Amazing experience yesterday at Toomers. They are always friendly and helpful but the lady went out of her way to help me with a thousand enquiries 🤩 The lad who bought out the stock was lovely too!!!

A little uninspiring. The range of plants, particularly growing herbs, was very limited, though you could get most of them from seed, and the range of seed was better. The range of edging stones was down to only three or four in stock of several types. I will say that compared to some other centres, the plants on display seemed to be in very good condition, and I did get some ideas for the garden.

Toomers has been my local garden centre for more than 30 years. It has survived against massive competition from the big flashy sites. Through its personal attitude to customer care and genuinely taking an interest in the requirements of customers. It may not have the diverse range of the big boys but what it does have is good quality and competitive. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. As well as garden plants etc there is an extensive range of pet products and foods for both house pets and animal husbandry and equine needs.

Lovely garden centre with a large variety of items. The roses from there are the best we have had and the most reasonably priced. The staff are also very knowledgable on all of the products. Would highly recommend.

Sweet little garden centre nice selection of plants and accessories, not as big as the more known places round this area but worth a visit we got some beautiful flowers.

Brilliant massive range of pet food supplies, lovely cafe, and a charity drop of point for empty pet food pouches, in aid of Wiltshire Air Ambulance. Also you can drop off your UPS parcels here, everything under one roof.

Cant reakly say too much about garden centre as didnt really walk around, but they do sell gas for BBQs, which is what i was after. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. It does appear to cater for horses and pets with a good selection of foods and toys.

Great to find a more traditional, quieter garden centre close to town rather than the run of the mill national DIY chains or over priced centres pitched as all in shopping experiences. May I dare say this centre is rather old fashioned however has everything you need for 'your garden' at reasonable prices with great, personal customer service.

My first time going there and it was very nice and well organised. They had a large selection of different plants, bushes and trees outside while inside was a good selection of different pet items which i found to be very good for value

Very helpful and great choice. After phoning to check stocks of rose bushes for a gift, I was put through to their rose expert, Justin. I then called in to buy the plant and he advised me how to pot, feed and prune it, and helped me find the perfect tub to plant it in. A great personal service from start to finish and a lovely garden centre. Thank you.

Traditional family run garden centre. Staff friendly and helpful. The small coffee shop wasn't open at present due to covid. Car park and entrance wheelchair friendly one way system in place. Dogs are also allowed inside.

I've been using "Toomer's" for 25 yrs, that in itself should indicate my ratings. I have always found the staff, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There is always a healthy variety of quality of plants. There is also a very good all-round pet and equine supplies within, including chicken, cat, dog, etc.

Great selection of dog foods, dry and frozen raw feeds. They keep the raw frozen feeds well stocked which is great as other places don’t.. Great garden centre with nice cafe

This is one of those garden centres for people that like gardening as opposed to - say - people that like home furnishings and tropical fish and delicatessens and so on. In other words, it sells stuff to plant in your garden, to maintain your garden, and various other garden or pet-related items. The staff know about gardens and plants and chemicals too - probably about almanacs too, though I haven't asked.

Great garden centre and staff are really friendly and helpful. The Daisy Chain Coffee shop has recently opened I believe and we tried their GF carrot cake which was delicious !! Great breakfasts too from what we could see and lots of options for little ones.

Ì was actually at Tails of Lydiard a wonderful young lady called Kirsty who clips my poodle. Another super cut. Whilst waiting I browsed Toomers Garden Centre. Bought some super plants, not too expensive either. All in all a very enjoyable afternoon.
