Reviews of Bents Garden and Home
K. P.
Absolutely LOVE this garden centre. It's fantastic. With a huge range of gifts, things for the home, furniture, garden fireplace, sweet treats and much more.
They also have a fantastic restaurant serving wonderful hot and cold food, beverages, a patisserie and a delicious bakery with a fabulous range of cakes and desserts.
A great place for children too. They have certain days where they host activities for the kids to enjoy.
If you sign up for their rewards card, there are plenty of perks such a discounts, a hot drink when registering, and a free cake on your birthday!
I also found a BARGAIN...a gorgeous bunch of pink tulips for only £1.00! Extremely happy with my visit and can't wait to come again.

We love Bents anyway it's a fantastic garden centre. They have great cafes/restaurants, plants, trees, shops, they also have a play area, crazy golf, a sandpit etc but this time we booked the Woodland Fairy Picnic and it was amazing! Highly recommend, my daughter loved it.
R. R. (.
My mum showed me this place and I was surprised. It's nice for the whole family. Place is huge. There is everything for your garden, also if you want to take a break there is a cool place to eat. Kids can enjoy dinosaurs playing mini golf 😉
A. B.
We got exactly what we wanted, some lovely garden furniture, in the sale. A fox glove we'd bought previously that hadn't made it through the winter was refunded and some beautiful replacements bought. We had lovely tasty cake, soup and cafe at the spacious cafe. All in all a lovely morning out.
s. b.
Bents has embraced the concept of destination shopping something for everyone a great place to treat yourself or others. You have to visit at least 4 times a year to appreciate Bents through the changing seasons and the amazing displays. Christmas is a highlight not to be missed but try going mid week to fully appreciate with little ones. Last visit my Grandson loved the sandpit fantastic 👏
D. K.
More like a department store than a garden centre. It has toys, clothes, kitchen utensils and a farm shop as well as the things you would expect in a garden centre. Also there is a great playground and mini-golf. The cafe is lovely too.
S. C.
Well worth a visit, great produce, meat and deli counters and some beautiful cakes. An excellent choice of gift and pet items with a range of clothing concessions. The garden centre was well stocked and although a little expensive the plants were well presented and looked to be good specimens.
s. b.
We just went for the crazy golf which was brilliant. Very busy garden centre and carpark. Nice visit. Crazy golf in garden centres is the future
M. P.
Another great visit yesterday! Nice choice of plants and home accessories, sat outside to have lunch which was great. Can't wait to visit again
S. L.
Well what a fantastic garden centre that is close to Warrington- it is just off the East Lancs Road. It looks like a beautiful colourful rainforest inside the main flower rooM- a real sight to behold! They also have a childrens toy shop and the whole place is very clean and looks fresh. We bought a lupin for 16.99
L. W.
Love coming here towards Christmas, so many beautiful tree displays and lots of decorations! Large free carpark, a food hall, cafe, toilets and friendly helpful staff.
J. A.
Absolutely gorgeous displays and products! It's like a Winter wonderland, and the food in the café s is amazing, so tasty.
S. D.
Well Aintree has taskers, speak has Dobbies, and just outside Warrington have BENTS, I would though get there early if it's nearly Christmas we got the just after 9ish and no problems after came out there was a quie, as long as the building and as you no the car park was full, well about the shopping loads of brilliant stuff a massive undercover area at the back which as a garden centre I should imagine would sell great products in the summer, but for the winter great stuff but yes at price for some of them but again you don't have to buy, but look if you need some new for the 🌲 then go no further load of ideas also there is a children's shop selling close, also a food store selling all stuff ie cheese's & meat counter, and there a couple of café, but for me I think it's a great shop and I for one I no I'll be coming back so for me it's out of 5 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 take care Kidder's and stay safe and have a brilliant Christmas and New year what ever you do 👍🏻
N. G.
Great place to visit, have of lots different plants in the garden area, highly recommended
C. e.
Love bents! There's so much to see and its all so nicely presented. On this visit I bought a plant and a scented diffuser, both were reasonably priced. I also had a meal in the café. The salmon and spinach quiche was beautiful. It was served with fresh veg and I would definitely have it again on future visits. It was very busy (I went on Sunday) but there was still plenty of room to walk about and look at things comfortably and leisurely.
S. R.
Never been before what a huge place and a playground for young children and the choices of products and bbqs all at great prices, again visit today 19-2-2022 fantastic place and great cafe. Went again. Today 7-6-2022 fantastic place super freindly staff and great choices
R. W.
Great place to visit, if you want to avoid a queue, enter via the pets corner cafe at the end 👍. We came from Blackpool to look around.
C. M.
Really nice garden center with supermarket, clothing and cafe. A must go
M. P.
Large garden centre with a department store feel about it very clean and well lit. However the dining experience on a Saturday afternoon is chaos some dishes have to be ordered from an order point others don't so due to the large queues your hot food could easily be only warm by the time everyone is sat down. That said quality and quantity of the food is very good but I won't be eating here again voluntarily
A.
We love it here, we like ho the owners though about every detail. The customer service in the food department is really good - top notch. I love the produce and the little deal veg and fruit bags. Garden area is amazing. We are gonna definitely come back.
s. b.
Best place to buy plants. The plants quality is great. They have a vast options of pots, planters and compost too. Our go to place for the everything related to plants.
Recently we visited and had lunch there too, and one of the best food I've had. It's so so so good. Now on every time I visit I'm going to eat in their food court. 😂
R. P.
What can you say best Garden centre by a country mile all plants in top condition. This place is like a wonderland, easily spend a full day here. I remember this place when I eas a kid started out as just a large wooden shed selling gardening supplies. Unbelievable success story,
It now sells everything even has a pet grooming.
Arts and crafts ornaments. At Christmas this place is amazing, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Go you won't be disappointed.
T. M.
Quality always comes at a Price! All plants and flowers are of exceptional quality here, pleasant well maintained surroundings the cafe / restaurant serves lovely food well presented. You have to treat yourself to a cake & a coffee. All in all a five star experience even if it dented the wallet!
L. S.
This is a lovely garden centre with do much choice. Spacious and good quality products. Didn't try the cafe this time but its always been great food when we've eaten there in the past. Lovely helpful staff.
m. h.
Nice place. Garden centre quite big. Has other shops and departments inside. Restaurant food was very good. I paid £15 for a gyros chips and salad. Very tasty. There is a kids play area, sand.pit and dinosaur crazy golf. Took a.full afternoon to see it all. Pet shop with a pet cafe. Easy to get to off the motorway. Would.i go again. Yes.
G. B.
Such a high end garden centre, although more than a garden centre. Great selection of plants, house hold goods and food. Arrived Sunday morning and plenty of parking even though it was quite busy. Love the selection Elho planters ... Like the large restaurants, crazy golf and the dinosaurs.
J. T.
Always a bit of an adventure and it was nice to be able to take someone else for their first visit and look at the look of impression on their face! A fantastic garden centre that has a great selection of plants, brilliant cafe and selection of high quality food and drink groceries.
If there is one complaint it can be a little expensive but if you take the time to look plenty of little bargains can be found and the fun is in looking. Staff are friendly and helpful which adds to the experience 🙌🏿
C. R.
Best garden centre ever!!! Such a huge choice of plants, flowers and garden equipment and the staff are fantastic. It is not the cheapest shop, but I suppose you get what you pay for which is a great shopping experience!
Also the cafe serves lovely fresh in season food and the portions are huge.
S. C.
Lovely garden center, everything you need. Beautiful healthy indoor plants.
R. W.
Always a pleasure to visit the various dining operations in Bents. Go back every week in spite of the prices. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Bents are well known for training their staff and have a lot of colleagues who have been there a long time.
Plants are guaranteed for five years and staff seem to know all the answers ( or at least who to ask)
N. B.
Great for gardening, plants, shrubs, pots, outdoor furniture, basically anything for home and garden. Fantastic restaurant and brilliant sandwich, salad, cake, drink area. Basically everything you need to dress your home with quality products, also dog grooming and pet cafe, visit you can spend a lot of time there.
E. P.
We have been coming for years at Christmas time because it is magical. The best Christmas displays I have ever seen! We went yesterday and actually explored the outside area etc and the kids play area, crazy golf and lake is amazing! Even though its a garden centre it's a family day out. We would definitely recommend that you go, yes it's pricey but we just go for a ride out and have a delicious scone in the cafe. Although yesterday I did get a much wanted toy for my daughter and it had 75% off. Bargain of the year so far. See you in November bents.
S. F.
I'd advise you to go straight to the dining area as soon as you arrive, as unless you've pre-booked - which incidentally the website wouldn't let me do - you have to join a waiting list at busy times and they will text you when your table is free.
What I do like is when you do get seated, in the 'walk-in' restaurant (the one with a wall of windows, rather than the central one), there is an option to order food from the central restaurant via your phone. Or you can just join the queue if the one you're in.
Obviously a big and gorgeous garden centre. Big and gorgeous prices. A jacket potato costs a tenner. I ordered 2 sides for £8.
My 3 year old loves the playground and also stopping to look at the dinosaurs in the crazy golf section. We love a day at Bents. We didn't go to shop today but have do e .any times. There's a deli hall, a pet shop, toy shop, craft shop, clothes shop then the usual homewards, candles, garden things and greetings cards.
Can't go wrong just bring a debit card ready to spend!
B. C.
Lots to see there, and a good family visit. The toy shop will keep the kids busy, and the bbq range id good for the carnivores. if you're hungry you can get a decent breakfast/ lunch... but be warned it can get busy so you might be in for a wait. Oh and you'll need deep pockets
K.
