He was professional and thorough when producing the quote, came on the promised day, did the work quickly, professionally, and with no fuss - even making appropriate changes to our existing setup to make everything fit. S. B.I have used the same fencing company for years and when a large section of fencing was collapsing along its length, I got them to quote. Horrified by the price and the list of conditions 'clear the area before we come' etc. I looked around for another quote. Lloyd from Fencing Solutions arrived, positive, informative and obviously proud of their family business. The quote arrived drastically lower than my usual firm - so I booked Fencing solutions in.
Lloyd, Liam and Ashley arrived full of smiles and general courtesy and set to work immediately. Lloyd was surprised that I had cleared the area as he had said that it was no problem for them to do it and take everything away - note to self for next time!
They worked hard and even repaired parts of the fence that hadn't been quoted for at no extra charge - they didn't make a big deal out of it - just said 'Oh, I have that in the van' or 'No, problem, we just fixed it' Such a joy not to have the usual sucking of teeth and the drama of a problem.
Beautiful job and a lovely chat with them when they finished. They were a pleasure and now I know they do other garden services they are going to be my first point of contact - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Lastly, they recommended a chinese restaurant that they frequent - and we went there last week to find that they hadn't been exaggerating it was fantastic - so great work and at last a decent chinese restaurant. - Well done and thank you.
