We brought the Hampton Corner summerhouse and shed 7ft x 7ft. It is amazing quality. We painted them both coastal cliff grey and vanilla sky and cladded the summerhouse walls and roof. We are really delighted with them both.

This is my second purchase of the Zest Libby 2 seater bench from One Garden. The first bench was so good and so solid, we were delighted with it... The bench is so easy to assemble... it does need a 2nd person to help align everything before the full tightening of all the fixings... but once done. It's a good looking piece of garden furniture... So we bought another Zest Libby 2 seater... this was delivered super quickly. Highly recommend this bench and highly recommend One Garden... I will happily purchase from One Garden again.... Outstanding online shopping experience..... thankyou !!

Item arrived damaged, reported to One Garden support 10 days ago, no response so far......Update, day 12, promised a replacement part from the supplier (Zest)...awaiting contact from them. ....Further contact from One Garden saying manufacturer will be sending the new part Monday....much better. Part received and replaced, thank you.

I ordered a 2 seater swing seat as a replacement for a much larger one that had seen better days. I was a little worried that it would be a bit cramped but there is plenty of room for two. The packaging wasn't too impressive and was torn but upon unpacking and checking, every single nut bolt and screw was there. This takes a while to erect and the instruction sheet had arrived damaged but all was well in the end. It would be helpful if the four legs could have a sticker on telling you which ones they are as it's not that easy to distinguish the difference from the photo's. Also the strapping on the canopy section had come off in several places making it unwieldy to handle. I took it off and did the slats individually using a spacer that I made. Finished product is good value and a nice addition to our patio area.

Helped that one garden OG offered email alert to notify when product was back in stock. Price offered for metal shed was reasonable matched against other companies and even better with the discount offered. When ordered OG kept us updated with delivery time and delivery team they used also very prompt on day of delivery. Also helped place large parcel into hallway which they didn't really have too. Will use again if needed and will recommend to others.

Goid communication throughout sged buyibg process. Took about 6 weeks in all. Yardmaster metal shed us very goid and you definateky need 2 people to build it. I did most in my own so took 3 days. Vut great fun, like a meccano set

Planter ordered in the middle of a pandemic. Arrived within the time stated, in one piece and was exactly as described on the website. Really happy with it, and the customer service (despite the phone lines not being available) was great too! Highly recommend this company.

Ordered and erected a Horizon arch.Its a very good sturdy arch but the trellises are not wide enough and have had to fill with spacers to date.One Garden have been informed and passed problem to Zest for Leisure. To date the problem has not been resolved.