Fantastic garden centre with a great deal more, and more interesting, houseplants and garden plants than many garden centres and nurseries I've been to. Prices aren't too bad either. Plenty of other shops on site like a pet shop and a outdoorsy shop, and a cafe serving all sorts - including a brilliant vegan full English breakfast!
J. T.
Love this place. Yes its not cheap BUT its Quality that's on offer and quality costs. Some of the staff know their Onions whilst others are just doing a job. Ween needed help with buying fruit trees to start an orchard had to ask three people two had no idea but the third person Had all my answers and offered several recommendations to aid getting the max out of our new orchard. Including companion planting and shade planting.
P. A.
I love going to Bents garden and home . So much to look at . Christmas time is amazing. Got some lovely plants so many to choose from. And the staff are very helpful. Just a little expensive
V. “. H.
Absolutely beautiful garden centre, the ice-cream is gorgeous and the food is amazing...
J. C.
Huge choice of plants, veg, seeds etc. Unusual ornamentals for indoor and exterior. Restaurant, cafe, outdoor eating, fab food. Dog friendly too. But some items expensive. Staff lovely and helpful. Highly recommend a visit, if you've not been before
W. H.
Best Garden Centre in the north. Plenty of high quality planting material, loads of gardening tools and one of the best supplied farm shops in the area. By the way, they have a wide selection of craft ales - both local and national.
C. W.
Really big store. Has all kinds inside. Beautiful garden centre, they really look after their plants. Fab cafe, food quite expensive but really good. Excellent food hall with a butchers dept. You can't go wrong here for a lovely day out.
b. l.
This gardening 'shop' has grown and grown over the years to become a regional haven for those with a green thumb, those just starting their gardens, and for professionals alike. Seemingly never ending displays of plants, hedges, trees, patio sets, and much more... Plus a nice café with very decent lunch options or coffee breaks. Fun mini golf for the kids and other surprises.
R. P.
Visited Bents for the first time last week - excellent choice of products across the garden and home. Lovely restaurant/coffee area - well worth a visit.
The staff were great and helped with all our queries.
l. a.
There's a good choice of everything here that's good for ideas but I always check to see if I can get it cheaper elsewhere. The cafe serves a good choice of food but you have to go to the different counters now yourself too get the food. I suppose there cutting down on staff costs but we had to visit three different counters making two trips. I looked through one of the kitchen doors while waiting and one member of staff was tossing salad for the public with no gloves on. At least they got rid of the phone app to pay your bill on. That was a shambles that randomly would refuse to except your card. There is another cafe at the side that has no standard menu on the tables. It's all a bit all over the place as to what there actually selling that day. I have noticed lately the cafes seem to be less busy. They've ruined a pleasant meal into a military operation to grab the trays and have a marathon collecting your food and drinks.
J. N.
Beautiful garden centre. Lots of different departments and nothing you can’t get there that you’d expect from a garden centre then some!
Great cafe, loads of parking and a little shopping village attached to it for all your beautiful household items, clothing etc.
j. A.
Amazing place to visit.. The best garden centre by far.. Variety of shops to visit also... Clothes, crafts. Foods.. Children's wear and toys. Kitchen items and more Even a dog cafe... Suits everyone's needs friendly helpful staff... Vast variety of meals and cakes to choose from. From cold to hot meals at a very high standard you won't be disappointed.. Plants at a very high quality... Nice out door area.. Lake. Children's play area and dinasaur crazy golf...
J. J.
We had a lovely afternoon walking round the centre and spending too much🤣🤣🤗 on plants and garden ornamens. Had lunch in the cafe (near the tills) which was very nice and reasonably priced. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
L. P.
Went for some soil and ended up spending loads of money on some lovely plants! Every member of staff we spoke to was very helpful and the lady on the till at the end was lovely. Will definitely return.
P. H.
Great place lots of beautiful homeward, garden furniture, plants, clothing, celebration cards, just loads of little shops and the food in the eating areas is the best. Can't fault it. Plenty parking car wash and toilets. Love it
C. S.
Lovely place to find plants or trees for your garden.
Also there is a nice baby clothes shop here
A. C.
This was a real treat. I love plants and spent ages looking at the vast and varied stock available. There was a play area to distract my daughter and an amazing coffee shop to distract my husband. Winners all round!
R.
Bents is just somewhere that needs to be seen to be beleived. The place has all sorts there. You can buy anything from compost to a jacuzzi, to an out building, to wine. The place has a number of cafè's and restaurants within it so you can easily spend a full day there. The.place also has a dinosaur themed mini golf course which opened recently and is fantastic. The one think I would say is that the food is a bit expensive, however it is really good quality.
I've been this week to buy Christmas decorations this week and the place look absolutely magical. The effort which has gone into the displays is nothing short of spectacular.
B. H.
You can easily spend a full afternoon here with the amount of things there are to do and the amount of concessions and shops there are. I usually hate garden centres (so boring!) but this place has more of a department store vibe. It's especially fab at Christmas.
Café very expensive though.
It's always rammed so get there early. We got there at 11:45 and breezed straight in, but just an hour later the queues were snaking out the door so my advice is show up early. Most of the food is lovely and fresh, but the café loses a star because the side garnishes on the sandwiches are disgusting. The greens they put on the side are so bitter and dirty tasting that they're inedible, with a handful of stale crisps. You do expect a little better than that considering you're paying upwards of £8+ for a simple sandwich.
Cakes are top notch though! I've yet to try one that isn't delicious and they serve the best cappuccino I've ever had.
The actual centre loses an additional star too because *controversial opinion* too many kids! I have kids myself but I don't bring them here because - and this is just my opinion - there are some places that just aren't suitable for children. This place used to be one of them and it used to be nice coming here without my kids, you could spend an afternoon having a wander, browsing and eating in quiet peace and tranquil harmony and feel like you're taking a break in a 'grown up' environment for once. Not anymore! It's like a zoo now, screaming children and prams everywhere, and I notice there's been a big push in attracting families with small children, what with the implementation of huge play areas, sand pits and mini golf.
Plus - the last 2 times I've visited, the ladies toilets nearest the entrance were vile! Ladies toilets often are, my husband is always surprised when I describe them as being yuckier than the gents. But of course it's because ladies take their little darlings in there with them and kids are gross, I should know, I have 2 little boys! The last 2 times I went, there were masses of toilet paper strewn everywhere, soaked floors, every toilet was full with unflushed floaters and every seat was sprinkled with uncontrolled wee - literally every toilet! I think it's the responsibility of the parent to clean up after their gross little angel and unfortunately, in my experience, not many take that social responsibility or exercise that consideration, and so unfortunately it falls upon the establishment to maintain them and it was obvious on both occasions that the toilets hadn't been checked or tidied all day. Bents, if you're going to go about turning the place into a jungle bungle then you're going to have clean up the toilets more often!
K. W.
Just love the variety of garden centre with other shops around. Staff always very pleasant and approachable. Food bit pricey but lovely and fresh.
c. e.
Absolutely fantastic garden centre, especially at Christmas time. All the decorations are up and the place looks amazing. Unfortunately the restaurants are closed at the moment due to the Covid outbreak. The only negative is the huge queues to get in. A wait time at 10. 30am on a Friday morning was over an hour. Definitely a case of get there early at the moment.
A. S.
Inpressed with Bents variety and quality of the plants. Lots of other shops and specialist area like a food hall and pets shop. Had a sale going on and some nice home items & clothes but sadly majority of the plants in sale area where of poor quality and still quite expensive. You had to really search for anything worth taking home 🏡
N. R.
Lovely garden centre/farm shop. Great selection of everything. Bit pricey, but is to be expected in these places. Good for a day out.
N. B.
Fresh fruit is amazing quality and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.
L. J.
Displays here have been an inspiration for many years. There is lots to do from eating a lovely meal in the resteraunt, the children's play area, beautiful waters edge to browsing very well cared for plants
T. W.
Never have a bad experience at this place. Great service, great location and a really exciting and varied selection of garden and home wares. The Christmas offering is also epic!
D. W.
Brilliant dinosaur section for the kiddies, its minature golf but if its not too busy they let you enter to walk around for just £2 per person. Bents itself have the most amazing huge scons which you only need a half of to feel full, they are fresh, moist but crumbly and delicious. The shop itself is a bit overpriced but very enjoyable to visit.
L.
Bents is a perfect treat. The food, although expensive, is delicious and the portions are generous. There's such a wide range of goods on offer as well as beautiful plants.
A. H.
We love dog friendly cafe. We've purchased few plants and they are in perfect health and good size. There is so many plants to choose from in store!
C. B.
Food is great, although a little pricey. Park is amazing for kids and the little food area is good for kids snacks. Big sand pit is a great addition and the food hall is also really good
L. H.
I love going to Bents, the Tapas is really good, we had the tasting board which was really good and a good selection of what's on the menu. All the staff serving us were so friendly and helpful, especially Irene who looked after us so will.
J. L.
Huge garden centre with a great shop and cafe. Monster dinosaur crazy golf was closed.
Will visit again.
S. L.
Fantastic Day Out. Wonderful plants, displays, amazing dinosaur golf. Food yummy. The Food Hall is superb. Lovely staff
P. F.
Visited for lunch, and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was great. We visited about 2pm and there wasn't a queue, and there was still plenty of choice. Love Bents.. it's a local treasure.
C. B.
Lovely garden centre . Nice to have something to eat and drink . Also great for the kids with a good park which is toddler friendly . Like the food hall with the cake counter . Overall its a bit pricey as a garden centre but an enjoyable day .
