternoon out wandering around the plants and the shop.
A. H.
Endsleigh saved my birthday :) We'd planned a walk on Dartmoor but the weather was ''inappropriate''. Settled on a cream tea and a wander around Endsleigh. Had a lovely time - One of the best ever Cream Teas and Very helpful and friendly staff. Rock on Endsleith, with our thanks.
N. G.
Lots of space and plenty of parking available not too many people in side which was nice
A. G.
Really helpful staff in the aquatic department. Specifically a gent with glasses and long hair. Absolute endless amount of information. Made it really helpful and clear to understand what fish to look for. Will definitely return to the store solely due to his level of competency.
As for the rest of the store, everything is merchandised extremely well. The plant sections was displayed the best I've ever seen. The candle, diffuser and essential oil area was out of this world, really appreciate the amount of work that goes in to this.
Really reasonably priced and a large variety to see and shop.
A big hats off to the staff here. 👏
M. A.
Always a lovely place to spend an afternoon
R. L.
Large garden centre with a wide range of healthy plants and garden accessories, coffee shop and restaurant.
I. S.
Great place to kill time great selection of all plant, much more to see good farm shop to the side.
J. B.
Wide range of garden products well laid out and a number of well known franchises. Many sections were unavoidable closed due to covid but still worth a visit, this however lost them a star but not through any fault of their own.
S. R.
good quality and wide variety of goods. very pleasant table service restaurant
C. D.
Thought the roast a bit deer, as I have celiac disease so no Yorkshire pudding no cauliflower sauce no reduction in cost but nice to see gluton free gravy
S. T.
Endsleigh is a great place to go and browse as it has a huge range of products. There is ample parking and is large enough that, even when busy, does not feel crowded. It is on the pricey side however and the 2 cafes, which used to be great for a snack or meal seem to now be only serving drinks and cakes which was disappointing.
J. R.
A well stocked garden centre which also sells a wide range of gifts, homewares, pet supplies and outdoorsy type clothes too. There's a good car boot fair near the entrance on summer Sundays.
N. W.
Overpriced and overstocked apart from plants! Too much fashion and homewares
L. T.
Vast variety of goods for indoor and outdoor. More sineage needed or can be confusing. Slightly overpriced but bargains can be had if you have plenty of time to look around. Well worth a visit.
w. o.
Enjoyed coffee and scone in the garden . Then a quick look around. Going back as I notice some bargains in the clothes department.
C. P.
Great site, soft play, cafe, aquatic centre, pets and supplies, not to mention all the batten plants and equipment, I've not seen everything yet but always find something new to look at there, lovely knowledgeable staff, highly recommended.
K. T.
Love to visit Ensleigh, the diffetent departments are great you can always find something very different there. Can be a bit pricey though.
S. M.
Excellent selection of plants, friendly approachable staff, plenty of room.
M. C.
The garden centre is massive, there is lots of different products. The main caffe is busy, but food is delicious.
g. m.
Best garden centre we have been. Bought 5 Xmas presents as choice was so good
J. W.
Lots of parking, nicely laid out and the cafe was brilliant. Very helpful staff and delicious food.
I. M.
Huge garden centre, great choice of items and lots of beautiful plants, dog friendly and lovely staff ☺️
S. S.
Well organised, but a little expensive. Nice ambience though. There's a coffee shop and a restaurant so plenty of space to chill out
C. P.
Big garden centre, food places looked good with a 5 rating. Staff were very friendly.
C. K.
Very well set out, Christmas decorations in and looking very festive, ate in the restaurant and it was very well socially distanced food was nice for typical cafe food, the drinks were overpriced which was my only downside
G. H.
What a fantastic place.Havent been here for years.Went out for tropical fish.Great Christmas displays...
P. W.
Nice Place you can take your dog to
J. R.
Very pleasant and safe. The staff member who served me was lovely
N. E.
Brilliant for all sorts if shopping, not just the garden! Home made cakes to buy and a few local tipples to try. My dog always picks a new toy in their toy shop Jolleys.
D. S.
Easy parking, although in tier 2, one might have to queue outside if the store is busy.
Check the weather before going👍
B. G.
So I went too jollies pet shop too buy a minture lop eared rabbit. I got the rabbit only too find out a month or so later that it wasn't the breed I wanted. But overall the staff where helpful. The only problem is that they got there breeds wrong.
K. B.
Always nice to pop to Endsliegh got some cheap plants to brighten the house & then plant in the garden.
B. A. Y.
We went midafternoon and cafes were still really busy and very overpriced.
C. B.
Good variety of healthy plants. Good selection of gifts. Cakes. and other items not to busy so you can enjoy a good look around
A. W.
Really slow service, in the restaurant over priced at the tills discount not taken off.
E. F.
Lots to see at Endsleigh. All plants looked fresh and colourful and some worthwhile offers.
Many toys to choose from if quite expensive.
Selection of men and womens clothes, shoes and other accessories.
Really great pet and fish departments.
Overall its certainly worth visiting Endsleigh even if it is a little expensive
E. G.
Plenty of plants, homeware, gifts, pet supplies and a great food & drink hall. Friendly staff too.
S. B.
Very pleasant, good provision to enable you to browse safely. Lots of seeds bulbs and spring plants to choose from today.
B. H.
Always good choice restaurant fantastic 👏
A. B.
A lovely store - it has evolved massively from my last trip several years ago - but felt very uncomfortable shopping here due to unclear 'lanes' to walk in to avoid others and it felt VERY crowded. Left without buying what I came for due to too many people.
D.
Staff weren't very helpful at all asked for help on the fish section an they just stood by the till intill was asked again to help
D. L.
Took my grandson to see father christmas and he was great and a good pressie at the end mixed in with some games well done endsleigh will be back next year👍👍
s. h.

