A beautiful visit once again! A large place to explore and get lost in the beauty of nature. So many sunny spots but there are shaded areas and places for a picnic too. Would highly recommend for all ages. The glasshouses remain my favourite part - gorgeous succulents and tropical plants. Cafes offer a selection of delicious food and the garden centre is worth a visit on the way out.

We spent a very pleasant few hours admiring the beautiful late winter / early spring displays. There is a recommended path to follow but we also walked to the A3 end of the gardens to see lovely displays of crocuses, camellias, and snowdrops. It was very crowded but as it was a beautiful sunny day, this was not surprising. I think they need to make the signs for toilets just inside the main entrance more visible: you either need to go out and then back in through the main gates or go to one of the cafés.

What a fantastic place to spend a few hours!
Much bigger than we expected. We had only done their fantastic Glow Trail the last 2 years, so had never seen it during the day or been free to wander off the prescribed path.
Plenty for the whole family - from the kids playground to the bird hide, the various little hidden gems dotted around, the benches that are numerous, to the the cafes, and the wonderful glass house with the semi-arid and tropical zones.
Will be back again, for both the glow trail at Christmas and a general walk in Summer to explore the rest of the gardens we did not get a chance to visit last time...

Huge area to cover could easily spend a entire day there and still not see everything. Facilities were very good lots of places to eat and drink, some were a little expensive but plenty of cheaper options.
Garden centre area had extensive range of gardening equipment and obviously lots of plants. Definitely worth a visit especially.

Amazing gardens full of variety of trees and plants in a beautiful setting. Extraordinary.
You need time to fully appreciate it all so RHS membership is best.
The new buildings with shops and restaurants are very well thought out and attractive abd excellent for visitors which other businesses would do well to consider.

RHS (Royal Horticultural Society) Gardens at Wisley in Surrey are a beautiful place to visit any time of the year. But at the height of summer it is incredible. You don’t need to a a plant enthusiast to enjoy this place. It’s big and never feels crowded although it is very popular. It’s a great place for a family day out with plenty of facilities for eating and refreshments, or take your own picnic. If you’ve never been I thoroughly recommend it. If you’ve been before, go often there is always some new to see and enjoy.

Gardens are stunning. Unfortunately so is the price of food. I couldn't bring myself to pay £5.60 for a ham and cheese sandwich. Bring a picnic if you plan and staying for a while.
There is a huge parking lot but it does fill quickly on busy days. Get in early to avoid disappointment.
Once you are in the walks around the gardens are incredible. There is a science centre that is kids friendly and a good place to shelter from the rain if you need to.

What a beautiful place! Great for family of all ages, good coffee and cakes, people are friendly. The shop is full of lovely things, too. Bought a year family pass, which is very reasonable.

We had a lovely visit to RHS Wisley on Sunday. I wasn't sure how the gardens would look after the extreme hot weather but the borders looked beautiful and the dahlias in the trial beds were doing OK. Photos of some of.my favourites.