G. F.
Absolutely brilliant from staff to quality of goods to food, a excellent day out, especially at Christmas time.
M. C.
A big thankyou to Bents.
The customer service at Bents is incredible. My mother recently visited Bents and chose a bench which she hoped would be a centre piece of a memorial garden for my recently passed father.
Bents delivered the bench swiftly to my mothers house and the delivery guys were very helpful.
Unfortunately my mother was informed that she could not use the bench by the crematorium. My very disappointed mother called Bents and explained the situation (Steve) immediately put my mothers mind at rest by understanding and arranging the collection of the bench and a full refund. Not charging for the collection is amazing.
Bents has shown a level of customer service that should be applauded and recognised.
Thanks again
Martyn

Bents visit always welcome -food second to none-- especially the gorgeous cakes in the restaurant-- strawberry tart at number one!! Staff always ready to help and because it is a family run garden centre, and totally independent, everything is different to anywhere else -and it's absolutely huge!! The best garden centre we have visited to date-- well done Bents, keep up the good work-- we love you!!
y. e.
Lovely food Hall, had a lovely salad and ice-cream. Great stalls and plants, plenty to see, need to give yourself lots of time.
J. B.
My mum loved it here, it's easy to see why. Great products, variety of shops and amazing food. The staff are polite and friendly!
O. S.
Absolutely loved the place.
I didn’t know what it would be like until I arrived to see the wow factor.
My plan was to visit T&J but once I entered Bents, I was surprised to see all the variety. The only downside was that the prices were towards the higher side in garden centre as compared to other places.
The Christmas decorations were really amazing!
S. G.
Wonderful place to visit, so much to see and do. Mum loved it and son loved it,so caters for all ages. Food hall was busy but that was to be expected as it was a Wednesday and the Eat in to help out offer was running. The staff in the food hall were all lovely and attentive and a joy to speak to. Can't wait to go back but I'll take hubby next time and show him what a gem I found.
J. G.
Always good, especially Anne in the Pet Cafe and Lisa in the garden. Thanks girls, you've been a rock over my loss of my little Maggie. Love and hugs. X
v. s.
Very good selection of plants. Outdoor cafe with amazing view to the pond. A little pricy but to be expected. Would go back again.
S.
Possibly the best garden centre in the North West of England, high quality plants as well as garden furniture, and many house hold items, with food, a restaurant and other retailers in- store. A huge centre/store that make other large centres seem so small. A*
R. W.
A great restaurant with excellent food, plants, garden stuff and other things for the home. A children's playground and Jurassic Park golf. It's good for kids.
C. J.
Absolutely brilliant displays again this year! All staff in masks, sanitiser everywhere & still very friendly & helpful! In the restaurant, had the nicest christmas dinner, compliments to the chefs & cooked to perfection! Staff waiting on us again very friendly, nothing was to much trouble! It was nice to see the outside xmas food market! After a very doom & gloom year so far, being in Bents made me smile, perked me up, defo made me have the christmas feeling & I bought some nice gifts!! You felt very safe & people was respecting social distancing! Get in & have a look!
E. D.
The only thing that bugs and baffles me about Bents is the habit the till staff in the food hall have of asking customers with hands full of shopping bags to pick up their empty basket as well and cart it back to the starting point. I've never been in a shop (including the one I work in) where a customer would be expected to do this. It just come across as terrible, rude customer service. The last time it happened the lady behind the counter said 'here's your receipt and here's your basket to put back over there'. No Bents, it's your basket and, given the level your prices are at, replacing it should be something your staff are paid to do.
B. L.
This place is huge and carries basically everything you can think of, from amazing world food, to the most amazing hot tubs. Bents is always worth a visit, if only to see their amazing seasonal displays. I always love coming here and getting inspired!
C. S.
Booked one of the Igloo pods for a family treat, food was lovely, service was great and the garden centre itself was Amazing! I've never been to Bents but will certainly be going back without the children!
A. N.
1st time visit but will not be my last! So much to see and do, fabulous Christmas display , Bents is so much more than just a garden centre, I would definitely recommend it for plants and the fabulous food. Next time I want to play mini golf in their Jurassic park!
M. H.
Lovely place but rather on the pricy side. But nice to walk round and view what's on sale. We bought some 🪴
G. P.
Felt very covid safe, great place to visit, with plenty to do.
R. W.
Massive garden centre with everything you will need for your garden and then some!! Just added a Lakeland shop and there is a pet shop with a cafe next to it with dogs allowed in. The main cafe has lots of choice but is a little pricey.
D. B.
Loved the choice of goods available here. There is a food section with lots of artisan goodies, fresh meats and let's not forget the fantastic pies. Kitchenware and a handicrafts section are also a must to see. The layout of this large store, the displays and cleanliness are excellent but prices are a little inflated however you're sure to leave having found and bought something you didn't know you needed. Not a place to shop for bargains. Nevertheless a good experience overall.
M. M.
Large selection of plants, prices are reasonable. Food shop has everything you would want and the home bake sausage are amazing. A few different eating areas so you are spoilt for choice we went into the nain restaurant.lovely coffee, sandwiches had plenty of filling and was very tasty. Cakes well what can I say, large selection and large portions, very tasty and you can get a box to take home.
C. A.
Great pet friendly cafe. Toast was delicious! Kids loved the crazy golf. Well worth a visit.
P. W.
I've been visiting Bents for more than twenty years. I remember when the café was upstairs and tiny. It's now huge and stretches outdoors. I've mostly lost my interest in gardening, but Bents is a great place to go for a bite to eat. The breakfast is great, they have a great selection of soups and sandwiches, and a huge range of cakes and desserts (must get around to trying the latter). They have a Tapas bar too, which we haven't yet tried. You might have to queue a bit, but there always seems to be somewhere to sit. Lots of other things to look at too, including indoor and outdoor furniture and kitchen equipment. They have a great food hall too, if you want to take something away. It's fair to say that Bents is a little more expensive than elsewhere, but I don't mind paying that premium occasionally.
J. S.
Lovely food and staff, and some beautiful plants today

Fabulous Garden Centre at any time of the year. Had a lovely trip there today with my husband who uses a wheelchair. Was very pleased that i could push him around without any difficulties. Stopped for a lovely light lunch here, which was wonderful. Food was beautifully presented, and made fresh to order. The New Food Hall was fantastic, lovely fresh, locally sourced products, wonderfully displayed. This truly is by far the best and I look forward to many many more visits.
s. K.
Wow what a lovely garden centre so many lovely plants out door garden furniture very clean spacious areas. Staff were nice & friendly too.
N. D.
I love this place, the decor and the setting was done so well, especially now as everything was Christmas theme and it was so beautiful as there was different themes and colour scheme giving people option of how they can put it together.
I couldve stayed there for hours and still not get bored.
Loved the food too.
The only thing is everything was pricey, from food to decor to clothes etc.
C. S.
Great shopping trip. Lots of lovely plants and garden bits.
Had afternoon tea in the restaurant. Covered outdoor seating, and were great working around my allergies. Definitely going back!
J. W.
It's lovely wandering around seeing all the plants. There's a lot to look at everywhere, cafe on site clothes department, food so much to see there.
L. H.
Very expensive. Time waiting for a coffee was too long. Very well set out. A nice place to stroll around
S. E.
Awesome. This place is gigantic. The cakes in the cafe are something else. I've never seen so many plants in one place.
G. H.
This is a garden centre on steroids, its huge, it has everything you need and more. Fantastic restaurant and a cafe and a tapas bar, all reasonably priced.
There is also a large food hall which is packed with produce, meats, cheese, veg, bread etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really love this place. If your in wheelchair like me its super easy to navigate around.
I. T.
Fabulous place to visit for garden needs ,wonderful shopping area with assorted little shops such as Edinburgh woollen mill, joules ,hotter and many others ,the restaurant is fabulous with such an assortment of delicious food to enjoy
j.
Brilliant garden centre 👍🏽😍 always wonderful displays 😚 more expensive than other garden centres 🤷🏼♀️
B. S.
An amazing place for all the gardening stuff you need. A little pricey on somethings. But that's like most places these days.
J. C.
A fantastic place for the keen gardener and home maker. Good size food hall, selling cakes, specialised and seasonal food, fruit and vegetables, a butcher and a delicatessen. Within the garden centre, there are shops for outdoor living, children's clothing, pet store, cookware, hobby craft, interior decor, Edinburgh Wool Shop and other clothing.
Although, we came after Christmas and New Year, the Christmas decorations were still up and looked very festive. The garden centre was preparing stocks for the coming spring season and events. There is also a children's play area and a mini golf.
You didn't have to walk far to rest your feet, grab a bite and a drink, restaurant and coffee and snack bars everywhere, even in the pet store.
M. K.
Wow! What an amazing Christmas display for kids of all ages. Leave yourself at least two hours to explore this winter wonderland properly. Whimsical and charming. Lots of Christmas decorating ideas!
M. C. C.
Visited the place a few times now for lunch and a wander around the shops etc. A very well presented spacious garden centre with a great selection of plants and shops. Lunch there in my experience is always excellent, very clean, tasty and fresh as the snacks are being made right in front of you as you order them.
C. R.
Not the cheapest garden centre but one of the best. Excellent food again not the cheapest but quite and plentiful.
Food hall very good.
J. S.
It was a really nice environment and if you are after garden plants and accessories you will be in heaven. Sadly if you have no outside space like us at the moment they are a bit limited, also the Bonsi trees did no have any suitable dishes to go under the pots so we were unable to get one.
