Top quality products at very competitive prices compared to other local manufacturers, and the delivery service was impeccable. The driver who dropped off my order was polite and attentive and put everything I ordered in the spots where I requested even though all the materials were very heavy so I have huge respect to the lads they have working for them. Prompt delivery by a helpful young guy of some fence panels, gate and posts. Quality and pricing spot on. Returned to branch to order a couple more and grab some sacks of top soil. Soil was good, a few twigs/small stones to be expected but other than that its screened really well and again great value for money. Staff in store are very polite and helpful, their range of goods looks pretty impressive. Lots of lovely garden items captured my eye. Awaiting another delivery this week of more for the sides as renovations continue. Happy customer and thoroughly reccomend.

Initially good; paid for what I wanted in shop; half a ton of top soil. Had to go across the road to collect with a ticket. There 2 sites on that side with no indication as to which to go to. No staff to be seen; when finally saw a member of staff although he was friendly and very helpful he did not check my ticket to see what I had paid for ????

I went to B G Fencing to buy four 6x4 fence panels I found the staff in store to be helpful and professional. The fence panels were delivered today by a lovely young man called (slim) James who not only delivered the panels but also help to put them up as it was for my elderly neighbour who has Cancer. James was very professional, polite and went the extra mile something you don’t see everyday. He is a great asset to the company. I would recommend B G Fencing for there professionalism and fast delivery. 😃

Christmas tree is absolutely lovely but the website had no way of booking a delivery time. With some wood I had ordered previously somebody called me to confirm and arrange but this time I came out on Sunday lunchtime to find my tree dumped on my doorstep. They hadn't even rung the doorbell.

Found some great white spar aggregate for my garden project and is in walking distance from my house. They also sell hollow 9" concrete blocks which is very helpful to me, as I make garden items with them plus cinder blocks ( sourced elsewhere as hey do not sell cinder blocks here- just hollow concrete blocks but still a great item I need!) Nice and spacious and staff friendly altho one(a young male) didn't acknowledge me at all. But the females nice and observant. Items cost is not displayed hence I had to pop in and out of the office. Staff came to check but still couldn't advise cost for several items. I was given two A4 sheets with full details of items plus cost. Slightly more expensive than other landscape builders merchant's I use in area, BUT, there is a nice variety if stock and good availability so this makes up for extra pennies spent. So I do recommend this garden/builders merchant's as I was happy with service overall, stock availability and variety on show. Great location to and easy to find 👍

This place has been fantastic over the last couple of months. Myself and elderly parents have had numerous deliveries throughout this COVID-19 situation just to keep ourselves busy. Deliveries always on the day they stated and delivered in a safe professional manner.

Got a delivery of panels from another local fencing firm and had to send back due to poor quality. I should have ordered from BG Fencing in the first place. Their Closeboard panels are great quality a lot stronger than others I have seen.

Just had my delivery from BG fencing. What a great driver. Managed to get his lorry up the drive and place the bags of soil and sleepers right where we wanted them. The soil is good quality and the sleepers are excellent. I will be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Five star service from a fantastic local firm. I ordered fifteen bags of stone and some railway sleepers online. I thought they would be delivered in a few days, same day delivery service was an unexpected wow but what was amazing was the items were carried 100ft up the drive and placed out of sight - all for £8 delivery, outstanding !

Bought some Closeboard fencing over lockdown. Order received on the day stated although no estimated time given which given the circumstances I can understand.