s. t.
Only went to Maidenhead Aquatics to buy some koi
Great service as aways
s. f.
A good place to visit for your gardening needs etc. Something for everyone. Even the kids
K. S.
Much better since Blue Diamond have taken over. Store is now tidy with good range of products.
L. T.
Very expensive and caters mainly for the older generation. We took young children there and felt very much judged.
We ate in the cafe. The food was lovely but again on the expensive side.
Its such a shame that the pet side is going as this brings in the young families as the children love to see the animals.
P. H. &. C. B.
Shame there was no water features..and the staff didn't know when there would be eney going on display..
Not very helpful. As we would have returned...
C. E.
Service in the Soft Play cafe is so slow it seems to go backwards. Staff seem more interested in examining stock sheets than serve customers.
R. P.
Very polite staff in the gardening center.
Staff member in the pet section couldn't be really bothered to go check the price on our item as it was advertised as £10 cheaper then there till showed. In the end I had to go get the paperwork and show her.
Part of the store is still in disarray but that is expected due to the recent handover and alterations.
Still a great place to visit.
S. T.
Great place, everything u could want there, plenty of choice. Scones a bit expensive.
N. N.
Went for the first time last week. Was surprised at the sheer size of the place... a really great garden centre, probably the biggest in Devon and in my opinion, the best!
A. R.
Really good garden centre with veg, flowers, indoor plants and a ton of decorative stuff.
R. M.
A bit expensive but Nice Garden centre lots of choice, also a good choice of gifts for every occasion. They also have a good pet care department & restaurant if you want to have a bite to eat.
r. w.

d. s.
Great love it.
S. N.
Light and airy restaurant serving good choice of food and drinks. Well run especially with all the Covid 19 restrictions
T. C.
Really expensive now. There are other nurseries close by selling the same products at cheaper prices. We wanted a corner patio set and we bought the exact same model online for £600 cheaper.
R. W.
Nice coffee shop. Looked at sale but too expensive still for me.
M. B.
A really good Garden Centre. Lots of choice.
K. b.
Super store except they make you walk around displays similar to IKEA to get to toilets and cafe.. Will not do that again!!
R. C.
Took our daughter to see Santa today ! What a great experience she had. Santa was great and staff really friendly. 10/10 and will be back in 2020 many thanks
H. D.
Lovely but very expensive things to buy
R. W.

P. T.
Busy but well laid out, plenty to see parking available
B. M.
Great plants at reasonable prices and it also does lots of other items as well.
D. B.
Over priced 🤷,but bargains still to be had with a good look about . Restaurant very nice jacket potato with prawns and crayfish and salad tasty and filling . Grandson had a child's lunch half a sandwich ,crisps , babybell cheese. carton of orange , penguin biscuit ,apple , vimto jelly 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
W. R.
Well stocked garden centre but need more space left for people with disabilities.
R. C.
Will be better once things like the restaurant opens.
d. b.
Great cup of tea in the cafe. Bit of a maze to find your way round.
W. S.
Large out of town garden and leisure centre.
Plenty of free parking and helpful staff.
S. W.
Typical garden centre, has a decent variety of garden related items, along with instore independant pet centres that cater separately for Fish and also general pet categories. Restaurant reasonable although not particularly cheap.
D. “. C.
Rather disappointed to see that, whilst they are no longer required to ensure customers wear masks, they have removed ALL anti virus precautions even hand sanitizer. Won't be going back until they make at least some effort to reassure customers that they are interested in their health.
B. M.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, even offered to help load the car 5*
S. W.
Great items in stock not found at other South Devon garden centres. Good range with friendly staff many items on sale at different times.
P. L.
a wonderful garden centre but yes food and drinks very expensive Café & Restaurant. We shared a large scone. And coffee was cold
V. L.
Good covid safety measures. Food and drink was lovely. Service was very good!
P. R.
Good plants and great cafe.
D. M.
More expensive than it was but the worst thing is the very loud music. Most uncomfortable, we shall find somewhere quieter next time. Jacket potato luke warm and a little hard.
E. D.
Great, love it, lots of choice. Good cafe

Ok this was our experience.
We had lunch, it was very busy. Difficultly with the ipads for ordering. But the member of staff that stood our was Dayle Dixon. She was a star. Must congratulate her. Well done.
The manager Adam was excellent as well.

Blue Diamond has its selling features which it does well. Good restaurant set up well for Covid. Nice little walk round but I do get frustrated at my fellow home sapiens that ignore or can't be bothered to follow a well set up one way system! Pfffft

Expensive for most items. Afternoon tea cakes still frozen (hand crafted ?!), disappointed.

Not as good with the decorations as years ago, sorry to say, sadly lacking in that department, nice lunch though

Friendly personal, some areas are a bit expensive, but a lot of good plants.

The new owners are making changes very much for the better. Good quality plants at reasonable prices. Have just ordered a load of stones and gravel to be delivered tomorrow for my new garden project. Happy and helpful staff made ordering easy.

Nice little play area, but due to not enough staff the tables weren't cleared and it was a bit messy.
The kids loved it tho so that's the main thing.
Would go again.