A. M.
They cater for all ages. We took our grandson and he thoroughly enjoyed seeing the dinosaur golf and playing in the sandpit
L.
Perfect we go every Christmas, its a little expensive but great for getting in tge xmas spirit and getting your decoratio needs . Also shops in there kids , food shop . Also an eatery inside and at christmas a christmas huts in the outdoor area very festive
D. W.
Amazing place so big everything you need for your garden and home and a lovely cafe with gorgeous cakes
Well worth a visit
N. A.
As always this place is beautiful Perfect place for a bite to eat and a wonder round Whilst picking up the perfect gift for the mother in law Christmas decorations are out the kids will love it 😀
S. J.
A visit to Bents is well worth you're time, there is a shop offering local produce along side an international selection of beers and spirits, a nice Caffè and buffet for a quick bite or lunch, and the garden store where you can find anything Weber barbecues to plants and garden furniture.
Outside you can find a generously sized play ground along with a 18 hole mini golf course (7.50 for adults, 5.50 for over 4s and 4.50 for 4 and under). We had a great time playing!
M. M.
Gorgeous garden centre! It’s actually more than a garden centre. You might end up spending a good couple of hours here. We’ve been few times and it’s always busy, especially weekends and around Christmas time as they have a great Christmas display. Everything is a top quality, so are the prices of course, the products they sell are mostly from the local farms, lovely plants 🪴, nice cafe, love their food, great outdoor playground for kids, there is Dinosaur zone as well, there is entrance fee for that. It is very clean and welcoming, staff are nice and friendly. Big free parking. Definitely a must visit place if in the area! 🌟
L. S.
Beautiful store, great Christmas atmosphere...but always the same slow service in the restaurant.
H. H.
We love bents garden centre you can go there for pretty much anything. They have a butchers onsite, toy store, crafts, outside play as well as all your gardening needs. The range of food and restaurants is also amazing even when the place is busy you can always get a seat and some food.
B. S.
We go quite often it nice to see whats new and christmas is fantastic kids love it and the mums
H. H.
We love Bents! Crazy dino golf, play park, lovely food and a fabulous garden centre, amongst other great things on site. It really is a fabulous day out. Expensive food but incredible cakes.
L. R.
Lovely garden centre, great restaurant and many items to browse or buy. In addition to plants & flowers there's a selection of garden furniture, home decor, fresh food, toys & crafts and pet supplies . A bit expensive but makes for a nice afternoon.
Christmas time is magical but often busy.
A. N.
A nice change although very busy. Waited for coffee too early for lunch but had to queue for a long time. Got some lovely plants ..bushes and grasses. My garden is looking much greener and splashes of spring colour.
L. W.
Lovely staff and food. Didn't feel too crowded and the extra cafe space is great
j. m.
We attended the BBQ workshop and it was brilliant!! Full credit to Nick and his team who were always on hand to help us and Chef Richard Holden. It was superbly organised and we got to learn some great BBQ cooking skills as well as taste delicious food. Thank you.
a. b.
Excellent place for christmas shopping.. we had a great time today looking at all the beautiful set ups! The clothes, food and other facilities are great! We had a christmas roast dinner that was delicious. There are plenty of things to do here and you will find yourself lost within the isles for a good few hours!
P. R.
Took my mum for lunch and a mooch, best garden centre ever, she loved it
E. B.
Called here while visiting friends and what a fantastic place it is . The variety of plants is amazing ....coffee shop fabulous....clothes department wonderful....will definitely be calling here again on our next visit . Bought a load of plants to take back home ( to Hereford) would have bought more but sadly not enough room in the boot
M. M.
Enjoyed lunch out with friend , staff v pleasant and helpful . We then had a wander round the store , Christmas prep was going on all around but didnt hinder our shop , some of products v pricey , seen in other places much cheaper , looking forward to seeing their Christmas Market which is due to open soon and all under cover 😊 , Christmas Market open , only food and drink being served , seems to be going down well with customers , was hoping for craft stalls also , 2018 tried the Tapas what a delight, plenty of choices , food freshly prepared , again staff pleasant and helpful , will def be trying again. 2019 , called in today to Sales , got various items , was over charged by £32 , went round to enquries and was promptly sorted out , apologies given , Georgia who attended to refund , was polite , cheerful and very professional a def assett to Bents
J. A.
Fantastic food. Great range of plants. Excellent range of goods in shops. Best garden centre that l have ever visited. A great day out.
P. D.
Love this place, their Christmas displays are very good.
P. R.
A proper shopping destination combined with an extensive café/restaurant.
Great presentation of all things garden related and knowledgeable helpful staff throughout the complex.
A few franchises add to the variety of goods on offer.
S. V.
Always lovely especially at Christmas time only thing was the waiting time for the restaurant we was in the building for 10am and could get a seat till. 1pm so we left it and ate elsewhere
R. W.
The choice of plants, seeds and pots are wonderful. They look after their plants and flowers beautifully and last ages. However, only given them 3 stars due to their cafe/ restaurant. It was very chaotic and was given conflicting information about where to order food, either at the different section or at the till. My son ordered pizza, which was undercooked and poor quality and I had to ask 4 times to get his tomatoes and cucumber that should have come with the meal. I ended up with nothing as I struggled on my own with 2 children and got confused too. I'm glad I didn't order anything as the size of the meals were huge. Strange considering the majority of people eating is the over 60s. Not many people want a huge meal at lunchtime. If you do eat there, take a friend and share a meal.
G. P.
Excellent surroundings, plenty of variety to choose from. Plants looked healthy and well cared for. Cafe food also excellent. We visited on a warm sunny day and sat outside by the water - bliss! Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
L. B.
A beautiful place to just have a walk around, so much to see.
V. M.
Fantastic so much to see and do. Restaurants serving delicious good and drinks. Large selection if plants. Clothes shoes, bakery, Lakeland. Something for everyone
J. G.
Enjoyable day. Don't like new sandwich line. Cannot see what your ordering. Also NO ICE for my coke. Ugh! Please get some ice. You used to have it. Or get a ice machine.
J. F.
So much choice, something for everyone. Love the dog cafe in the pet shop 🐶
M. S.
Great selection of everything for every garden, good cafe/ restaurant too.
L. W.
An incredible shop. I visited recently for Christmas tree decorations and was not disappointed. The staff were also extremely helpful when I needed help finding certain things.
J. G.
Had a lovely time at Bents. Very well organised. Was told it would be 45 mins to get seated it was under 20 in fact. Table service, by lovely staff and delicious menu/food and price mon/wed. So bright and spacious inside.
j.
Today I did the dinosaur crazy golf with my 8 year old, we had loads of fun, some of the pirates are looking a little worse for wear but didn't stop our fun
V. W.
Amazing variety of plants, pots etc. Good food and some great gift items. Would definitely recommend a visit. Good for children too.
G. C.
Always colourful with good displays. Makes for a pleasant visit.
D. D.
What can I say apart from wonderful, the cafe part amazing loads to choose from all freshly made bit on the expensive side but delicious food and the rest was beautiful set out nice room to move and for flowers and plants all stunning
L. C.
HUGE selection of everything for the home, the garden and gifts, however it's all more expensive than most other retailers! Pleasant staff and good food in the cafe but again....too dear!
L. M.
So much more than a garden centre , it's got something for everyone .Ideal for elderly relatives if you take them out as they will enjoy the cafe .Plenty to see and buy .It's expensive for lots of things but good quality .
M. R.
Always a nice place to visit. Clean and pleasant, great products in the garden parts and nice shops at the side …topped off by great food in the restaurant!
J. P.
Bents garden and home is a fantastic place to visit. Great staff are always on hand to give advice on products. The only negative is it expensive but you will be buying quality products.
v. h.
Beautiful garden centre. Cakes are yummy but has gone very expensive. Still a lovely place to while away a morning window shopping.
S. H.
I absolutely loved it.fab range of everything.the cafe is superb.this place is well worth a run out.i love garden centres and go all over the north of England.this is the best.go and enjoy.
V. L.
Good and big, but expensive. Café is suuuper expensive. £8 for a very normal sandwich. Desserts and sweet are amazing though. They overcharged me for some tomatoes at the till and had to go to customer services to get it refunded. Not worth it and quite annoying. (Didn't go in the end)
G. P.
Better than your normal garden centre, a large selection of garden materials, but also household goods, jewellery, clothing, furniture, candles, and a high class restaurant, plus various cafes, even dining in the evening, and such good sandwiches and coffee and ice cream, cakes to die for!, and the craft centre specialised foods, cakes, butchery, even an outdoor centre!
p. b.
Great place got to be my favourite garden centre. Had a lovely lunch, food brilliant as always.
L. P.
Really enjoy everything about Bents. Great eating places, not the cheapest but the best. Beautiful plants. Nice gifts.
8.
Much more than just a great garden centre with loads for the kids as well.

Hi. 'Bent's Garden and Home' is undoubtedly a rewarding sensory experience in so many areas, but very expensive! It's very well done and worth a visit, so go and enjoy!
Y. T.
Sale on at present, whole place clean bright and full of treasures. food remains great. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable
C. C. (.
Expensive but fantastic cafe. Quality food and service. Good garden centre. Looks like kids paradise. Dinosaur golf, sandpits, outdoor playground. Number of other cafes to keep parents fuelled whilst kids play. Lake.
P. B.
Big place, not the cheapest, but some quality stuff. Spent more than we intended, and the food was nice. Busy but didnt feel overcrowded.
G.
What an amazing place. Too big for me to walk around everything so will be returning soon. So many very special things to see and buy.
c. H.
