Absolutely flawless purchase. I preordered what i needed for a new garden wall about a month before the work to build it was scheduled to start and Barton Fields arranged all of this and the preorder. It was shipped exactly on time and landed on the day i needed it, no issues, perfect. Thanks Steve! Amazing customer service, quick responses to emails. Products also fantastic. What more can you ask for?

Absolutely fab company all round, I really can't fault them on anything and I am notoriously picky! We ordered some stone cladding for our self build and Steve couldn't do enough to help despite us being miles away. The whole process was just so easy - the advice, the ordering, paying, delivery, communications and the stone cladding itself, all 5 star. I ordered my slabs from here and was informed about possible delays due to high demand. I wasn't in much of a rush for them but the delay could've been up to 2 weeks. However they arrived in really good time, way before I expected them and the service provided by the delivery guy was great. I recently ordered 12sqm of Indian sandstone. From the first contact by phone to the prompt delivery of the product, I was delighted with the whole process. Some lovely stones but getting the attention of someone from the gaggle of beyond reach personnel (in the staff only areas) was beyond me. The response below, from the owner, perfectly illustrates the issue here. And during my visit I was one of just two customers on site, we were significantly outnumbered by staff. To the owner. My comment should not be viewed as criticism, but as an opportunity for you to rectify a perceived defect in your otherwise excellent offering.

I ordered by phone a bulk bag of garden bark. It was delivered promptly on the day and time I requested. The salesman and the delivery driver were both friendly and helpful. I have had various previous orders of topsoil, garden slabs etc. from Barton Fields and have always been happy to deal with them.

Quality products at great prices..Barton Fields really know their stuff and provide excellent recommendations and advice all backed up with great service. I’ve used Barton Fields a number of times over the past few years. The staff are friendly and have superb product knowledge. When I’ve had aggregate delivered it’s always been at the times specified, of great quality and very competitively priced. Used Barton Fields to purchase paving and sleepers to landscape our garden. We initially visited and were shown an impressive display of many different types of paving. I braught my block paving from Barton Fields a couple of weeks ago, I found it on FB. And from the first part of interest, to payment to delivery i was kept informed and when payment finally happened on my part, I was given a date of delivery. On date I was kept informed via the driver and he phoned me to say he'd be 20-30 minutes absolute bang on time. He also, put my delivery to exactly where I wanted it. We have recently had a new patio laid. Slabs from Barton Fields are fabulous, however, also paid £49.99 for supposedly top class sealer (SSP) and it is useless. Did everything by the book. Applied it at 05.30 in the morning, no chance of rain, not hot. Applied 2 coats, dried nicely, but any dirt or bird mess is staining and cannot be removed.
