We decided to employ a Garden Designer and searched online. We had limited experience of Garden Designers and having chosen Jill we were guided by her. Jill adopted our requests into her final design. This was the first time we followed the whole process from concept ideas, through Design both led by Jill and then onto physically changing the space and planting the plants all of which were completed with contacts recommended by Jill. I consider the project a great success and hope to see the garden mature over the coming years and see Jill's ideas realised.

Jill designed our back garden, which was on the small side and needed a clever design to make it look bigger. Jill did an absolutely amazing job of the design, using lots of creative design ideas to make the most of the space. She made it look huge!! Jill came up with ideas that we would never have considered and is really inspiring in the way they she approaches the design. Everyone that visits us can’t believe that it’s the same space. It was such a huge transformation and would never have been possible without her. I can’t recommend Jill enough… we have her back to design the front garden next as we are so pleased!

If you are in lockdown and spending more time in your garden thinking this garden could do with a bit of a makeover, then I highly recommend you contacti Jill. First time round the design was not quite what we had wanted, but Jill went away and took everything on board we had told her and came back with a great design we were more than happy with. Jill was very professional and even after the garden was finished quite happy to give advice. Our grandchildren in particular love the water feature and large patio to run around on and we just like to sit and look at the plants thriving and growing. It is a complete transformation and we are delighted with the result. Steve and his team who did the landscaping were always punctual, polite and professional, leaving the site clean and organised daily. The quality of materials used by Jill and Steve were first class, no cutting corners with this team. I fully recommend Jill Blackwood Garden Design.,

We appointed Jill to provide a full landscaping design and implementation over last Winter 2015. When we moved into our Faringdon house our garden appeared to have been neglected for over a decade. Jill and her team transformed it rapidly into a very special space. We brought with us several items of garden statuary which Jill integrated exceptionally well and included the creation of a Japanese section. Her selection of planting not only gives us throughout year interest but panders to our love of special plants especialy roses.. We had a large collection of hostas and acers which we brought with us and Jill also skillfully and seamlessly integrated these into her designs.