Great garden centre you could get lost its so big, food delicious 😋 staff even brought to our table to help us with the trays.
M. c.
Always enjoy the meals and a big selection to choose from.Plants in garden center Always well looked after and Always found the staff polite 😀 😊
A. C.
It's a good garden centre but a bit pricey. We went because we bought a hot tub from a company based there called Jacuzzi and needed some supplies and advice.
A. N.
Absolutely amazing place. Utterly huge. Wonderful food, great range, huge seating areas. The Christmas displays are mesmerising. A joy to visit.
a. s.
Excellent selection of high quality plants. 'Life style' area full of a lot of rather tasteless bling plus good quality food, garden furniture and clothing etc. BUT must have one of the most unhealthy checkout areas in Cheshire ... a sugar-laden magnet for children or adults caught in the queue. That is exceptionally poor for a firm which tries to promote healthy living via garden and food areas.
K. D.
Great day out. Large selection of high standard plants. The food hall is excellent and the cafe serves fresh tasty meals. So much choice and lovely staff
V. S.
Bit on the pricy side but definitely good inspirational ideas for your garden no matter how big or small it is, staff are very friendly always willing to help
G. S.
This place is massive and has loads of things to suit your garden needs. Plus it has a good hall but we didn’t venture in.
S. C.
So much to see and do. Cafe is lovely xx
M.
A great place to visit for all things garden, but can be expensive. All plants have a ten year warranty, so if it dies you can get a free exchange.
A. F.
Food was lovely when we got it but in both cafe and restaurant it seemed a bit of a trial to get anything.
O. E.
Must say this is usually a good place and very nice to walk around but the last to visiting someone stole the trolley that was full of items. We couldn’t find it anywhere so it was either something we picked up and someone else wanted it or it was a member of staff who decided to walk off with it.
Unsure 😐 hence only 4 stars, I always love visiting this place, very clean and a warming place. Wasn’t best impressed luckily we managed get the items again, most of them where in the sale with limited items as it was clearance stock.
D. L.
The best garden centre around... the food is simply incredible here. Yes it can be a little pricey but its 1000% worth it. The vast selection of items you can buy under one roof is baffling from plants to jacuzzis to clothes, alcohol, sweets, toys, pet items I could go on and on and on.
E. T.
The Most Expensive sandwiches i have ever seen!!! 🥪 2 slices of bread with filling £12 plus, Take your own food 😳
n. d.
On the expensive side for plants but good range. Food was look warm in cafe. Won't be in a hurry to go back.
J. A.
An expansive garden centre and loads of satellite concessionary stores. Tidy and well kept, with high prices for plants.
A. G.
Brilliant Garden centre. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice restaurant. Store covers gardening, plants, food, wine, children's wear, ladies war, household design accessories and so much more.
J. B.
Love this place, so much to do and see. Great restaurant with lovely coffee and food!
J. W.
Love this place and often visit when staying with my daughter. So much to see and they have some unusual gifts and plants. Houseplant section is awesome and I always come home with something for my collection. A bit pricy for some of their items but always superb quality. Food hall is amazing!
A. H.
Fantastic place and very accessible for disabled. The flowers are always in peak form, cafe has fabulous food, and the displays are always stunning. We go at least once a month and always love it.
l. c.
Brilliant few hours spent, so much to see 🤩
D. M.
Always a great place. Not just a good garden centre but food hall as well.
A. P.
Called for breakfast this morning. Very well organised. Felt completely safe whilst here. They are certainly on the ball. Runs like a well oiled cog. Definitely doing their best to keep Covid out.
S. H.
On a rainy afternoon we decided to head to Bents garden centre, we found the free EV charger for the car as we were down to the minimum. It's located next to the pet shop side.
Stepping in we found ourselves inside the pet shop, it has pretty much everything for a dog you can think of. We don't own a dog however I found myself ooohing and ahhhing at the items for pooches.
We were hungry so headed for the restaurant, a very helpful lady handed us menus and told us what to do. We found a seat and looked over the menu, deciding on roasts we then went to the hot food section, while my husband picked up the roasts I went over to the salad bar for my daughter. She had a Chicken Caesar salad. It was absolutely massive! Having found my husband lost in the chaos of other wandering humans we made our way to the tills paid and went back to our table. Food was good, nice thick pieces of beef. The jugs of gravy are too small, but you can ask for more if needed.
After eating an enormous dinner we then decided to have a look around, it has something to suit everyone.
I would definitely go back as I would like to visit the outside section of the garden centre.
The card section is a must see!
G. F.
When there for lunch with the kids. There is a great outside playground and even a massive sand pit indoors.
There is plenty of choice for the food for a decent price.
The actual garden itself is perfect. You can find absolutely anything you want.
Free parking.
A. M.
Very nice garden centre, nicely set out.
Reasonable price cafe too
S. B.
Absolutely stunning display of every form of Christmas decorations you could possibly want. Very busy garden centre. Cafe was busy as we had to wait but a very good system in place that allows you to walk around and they call you when you're table is available. Slightly pricey, but excellent food prepared to a high standard.
An extensive garden centre with every type of plant for all types of garden. Would highly recommend a visit especially at this time of year if Christmas is big in you're family 👌👌
M. P.
Absolutely massive place with a bit of everything. Can particularly recommend the tapas restaurant.
V. J.
Lovely place with lots of choice and a great cafe
J. M.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Best Garden Centre I have ever been to!
Out of all the garden centres I have ever been to, this is always the place to go for any plant you may be looking for. Always have a wide range of healthy flowers and plants.
You can also grab excellent cakes from the cafe which is always a must when we visit.
They also have plenty of things for your home, lights, ornaments, candles, furniture, clothes, gifts, cards, pet store, Trespass, kids store, arts and crafts, foodhall, kitchenware, Dino crazy golf and more.
H. H.
Really nice place lots to choose lots of ideas usually go to Housing units but this was a refreshing change also had a nice Christmas market lots of food hmm
T. B.
Great place for food, plants.. Great products, all high quality. Lots to do. Lots of independent shops to see. Camping shop, pets place, kids and home shop.
Amazing Café. They really cater for kids, with play area & baby changing facilities, some of the best I've been to.
Worth a good afternoon walking round.
J. H.
WOW I'm speechless. Having moved away from the area I haven't visited bents for a few years. It always was a fabulous garden centre but now it's been transformed into quite a destination. We'll definitely be returning again soon. The hour we had prior to it closing for the day just wasn't long enough!
L. T.
Bit expensive but lovely to walk round and get ideas for the home and garden.
Theres a coffee shop and a pet centre.
Fabulous christmas decorations
D. K.
Great garden centre - very much worth a visit at Christmas to check our their displays and the new Winter Market Section at the back.
Check it out!
J. L.
Girls lunch out, great food as always in pleasant surroundings.
Lots to see for home and garden.
H. B.
They have everything you could wish for. The Christmas displays are beautiful although a little over the top! However the experience was married by the sheer volume of people, which made it difficult to move around. If you are able to visit during the week I would recommend this.
p. F.
Expensive shop.. Need a bank loan. Food store worth a look.. Sausage rolls amazing tho
M. N.
Amazing place. Not the cheapest, but the plants have good life chances. Cake is also good. And then there is Christmas...
K. R.
Not a bad day out for us, nice sandwiches and a cuppa just over a tenner,
C. M.
Great variety of products and businesses on site, including Lakeland. Maaaassive scones in the cafe too!
l. t.
Beautiful Christmas displays, lots of different and creative ideas. It was very busy so best to get there early, to avoid waiting outside. They have a lovely Christmas market with different food and places to sit as well as the usual cafés.
J. K.
Amazing Christmas decorations. Stayed for lunch. Two beef sandwiches with a few salad leaves and crisps and two pots of tea came to a mind blowing £23. Will visit again but will definitely not be dinning. Intrigued to see how they manage to justify the price.
R. C.
I'd give it 5 stars but it's so expensive! Stack them high and sell them low, at bents it's stack them high sell them higher! Love everything, gardens, foodhall, shopping etc it's just the prices that put a taint on this place real shame
G. T.
Great staff they look after there plant,s and flowers food lovely very clean place so much to look at could spend all day there just looking round.
P. E.
Lots to see, can't wait for Xmas displays.
W. H.
Heaven on earth...love the rose section. Always feel a sense of well-being wandering up and down the large section of plant's,flower's and everything you could want for your dream garden. The gift department is lovely and there are some beautiful items to purchase. Been 5 time's now and still not seen everything. The food hall is wonderful and the food is delicious
T. H.
Visited with the mother to look around their Christmas selection. Which is always very good ! Definitely worth a trip and the kids love it too! Lots to see. Play area for the kids. Small pond. Restaurant. Free WiFi. You can easily spend a few hours here just looking. Things can be pricey but seemingly so very unique.
C. E.
Excellent, had a lovely meal, then walked round, bought some plants ,had a very enjoyable day ,would recommend for people to visit
J. W.
I love Bents at Christmas time. Wonderful place to visit
J. W.
Your spoilt for choice here, think they have everything covered, from plants, trees, sheds, Jacuzzis and then places to eat and play areas if you take the children with you, however, it is extremely expensive so I would take a picnic with you as there are plenty of benches available.
b. d.
Great breakfast followed by a wander through a terrific selection of well presented healthy looking plants gets the day off to a great start.
R. W.
Great place for home decor or garden.
This place is huge with lots of covered areas.
Prices are comparable to other garden centres.
