I've dealt with this company a few times and they've always been very good. I ordered some golden gravel and they promised a morning delivery, I booked the day off work and the delivery came at 3.30 p.m. So I was a bit annoyed, but the delivery man was pleasant and the product was great.

Vast choice of paving on display, and all you need to lay it on. very helpful staff. Thank you Edited 14th March 2022. Delivery of my order wasn't good. As I was at work, I requested a call from the delivery driver, to advise him where I'd like hardcore, sand, slabs etc placing. He never phoned! Although it was all left neatly, it wasn't where I wanted it dropped. This is a large order with over ten bulk bags and two pallets of slabs. Very disappointed after my initial good experience. Altered rating to reflect delivery service.

I ordered via email, (having had what must have seemed like a ridiculous amount of questions!), and was met with very generous courtesy from start to finish: nothing was too much trouble, even though my order was really small. I don't drive and had no way of collecting the gravel I required. I also have limited mobility and found the delivery driver really, really helpful and friendly. I didn't ask him to back down the alley behind my house, I just said 'pull around the corner and I can carry them from there.' Not a chance, he was behind the gate and lifting the bags into my garden without being asked. Such small details, but displayed really excellent customer service. Great service from everyone I had contact with. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing product, great price and a amazing customer service, which is hard to find these days. I noticed a lot of other company's selling the rainbow Indian sandstone had put the price up taking advantage of lockdown, but this company never, if your thinking about buying anything from them my advice would be to do it. 1 of my pallets had collapsed which had caused a few breakages but one email to them and with a quick responce they sorted it out, hassle free. I wouldn't think twice to order anything from them again. Thanks again Liam

Happy with the product I have purchased, but was very disappointed to find the price was more than what was sent to me via message. I showed the staff the price I was sent. But was told the price had gone up! I was surprised at this as I only asked 4 days earlier and also replied to the message the day before to say I would be collecting in the collecting in the morning. I've given them a 3 star as they did seem organised in the yard. But still disappointed with this price mistake they made.

Ordered 20m2 pack of Kandla grey sandstone slabs. They delivered to me in South Wales and was still a lot cheaper than local companies. The patio installers commented on how good quality the stone was and not even one breakage. Fantastic company!!

Cost effective and best service around. Used mainstream suppliers before ( wickes , b&q , homebase etc ) but they've proven to be unreliable ( wickes ), deliver wood with knots and bends ( all 3 mentioned ) not to spec parts ( homebase ) . Milton even managed to deliver an order on saturday , 2h after i placed the order, so top marks on that. I would like to see more diversity (fence pillar fittings , spikes , torx screws , more variety of wood for construction, maybe some doors/ french doors for sale - for those looking to build garden offices ? wink -wink )

What a great place to go for all your outside projects, and they deliver to your home addres very helpful staff on site and delivery drivers are very helpful. We purchased some wood for a box frame 2x850kg of gravel, 2x850 10mm loose stones and 4mtr by 5mte of artificial grass to replace part of are old real grass as the grass drys up over summer due to the trees at the side of the garden. It now looks very good nice and green all the time and no cutting the grass on that side of the garden.

Visited their yard Saturday morning to look at buying some timber for a DIY pergola to go over my patio. Prices seemed much more reasonable than e.g. B&Q and the wood was available in much longer sections (4.8m instead of 2.4m). The helpful chap advised me on the wood and fixings, and the materials were delivered free later that same morning! Forget "next day delivery"; this was "later the same morning, even on a weekend" delivery :) Perfect, thanks!
