R. R.Limited supply of products but the garden experts are truly experts. They're passionate about gardening, you can tell they love their job. I once took a photo of our garden and one of the experts took the time to guide me through the plants and products I needed
T. W.Just wanted to say a public thank you to Jamie at Edwinns, it was like having a personal shopper ; ). He accompanied me around the garden centre to find the various things I wanted, pushed my trolley to the till, helped me ring everything through.. always awkward with bar codes on plant pots, and then helped me load the car, carrying a 50 litre bag of compost over too. I can't remember the last time I received customer service like that. Wonderful.
A. K.I was helped today by Jenny/Jennie (sorry I didn't ask for the spelling of your name) and my goodness - she was a delight to interact with. I brought with me a several plants, one of which was a plant that I rescued from a store that was neglected and in incredibly poor condition. Being at the beginning of my plant care journey, I didn't know what to do. Jenny patiently described how to care for my plants, and showed me how to re-soil them (using the really poorly one as an example, saving me from the hassle...and the horror of the plants soil condition!). I can't thank you enough for taking your time with me, and I thought it was very much worth writing a personal recommendation as a wholehearted thank you.
C. S.It is so far my fav garden centre in the area. It is dog friendly which is a plus :) the plants look good and the houseplant section is AMAZING!!! It is hard to leave without buying all of them. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was there 2 days ago and had a lovely chat with a young golden blonde hair woman. It was nice to talk to someone about Calatheas. :) She looked like she really loves the plants and working there.
A. S.Fabulous. They didn't have the shoe size, I needed but I did get a pair of garden gauntlets and the 'feed the fish', concept in the Aquarium centre, was a total winner for my 3 year old son. The fish gobbled up their feed like Labradors who hadn't eaten for an hour.
h. c.Wow found this lovely garden centre on the way to collect something of the free site. This place is massive a large indoor area with homeware, chutneys, pickles, honey, planters, swings, etc then a massive outdoor area with soo many plants, fruit trees, some id never heard of it was beautiful lots of staff helping customers with enquiries about plants for there gardens etc. The car park area also had various soils, compost. There was a eating area to. A fantastic find highly recommend a vist. We purchased a few plants for the garden but will be going back again.

G. P.Great garden centre cafe ro relax in sunny courtyard close to pond shop and separate shop for aquatic and fishy things!! Note: No angling stuff stocked there.
J. A.Discovered this gem through a voucher posted locally. The friendliness of the staff is apparent as you arrive. They have everything you need at very reasonable prices and all the plants seem to be very high in quality. At check out again we were amazed at the helpfulness of the staff. Definitely a new fav