M. W.
Beautiful store with beautiful plants and homeware. Delicious scones and tasty coffee. Thankyou
C. W.
Had lunch and as always the food was wonderful. The water glasses have now been given a new lease of life. All good. Was like walking around a beautiful garden too
F. T.
I have been going to Bents since I was a child, great place for a browse and some lunch or just tea and cake, really nice unusual and different things to buy, Christmas time is amazing at Bents but like they say it's not just for Christmas
P. S.
Not been since 2016 but happy we did. Got everything we wanted (plants for our garden) and more. Looking forward to our next visit.
T. C.
Fan dabby dose. I'll be back. Super day out. Well worth the trip to
J. L.
A must visit Garden Center, that has a fantastic collection of plants, shrubs and flowers all in tip top condition. It was hard to make a decision as to what to purchase. Staff however were on hand to offer the benefits of their knowledge and expertise.
Found the food on sale in the restaurant to be excellent value. Highly recommend.
Plenty of activities also to amuse young ones in the play area adjacent to the lake.
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit today.
S. L.
Lovely cakes. Many different places to eat, including pods, great if you want to be outdoors without the wasps visiting every two minutes. Lovely lake walk. We played the Dino crazy golf. Affordable and so much fun. The moving dinosaurs and pirate ship kept five year entertained all the way round 18 holes.
L. C.
I went to bents for the first time yesterday and it was a great day out it had: An amazing cafe, lots of things for your garden, many other things to buy such as soft toys, it had a playground for small children and dinosaur golf. I would definitely recomend
m. C.
1st time there one of the best garden centre's I've been to,lots to look at, eating area was very good.
J. F.
Good choice of plants. And some enjoyable food in the cafe. Took home some nice things from the foodhall.
P. K.
A beautiful garden centre. Something for everyone. Very upmarket and rather pricey but well worth visit.
D. H.
Had a very pleasant afternoon at Bents.Excellent variety of plants and things for home and garden.Enjoyed tea and scones
J. X.
I love the fact it has beautiful displays.
There are other shops there, a cafe, a food hall, not just a garden centre
m. a.
A lovely day out but a bit pricey especially if you want to take the family out for a coffee or lunch.
s. g.
Great place, a little expensive but some good offers at the moment.
L. R.
I was invited to my friends Retirement Afternoon Tea.....BEAUTIFUL all round. Staff were very polite and very helpful. XxxX
M. H.
Fantastic store, everything for the garden and more, and fabulous food.
c. s.
Love it bit expensive
J. B.
The physical and stock-hold expansion of this place over the last decade has been remarkable. The sale of plants seems to have taken a back seat to all the other stock - presumably less profit in plants. It is what it is though and the shear range of stock held is vast. It does tend to be more expensive than competitors though. I'm guessing that maybe due to cost of the many high cost low sales items they stock. Overall though a good experience.
G. T.
Best Garden centre arround.ideal for wheelchair access.food fantastic loads of choice.childrens play area.dinasour mini golf.would recomend a visit
d. p.
Lovely visit. Good social distancing. Fab plants as always. Lovely sausage bapxx
C. S.
Extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgable staff. Brilliant variety of stock, which appeared to be very looked after.
G. -.
I went hoping they had a bonsai section but i never knew if they did. I was delighted to see they did. I got a pot from the bonsai area and a shrub from the sale area and made a fantastic bonsai for 17 pounds! Good selection of plants and shrubs, this is my new place to go. I usually go to the one in newton le willows and its good but does not have half the selection this place does.
D. G.
The cafe great, but expensive, lovely plants but also expensive, great food drinks hall.
G. B.
Amazing Display of Christmas Lights and Decorations if you love Christmas sparkle ❇ - - - saw a few huge Dinosaurs outside, well have to visit again in the spring to see these 🦖🦕
M. F.
Easy spacious parking - extensive range of products even excluding garden related items - stuff you won't see anywhere else - ALL plants, shrubs and flowers are immaculately presented and the best you'll see anywhere - just preparing yourself for a hefty invoice on departure... hence only 4 *
P. G.
Yes it is slightly overpriced and you can get better value flowers at smaller locals - but bents makes for a great family outing. There's plenty to see and the seasonal displays are excellent. Really good food and drinks.
C. H.
The name 'garden center' doesn't quite do it justice as its so much more! Dining hall is amazing and had a lovely meal there. Overall quite expensive but good if you're looking for something special.
S. S.
Garden Centre is a bit of an understatement. The development of this place in the 5 years since I was last here is amazing.
Yes, there are plenty of garden related stuff including a lot of furniture, out-buildings, stone/gravel selection; my visit was in January so the proportion of this stuff was naturally higher. Loads of brand named garden tools, nature kit, compost and fertilisers.
The accompanying shops are plentiful and high quality, ranging from pet stores, fresh food via deli counters, to homeware and clothing. There are consessions willing to sell you Jacuzzis, garden sheds and Tiki huts.
There is plenty of plants etc to stock medium to large gardens.
F. G.
Nice place, well layed out and easy to navigate. I would say it's a little on the expe side side but it is nice.
H. S.
Amazing!! Huge garden centre with lots to look at, and plenty of places to grab a quick meal, or sit and take it all in! Will certainly be revisiting .
M. L. (. U. 2.
A great place to visit for your gardening needs, also includes retail environments for children's toys and arts and crafts enthusiasts, all offering great selection and variety, need inspiration at Christmas time ? Head to bents for loads of decoration ideas, including ornaments lights and trees, also a great coffee shop, but Christmas time sees the German food stalls, definitely a must
S. W.
Fantastic Christmas section and reasonable prices.
C. H.
Booked a table in the restaurant for 3. All 3 had different mains and all were lovely. However the waitress who brought the drinks spilled one of them, she didn't wipe it up and I had to go and get napkins and long spoons for the lattes which she didn't bring. After we had all finished eating nobody cleared the table, after approximately 50 minutes we asked a waitress for the menu so we could order dessert, after 20 minutes she hadn't returned with the menus and still nobody had cleared the table so we left. Could have given 5 stats had the service been better.

What a lovely day.
Had a coffee half and half and a scone absolutely lovely.
You need a day and that is a quick look around.
Please make time to visit the food Hall the artisan bread is wonderful as are the ready made frozen meals.
Make sure you try the home made soup delicious.
So many things I could tell you about but don't leave the grandchildren out they would love it just as much.
Check out my pictures.
I hope you had as much gun as I did.!

Fantastic trip out, one of the biggest garden centers I've been to
A. C.
Enjoyed afternoon tea here, very nice good day out. Plenty for children to do.
J. B.
We like to go to Bents Garden. There is a varied selection of seedlings and flowers, gardening supplies, as well as seasonal household goods. There is a beautiful children's park with dinosaurs. But also a pleasant sitting with tea or coffee.Even the most demanding customer leaves satisfied. I highly recommend.
B. W.
This place needs no introduction, it can be pricy vs online but coming here is an experience in itself especially near Christmas time. Enjoyed it more than the Manchester Markets. Plus you can get some amazing plants 🪴.
L. B.
Fabulous place, lots to see, Christmas displays are wonderful 10/10
J. I.
Lovely garden centre, food a bit pricey although nice
D. M.
Now got its Christmas show on but still plenty of plants and lots of other shops along with an excellent restaurant and cafe. Just as good as ever
I. P.
Bents have excelled themselves this year with Christmas. Amazing displays and not too pricey. They have doubled or even trebled their outside eating area with hot food vans now selling fish n chips and pizza. 10/10. Well done
E. F.
Amazing garden centre with fantastic restaurant and even more impressive views. Highly recommend!
D. F.
Excellent Christmas 🎄 displays and wonderful friendly helpful staff 😊
D. B. (.
It’s a nice place to walk around, but visiting on a Tuesday morning in late November and it was still extremely busy and the prices are very expensive, with many items available elsewhere for much cheaper. The cafe looks popular but you seem to only be able to go if you book in advance and there was still a very long queue.
It’s come down in my estimations this year compared to previous.
A. B.
This is worth a visit, the store is wonderful, we went for lunch and whilst expensive we enjoyed it.
D. B.
Came last week looking for Christmas gifts ... some items not priced and very little variety within the tinned biscuits/chocolates - missed opportunity I think.
Also service at cafe was second rate ... overflowing hot chocolate with no real apology or napkins offered.
A family member also commented that, on a separate visit, service in the food hall was poor ... he listed the items he wanted (4) and was asked after the assistant had wrapped each one if there was anything else required! We expect more of this high class, high priced establishment.
R. P.
A place you can find all sorts for the garden, a place for children to enjoy
S. N.
Lovely place, treated our grandson who's 4 to babygino and gingerbreadman they charged me £6 60 usually in Costa etc babyginos are free so won't go in cafe with him again as he didn't drink it, the crazy golf is good and the park area, they just need to be more child friendly with there prices
D. B.
Extremely large garden centre with a variety of different products available such as a food hall and cookware! Super lovely atmosphere, they had some food stalls too in the centre with different foods available in a Christmas market style with seating, very cosy atmosphere but also very busy, struggled to find a seat
G. A.
This place is always worth a visit when we are in the North West, a great all round experience
N. N.
Lovely place for an afternoon out. Lots of different things to see. Has everything from plants to craft shops.... There is a dog cafe also. There are a few 'eateries' in here. Also it is fully accessible and also offers a couple of free to use wheelchairs. The food hall has a large range of lovely local produce. The cakes are amazing. All in all a great place to wander around.
G. B.
Huge garden centre with great choice of plants but much more expensive than my local garden centre.
H. R.
Great lunch, super service. Indeed staff throughout the store were really pleasant and helpful. Will definitely return.
