D. S.Again a place that we haven't been too in a number of years mostly because of covid and lockdown and because we have went to other places for plants and such. Gave it a try when getting the stuff for finishing off the flower bed so create the rockery/dinosaur area. Managed to get everything we wanted along with some 50p bargains which still appear to be going strong. Then returned for the soil for our lavender raised bed. Definitely recommend going here and seeing what you can pick up.
C. C.As we are still in lockdown rules. I have used the time well to take down a shed and uprecycle it into three raised flower bed. We got the compost slate and flowers from here. 4 trays on flowers for £10
2 lavender for £10
3 bags of compost for £12
6 bags of slate for £60 that is 2 bags for £10.
So as you can see we did spend quite a bit here but it is worth it.

M. P. P.Really good to see family run business still going, refreshing to find that you don't have to rely on big national garden centres to get what you want. Being a small business you get the personal touch and what you want instead of what they want you to have. Well worth a look as prices very reasonable.
w. s.It's not the biggest of garden nurseries but it's the one i go too because they have a great choice of compost, peat ect and what plants they do have on show are in good condition and on sale at a very good price. They also have a great range of pots, gravel and many other garden features.

C.Meadowdale Nurseries is a family run garden centre with a good stock of excellent plants, seeds, composts, garden ornaments, garden furniture, bird and wildlife food and feeders, garden fertilizers and chemicals, and so on. Over the pre-Christmas season there is a good stock of Christmas goods, too. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff make customers feel welcome and well looked after.

S.Brilliant small independent garden centre with plenty of products from seeds to paving to plants , great selection of items with knowledgeable staff, the carpark has loads of space to park on with level tarmac surface. Currently a one way system is in effect due to covid but this is no problem while shopping.

P.Lovely place lots of nice well kept plants shrubs garden ornaments and as not very good with knowing what to buy we asked a member of staff the lady spent a good amount of time showing us easy growing trees plants explained night width how to prune if needed even about soaking in a bucket before planting excellent service probably a bit more expensive than some but I'd definitely go to them again
