I purchased some composite decking planks to convert a muddy side of my garden which we were unable to use. Searched around and found Fylde grass were by far the most reasonably priced and the order came with all the fixings/ brackets free of charge which was a great saving. Sent my dimensions of the garden and Josie worked out exactly what I needed to do the job. My wife and I are over the moon with the finished project and can now use this side of the garden with out getting muddy every time it rained. I can’t recommend Fylde grass highly enough, they are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful especially when I found I was an edging short (after I broke one!) they sent a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. Brilliant company and will recommend them to anyone looking for great quality composite decking products.

COMPOSITE DECKING I have an area of unusable sloping rock at the rear of my house of approximately 4 x 3 metres. I was going to cover it with a decking platform but then I found that Fylde Grass supplied ash coloured composite decking. It has grooves on one side whilst the other side which I prefer has no grooves but has imitation grain pattern and is not slippy. It was delivered promptly complete with all the necessary fixing clips and screws as well as the angle trimming all of which was included in the price. It was very easy to cut and fit and I am delighted with the finished product.

Just bought 8x4 metres of Wiltshire, artificial grass and was delighted with the service I received. We went up the warehouse on Caxton way, Fulwood, to have a look at samples. There is a barrier on the entrance. Don't be put off, by this. Ring and you will be given a key code. Once inside, we were met by Josie. She was lovely to deal with, friendly and helpful. Once we had gone home and measured what we actually needed, we rang and ordered, again simple. The grass was delivered free of charge, too. The product is great quality and looks superb, down. Great selection of different grass choices, you can get a sample to help you make sure you are going to be happy with your choice. Although we have a relatively small garden Fylde do the larger rolls so we were able to lay one piece with no joining. Local suppliers only do the 2m rolls. Would definitely recommend them.

It's hard to express how impressed I am with this product. I wanted to transform a decrepit urban balcony into a Mediterranean retreat and Fylde Grass Wiltshire was an integral part of my plan. It's so soft under my bare feet that I like to sit out there and run my toes through it! It was easy to cut to size, has a rugged backing and looks sooo realistic, even close up. Rain water drains away just fine making it essentially self cleaning. It springs back after moving pots and benches on it. It's the absolute centrepiece of my haven. If I were to give it one tiny negative, it's that it gets excruciatingly hot under direct sun (more so than real grass). When the temp was 36c, it was almost unbearable to walk on. I have a guest round every week and we enjoy sitting out there for a relaxing meal. I'm giving it 4 because I can't give it 4.9999.

I've use Fylde grass twice in 3 years and they are fabulous. The grass is great quality - I went for one of their most expensive ones Aruba, and it's like having a soft, thick carpet in my garden. The second time round (just last week), I decided to fit it myself at a new property in Cornwall and they were there for me all the way. I called them three times whilst fitting to get advice - Nick was a very friendly help on the end of the phone. I'm not just saying this but I have no negatives at all, they were great. One warning...the grass is REALLY heavy and two people are need to fit it - my back is not quiate as happy with the grass as I ! :-) Thank you!

We ordered some samples in the first instance which arrived promptly and well packaged. The samples were large enough for us to easily choose our grass preference and there was plenty of choice. We placed an order for our grass and collected from their warehouse, the grass was easy to lay and after 8 months it still looks great, it is easy to clean off with a leaf blower. It was perfect for our sunbathing area because of the low maintenance and feels great underfoot with no shoes on.

The artificial grass we were looking for had to look like real grass from a distance and needed a strong backing material to keep the grass secure. Ordered the Cheshire 38mm from Fylde Grass after ordering some samples, excellent quality grass, looks extremely natural, worth the money. Excellent service... Made a number of visits to Fylde Grass before purchasing. Each time the staff were really helpful and very knowledgeable of the different types of artificial grass available. Free samples were supplied to take home to show my wife. The product was delivered when requested and carried to the garden ready for installation. Price wise I though it was really reasonable and the locals discount was a nice touch :) The grass I purchased was the Hampshire 37mm Artificial Grass. I recently re designed our back garden and wanted a larger grassed area. Our soil is mostly clay so after many failed several attempts over the years with real grass I looked into artificial. I ordered several samples from different companies,but the samples from Fylde Grass stood out from everyone else for quality and priceWe decided on a mid-range and the order process was simple and straight forward. I received updates through out the process and was due next day delivery. There was an issue with DX courier where it wasn't loaded onto the van, and after a phone call to Fylde I was in direct contact with William. If this was left it wouldn't be delivered until Monday however William sorted it so it was delivered on Saturday. I received several text messages while William was sorting this and was even still tracking the order to make sure it was arriving Saturday while he was travelling on holiday. Customer service was second to none and would I would recommend Fylde Grass over any others.

I was a little unsure about artificial grass but Nick helped me calm my doubts and now that it’s been installed in my back garden it’s Ab Fab. great for the kids and the dogs absolutely love it. we had samples of Ayrshire and Paradise sent before ordering and ordered the Ayrshire as it’s just super thick and soft for the kids. The only thing I will say is it’s very heavy but I guess that’s because it’s good quality and so much of it.