D. S.
Best bacon on toast this side of the Pennines all food is excelent Garden Center pretty good as well
r. H.
I love this place everything you ever want me and my family loved the shopping side of it all.
Christmas set up is outstanding.
my mum enjoyed the garden side of it all.
Unfortunately was gutted by the dining side,
waited 40 minutes from being seated for a Christmas cake and a mocha,
which when turned up the Christmas cake was still in its wrapping and fitted in the palm of my hand which surprised me because the price was nearly 4 pound
I think if it was on a plate with added decoration that's eatable maybe worth the money.
I would like to add apart from the price and the way it was presented the staff worked hard and was very polite.
I would still go again,
I hope they change the presentation of the Christmas cake.
J. B.
Lovely garden centre, especially at Christmas time! Staff are friendly and helpful but the hot food we had at lunchtime wasn't great. Luke warm and unappetising, especially given the price. I wouldn't eat there again but will continue to use the shop side of things.
l. l.
Wonderful place.
So good, great Staff, fantastic displays, The Christmas Trees, Decorations.
Going round even though I had to use my walker to get round wouldn't have missed it for anything.
I hope to take our Son next time...
C. W.
Being a chap I found it to be my worst nightmare. Dont get me wrong its a nice place. With nice foods. Book your table early mind as there is always a wait. Weekends are too busy especially near to Xmas. The staff I met were very nice and helpful. But customers tend to be the hardest part to a visit.
Good luck 🤤
S. P.
Great place, lovely staff. MASSIVE garden centre, but do SO many other things, has grown enormously over the years. Various cafes/restaurants, sadly we chose one where the service was slow & expensive
D. L.
Found this today gorgeous 😍
C. W.
Brilliant place would give 5 stars but it’s impossible to get into the restaurant so could only give 4. That being said the Christmas decorations are amazing, it’s become a tradition for our family that we spend quite a bit of time in bents over the festive period.
C. H.
Had lunch there to day for my birthday it was first class my cake was delicious x
I. B.
Wonderful selection of plants and much more. Excellent restaurant!
S. C.
Perfect stop for lunch on our way to work in Wales, and the dogs are welcome too.
G. W.
Polite friendly staff - good parking facilities- cafe and restaurant available, children's play area and some other shops there.
a. c.
Love taking my mum to Bent's always order a wheelchair, staff are always helpful and polite, always have a meal in the restaurant spend a full day there lots of different shop's to explore
R. W.
Nice selection of plants, all look very healthy, friendly staff, can get very busy.
M. B.
Really lovely Christmas set up with some live music and food stalls
T. W.
Loved it so much there fab place
M. C.
Great place to go for afternoon tea and cake. All the garden equipment and plants that you could wish for on top of various other businesses all under one roof.
They offer a Christmas market experience with seasonal drinks and food which is a great touch.
The Dinosaur mini golf and small play area sit at the back of the complex next to the lake which is a big hit for children.
J. O.
Good shopping experience with a variety of brands providing, clothing, accessories, outdoor and garden, leisure and activity and general lifestyle goods. The site has a food store (Farm Shop) with fresh cakes and an indoor restaurant.
Prices to suit all budgets although some items can be pricey
Good access and parking but the car park would benefit from improved signage for motorists and predestians as can become a little chaotic at peak times
Overall a nice way to spend an afternoon with friends family
D. O.
Went to Dino golf followed by pecan pie (to die for) and iced coffee whats not to like?... maybe the café prices, perhaps?
D. L.
Just had to return a faulty hose. Excellent service from very friendly staff even though we were there at closing time. New hose exchanged for the faulty one
S. S.
Brilliant place for inspiration, food and drink prices are a bit high, mini golf is brilliant for kids and adults!
i. M.
Great day for all the family. Now included Dinosaur crazy golf
A. S.
One of the best Garden centres in the northwest. Plants are all very healthy, place is always clean and tidy. Food is amazing.
H. L.
Lovely family owned store, always excellent in the plants and gardening area. We especially like the cafe area, each visit we make a point of having a light lunch. The store is always clean and tidy, take a look around the food hall you wo t leave empty handed I promise you
R. A.
Lots to choose from, not just gardening paraphernalia. Lots of different shops inside from food to toys and homeware.
M. H.
Fantastic garden centre with specialist food, children's and pet sections. Great at Christmas and kids loved the dinosaur crazy golf.
V. P.
We usually absolutely love Bents but twice we have been when we have been advised no need to book but both times we have been turned away from things as you absolutely need to book. The visits were for 2 separate areas at the garden centre. We will still visit in the future but I would advise booking is essential even though it tells you it's not required.
B. M.
One excellent and exceptional garden ctr. I believe it is ranked within the top 3 in the entire country.
A. G.
Fantastic choice, lots of different plants indoor & out. Also everything in between.
C. H.
Lovely Xmas decorations and displays. Their cake/sweet counter is lovely, especially the Vimto cheesecake! A garden center and a whole lot more.
A. O.
Went yesterday and just wanted to say ,that ,Janice in the home gifts department, was really, really helpful..I really appreciated it.....
S. F.
A very large garden centre which has now expanded to include a pet supplies shop (which doesn't sell pets to the disappointment of my girlfriend who got far too excited at seeing some puppies), a home kitchen supplies shop, and a food hall. Can be expensive but quality of items is good. It can be very popular, especially around Christmas time, so be prepared for crowds.
R. J.
Not been for a while (obvious reasons) so was pleasantly surprised at how much it had extended. Still has great choice of all gardening products, some at reasonable prices too, eg: I bought bird feeding station and food which were less expensive to those I'd seen on Amazon. New to me was a dinosaur golf area and a small playground... absolutely fab to keep young ones entertained.
j. j.
Quite expensive, but the plants are of the highest quality.
Cafe excellent, restaurant quality.
Concessions in store.
M. M.
We had been given a voucher by the family. So went to look for bargains in the Sale, and had a meal, very tasty. Also met friends by accident. A very enjoyable few hours out.
L. M.
Lovely garden centre. A tad expensive but they have nice home and garden goods. I still find it very strange that we were asked to wait 40 minutes for a table in the cafe when it wasn't even full. The staff were very friendly and helpful though. I'd visit again.
T. D.
Huge & extensive range of products. Cafe nice but very busy so you need to book ahead. Fantastic kids play facilities.
H. A.
What a place! Bought some garden furniture during the sale, good quality and value for money!
N. W.
Best garden centre I have ever been too! Great Easter display too. Lovely resturant and tea room also
S. C.
Bents has always been a fantastic place to shop and eat.
On our recent trip they were exceptional in the restaurant! The staff went above and beyond due to my baby (and therefore I) having CMPA (milk allergy). They created a great lunch and even had made our dessert from scratch! It was delicious!
Thank you Bents for going above and beyond where other restaurants have been only able to serve us salad and crisps!!
Thank you x
J. C.
Best garden centre by far amazing choice for sale, kids areas mini golf sand pit great eats restaurant lots of free parking!
P. P.
Food hall is brilliant just got some great things here
A. Y.
Enjoyable. Very expensive in a lot of areas. Not very good for wheel chair or scooter uses. Shelves and displays are very tight. I don't it was as good as the year before covid where live raindeer were present. The dinosaur golf for the kids is great. Some displays are absolutely amazing. My only beef is disabled access is poor.
A. S.
Great food in the cafe, lots to look and buy. Not just plants - pet area, grooming, pet cafe, clothes - allsorts really.
Nice place to visit and spend time. Lots of friendly staff too
L. W.
Turned up one weekend, saw the queue out the door and turned the car around.
I took a day off work and went with the family during the week. The food market was good but very over priced. We went to buy Christmas decorations but they were very expensive so didn't bother buying much.
M. H.
Family run, Love visiting bents quality plants for the garden and nice food and and helpful staff
P. W.
Not cheap, by any means, but the range of plants, flowers, shrubs, trees and just about everything you could think of putting in your garden, is here for you to find.
W. C.
Very nice time we spend there! First time i play golf! Wow!
M. O.
About everything you would need for your home from plants to fresh meats and vegetables!
E. R.
Excellent garden centre & we had a drink & cake. Staff were most helpful.
S. B.
Not really a Weber World Store. Went there to get some coal and accessories in December and it had all been removed (except for 4 BBQs) to make way for Christmas stock. I was told by a member of staff that I should come back in February. No thanks.
On previous visits I had enjoyed the food and garden section.
K. P.
Lovely as usual but still a bit pricey. Staff are brilliant
C. W.
Not very busy so early in the morning. Alot of selection from garden clothing to plants and outdoor furniture. Not much selection of wellies though.
A. A. A. S.
Brilliant around Christmas the displays alone are worth visiting for
A. C.
Feel your restaurant staff need to get priorities right. Teas and coffees ordered and ready, member of your staff collecting them a famous scone chattered to a colleague instead of bringing it to me so I could go to my table. Noticed her chatting again to colleagues even though customers were waiting.
D. P.
Always go at Christmas, so a Summer visit was a real change... Loved all the colours in the plant department, bought our yummy bits & pieces from the food section.
Was going to go in the cafe, but a 30 min wait was too long so got a meal deal instead...
Everything was in place for covid 19, the social distancing was good maybe because it was a Friday and not too busy.
My Daughter and I had a really good day!!😊
L. L.
Great place to visit, there's everything under one roof, items are pricey but good quality, the flowers are exceptional good.
M. F.
Gorgeous but pricey. Couple of reduced bargains from the excellent foodhall
E. T.
Sales people are nice, most of the things i needed for christmas and the food is very nice.
R. M.
Great array of plants with much more for the house and garden.
