A great service end to end. The initial design phase with Keila was enjoyable, stress free and simple - talking about various options, Keila came back quickly with the costs, provided helpful visuals and also had great garden design and plant recommendations too from Beth. It's worth paying a visit to their showroom if you can, to make this stage easier as you can see the various options on display. The installation phase - went very smoothly - professional team, no hassle at all, quick, cleaned up after themselves and super friendly. Installed when they said it would, no messing around. Overall - brilliant and would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of having a canopy with or without some garden design.

We were fortunate to discover Garden House Design online. From the very beginning, we were treated to a thoroughly professional experience. Keila was extremely knowledgeable about the product and helped us to refine our ideas so that the colours and design would work well with our existing house. Rob visited our house during the planning phase and helped us to take our key requirements into consideration. Once again, it was an enjoyable and thoroughly professional experience. Once we moved into the build phase, Keila kept us up to speed with progress. All ground works were planned in advance, and executed on time. The construction itself is almost like magic - a massive crate was delivered, and in 3 days, Rob and the team brought the design to life. The team worked as if orchestrated to a schedule, no matter the weather - and we had rain, snow and shine. This took the team 3 days due to the size of the canopy that we had ordered. After installation, we had a few issues with the blind motors, but this was quickly resolved by the team visiting again. And they took care to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. This has been one of the best upgrades that we could possibly have dreamt of for our house. It has helped us enjoy outdoor space in a way that we never thought possible before. Our final design incorporated three blinds, heaters and the amazing louvred roof. I cannot recommend Garden House Design enough. You will not be disappointed with either the service or the product. Through their personal service, Rob and his amazing team feel more like special friends than suppliers.

I cannot thank Rod Winrow and the team at Garden House Design enough for the amazing job they’ve done for us with the landscaping of our front and back gardens. This was a large, complex job, with a high need for quality of delivery, and a real potential for the project to overrun. Our biggest fear for the project was that work would start, but that work on site would be intermittent. Instead, Garden House Design approached the project with total focus and thoughtfulness, with exceptional attention to detail, and with a flexible, willing approach that focused on delivering a great end result, and that has been a pleasure to deal with. The results of their work are stunning, and have been much admired by people walking on the East Preston greensward!

Garden House Design is a too well-hidden company! Our landscape company introduced us: and Garden House have been superb! We have bought a Renson structure from them - clean design, great functionality, a brilliant sunshade that looks like a pergola at times, and a fully- roofed gazebo structure with great lighting and heating at others. It has been absolutely wonderful as an outdoor living space in this summer - with hot hot days punctuated by sudden pouring rain at others! Given the roof closes automatically whenever it rains, you can doze on peace at all times - no sunburn and no wet clothes …. or laptop/papers if you like doing your work from home and out of doors. The service from Garden House Design has been so efficient. Installation work no problem and hassle free. Considerate at all times. Led by Keila in their office, it is slick and a highly professional company - fully recommended. Well done garden House Design - you really know your market and your products well. Not cheap - but great value for money and wonderful service. Thank you!

Thank you very much to all at Garden House Design for our fantastic garden. It has been a pleasure working with everyone at the firm and the workmanship was of the highest standard. The team were all punctual, hard working in sometimes quite atrocious weather, always very polite and extremely tidy and did everything they could to make sure any inconvenience to us and our neighbours was kept to the absolute minimum. Faultless service from lovely people! They opened on a Sunday at very short notice to show us around, and shared a huge amount of experience in all aspects of our garden project. They supplied and fitted a Renson canopy, with excellent advice, and communication throughout. Fantastic result and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in future.

We have been looking for a dependable contractor to install our garden pergola for a while. After losing confidence with 2 other companies, we contacted the manufacturer in Belgium who referred us to Garden House. Their strong affiliation with big garden shows/exhibitions gave us the confidence to proceed with this big installation. From the very first phone call I made to Debs up until the end of the installation, the team has been very professional and made the entire experience so easy for us. They helped us decide on what we need, what is practical and feasible. All deadlines were met, and even brought forward when they had a window. The installation team pitched up equipped with high end tools/machinery and was throughly professional, skilled and hard working. Thank you guys and we have no problems recommending you very highly.

My wife found the Renson pergolas on the web last year and was determined to have one and (after a near miss with another company) we got in touch with Garden House Design. We arranged a visit to see them at the Hampton Court Show (not my usual stomping ground it has to be said!) where they had a display and we met Rod and Debs. They demonstrated the unit and showed us the options. Unusually for me it didn’t take long to decide that they were definitely OK - no pushy selling from Debs, and Rod could answer all of my technical questions as well as quite a few probing questions on their company. So we put down a deposit on the day! Now it did take rather a long time to get to final installation - but that was entirely down to me :) To make a long story not quite so long we now have a new Millboard deck, and a Renson Carmargue that is beautiful! Rod and Debs were patient, friendly, helpful, and professional all the way through. The installation team of Damion and his cheeky chappies was a pleasure to have around - and also showed that youngsters can still have pride in their work. Basically the wife is super happy and for one who is never satisfied I’m well happy too! NB - For the first company we nearly went with I thankfully checked some reviews and then Companies House - not good. I did the same for Garden House Design - happy. If you’re going to be spending lots of money then do your research! It saved us a lot of money and I’m quite sure a lot of aggro. Also note that I haven’t been offered vouchers for providing a 5 star review..... Should you be looking for a Renson then definitely try Rod and Debs. They’re a genuIne couple with a good team.