S.
Super garden centre, pricey but top quality. The restaurant is very nice and the food is superb. Great shopping day but sorry to see the craft shop is gone.
N. F.
I had heard great reports about bents, so thought we'd give it a go, instead of barton grange this year. I didnt feel the layout flowed very well. The place was just so busy and people everywhere in every direction didnt make for a great shopping experience unfortunately. The shop could be better laid out to direct people in a route which takes a specific direction. It would also have been nice to have some greeters telling us what was going on and where, afterall i believe people visit bents for the festive experience as well as to purchase the overpriced decorations.
We had to book a table for lunch which was fine in itself, although i was confused as to why this was necessary, other than the fact most of the self serve area was closed off to allow a couple of rottweiler waitresses enjoy a power trip and speak to customers and staff alike, very poorly. Not to mention what can only be described as racism not being able to identify between two waiters of similar skin colour. I am fairly thick skinned but was discusted by the way they were spoken to.
In short i have given an average score, i am not sure whether we will visit again.
N. H.
Brilliant place to visit especially on the run up to Christmas even if it's just to see all the decorations and the trees and then get something yummy to eat from the cafe which is a bit expensive but definitely worth the price.
M. R.
It's nice to go early with the kids and looks at Christmas and play on the nice playground by the restaurant. However everytime we go we always always ALWAYS struggle to sit down for food. They have the table space but don't seem to have the staff. Such a shame.
b. g.
Had a great lunch but it was badly organised re the service. We waited an inordinately long time to be served and had great difficulty carrying the loaded trays to the table being infirm and elderly to boot. It would have been helpful to have trolleys available to wheel the trays to the table. There were far too many Customers and not enough staff.
M. C.
Excellent choice, although a little expensive for some products. Great place to visit and get ideas. Would suggest shopping around for best prices
L. H.
We go to bents every year at Christmas time with our 2 children and it is usually amazing, this year was very disappointing, not half as many displays up and no santa or reindeer for the children. The food stalls were still on so If it was due to covid I would understand, not when people were having food and gathered around the food stalls. Bents has gone down hill for me. Bit of a shame.
E. H. n. S.
Lovely place, good range, staff helpful n friendly. Even if not into gardening good for a few hours out
I. A.
Loved it , had lunch ,good , but found it very expensive for a sandwich .
M. B.
Went for lunch in the restaurant excellent meal, great value.
S. S.
Staff require customer service training, only interested in serving customers they personally know (cafeteria).
G. N.
Our first visit was Monday as a family of 5 we will definitely be returning, lovely coffee friendly staff and very accommodating highly recommended
W. C.
Great food, fast service, reasonable prices. Turkey and stuffing sandwich was awesome, skin-on fries are also really nice. Good for children and adults.
J. W.
One member of the restaurant staff got our wine order wrong but didn't once apologise, we were brought the wrong wine three times. She seemed to be implying from her attitude that we'd placed the order incorrectly. Not impressed. Otherwise we enjoyed the food very much, shame a nice lunch was spoilt by rudeness.
C. N.
Beautiful garden centre and restaurant. Great quality products for the home and garden. Friendly staff, always helpful to answer your queries. Bents have their prices to suit everyone's budget, style and theme for their home. The products make those purchased cosy, inspirational and unique in the home and garden.
V. B.
I have spent the day here. So much to look at - Christmas decorations, clothes, toys, food, cards and much more.
A special mention goes to Cliff at the tills. What a lovely gent, a great example of what customer service should be.
B. M.
This place is massive. You would need a weekend to cover it. Really great staff. Great customer service.
W. S. L.
Gigantic garden centre
Plants are pricer then most places
But there few shops and cafe inside
Y. L.
Very, very expensive. Food is nice but not that great for the price. Chaos in the restaurant. The seating area was really nice though.
A. G.
Excellent car parking and huge varieties of plants and garden assesories. Prices not competitive, I am afraid
K. S.
Gorgeous place, busy well set out but prices are high, same products 1/4 cheaper elsewhere
B. K.
Very large garden centre. So big that a guide sheet would have been useful. Lots of different franchise areas that were not garden centre related. Had to ask for help twice to find what I . wanted. Big queue for the cafe so left and went elsewhere for a drink.
W. M.
Some great guarding ideas and a large variety of plants. Would say it's very over priced.
a. s.
Lovely place lots of things to look at and fabulous restaurant
A. T.
An impressive range of products from gourmet food to tweed jackets! Excellent garden centre with v wide choice of plants. 2 places to eat so practicality a day out. Downside, a little on the expensive side
R. N.
Fantastic place for all your indoor and outdoor gardening needs
T. B.
Amazing garden centre and more!
L. S.
Lovely garden centre with outside play area for children and Dino Golf (subject to weather conditions and also admission charge). Beautiful displays from about mid October for Christmas. Also childrens shop with toys and clothes, pet shop with cafe. Craft shop, clothes, shoes and trespass shop. Plenty of places for the not so mobile to sit and places to eat with excellent food whether you want soup and a sandwich, jacket potato, salad, child's meal or something more substantial. For the person who likes to indulge in a cake there are plenty to choose from. A lovely way to spend a few hours wandering round and having a bite to eat. It is better to book a table although this is not absolutely necessary but may involve a wait especially during peak periods.
C. A.
Amazing place for all plant and outdoor house needs
S. G.
Amazing Garden Centre !! You could actually spend a day here.
Immaculately laid out and everything is so well looked after.
It has everything under one roof...resteraunt/cafe, food Hall that sells beautiful products, craft shop, homeware, candles, Pet barn where dogs are allowed, outdoor furniture, play area for children set in a lovely location and fenced so no need to worry.
I still have plants that I purchased in 2001 and still in beautiful condition. Plants come with 5yr/10yr guarantee..not the cheapest but are definitely the best. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
S. C.
Love the doggy cafe just wish there was a better selection of savoury food and always runs out of cakes early
P. J.
It's Like Harrods near Liverpool! wonderful Christmas display and really nice food worth a visit...
C. R.
Brilliant puppy party. So well organised and great for young dogs up to 20 weeks. Sarah and Bethan are lovely with the dogs and very patient with little accidents.
I. T.
Staff knowledgeable and always willing to help
R. C.
Large and well laid out. Excellent selection of gift and homeware items. Good variety of flowers and shrubs. Furniture selection is good with quality items, but does seem to be very high priced. Otherwise a good spot to visit.
L. D.
Love Bents, lovely lunch, staff really polite and helpful
H. R.
Lovely place, bought clothes, food, gifts
C. A.
A place I have visited many times over the last few years.just about everything you need for the garden and more.
The fresh approach restaurant is lovely and food and choices are excellent.home section has a wide choice and there is also a food hall with lots of choice too.
Several more specialist shops included in the complex.
Overall:A very good place to visit.not the cheapest place on planet earth, but not a problem if you only visit once in a while.
Review updated: 11/04/22.
Pretty much the same as above; only this particular visit, the Fresh approach restaurant is very busy and has a new table ordering system that works very well, post this wretched covid pandemic hinderence - don't want to sound blasé - but the media don't half love a drama!!
I digress: people/customers seem to be taking a common sense approach (generally) and life as a Bents customer - seems to be getting back to some sort of normality - horrah for that!!
H. C.
We had a lovely winter afternoon at Bents. Lovely playground. A santa giving out badges. Dinasaurs, fab christmas decorations and a choir to boot. Would recommend.
D. W.
Love Bents garden centre,it's more like a shopping experience you can buy anythingfrom kitchen ware to an outfit,Toys and babywear ,Food in the Restaurant was delicious, you could spend hours just walking around.
P. M.
Was amazed at the size of this garden centre. It had multiple eating places and the all seemed to serve good food. We ate in one and the service by the staff was second to none.
Wide variety of products on sale and a crazy golf park
J. S.
Busy but not too busy which is good, able to distance ok.
S. M. G.
Absolutely love this place! There is a food hall to sit down and eat, there is a food shop, a dog cafe, and outdoor garden centre as well as indoor. Great place, just always end up spending a fortune!
M. M.
This is a great day out, lots of christmas decoration, big plant area. The food hall is worth a visit to, shame there was a waiting time for the restaurant, but space in cafe and winter garden
R. A.
Really an amazing garden centre. Much more than just a garden centre. Went 2 weeks before Christmas and the decorations were so impressive. Well worth a visit.
S. S.
Love Bents go every year dont really buy anything because I feel that their items are really over priced. We went to the cafe I waited 45mins to be served with drinks people were complaining because it was between 11 and 11.30 and they said they had finished serving toast and didn't start serving sandwiches until 11.30 even though all signs said they served toast until 11.30 I feel they would benefit from a just drinks counter. I have to say we decided to go out side to the food and drink huts and really enjoyed the food it was quick services as well I did buy some metal figures priced at £9.99 each reduced from £15.99 which didn't seem to bad untill I saw them in my local home homebargins a few days later for £5.99 so lovely to visit great range of items but very pricey.
D. R.
Always a lovely time shopping, looking round and dining. 😁On this trip, was dissapointed at a £25 delivery charge for a 9ft tree reduced from £70 to £35 because it was under £50! I wanted that tree so much too😞
w. A.
Lovely place to go, though some people my think prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for, good quality.
J. W.
Been today, had an amazing afternoon, started with a sample of sausage roll from Halliwells butchers, then outside with Weber bbqs, tasted a pizza, then got the opportunity to make one with the staff, absolutely fabulous, so informative, then back inside to taste yorkshire pudding cooked in the air fryer. Brilliant afternoon, finished with a cup of tea.
