Lisa and her friendly, hard-working team have transformed a tired, unusable space into a cool, modern garden which makes the most of the west-facing aspect. We asked for a garden that was lower maintenance with two separate seating areas and lots of flower power – and the result has surpassed our expectations. David, the landscaper, worked tirelessly during some difficult weather and both he and Lisa kept us fully informed about any changes throughout the process. Lisa's follow-up advice on plant care has been excellent. We’re loving our new garden.

From the initial consultation to the follow up visits, I found the service very professional, friendly and helpful. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable about all types of plants, flowers and landscaping but still listened carefully to what I might like in the way of plants and preferred colours so felt very involved in the final decisions. By erecting an arch and trellising covered in climbers, she has transformed a long, fairly uninteresting space into a pretty garden laid out with border plants, shrubs and delicate grasses still leaving a separate area for parking. Lisa transformed our back garden from what was essentially an expanse of cracked concrete with the odd weed to a beautiful outdoor area to relax and enjoy. We had three areas at her suggestion to make the long thing space more interesting, so decking then lawn then patio, with raised beds and planting areas within this. After it was completed it felt like having an extra room in the house, such was the amount of time we spent outside. We recently moved and we are using lisa again to revamp the new garden.

We commissioned Lilybud to design and project manage our front and back gardens in Hove and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Having recently had an extension, this was the final task that we deemed necessary to complete the project. We'd spent years before then trying to undertake the work ourselves, but we realised that getting a professional in, with a fresh perspective, new ideas and a wealth of information and experience, would be far more sensible and efficient. Going through the consultation process with Lilybud, to assess what styles we liked, was a breeze, and shortly afterwards we were presented with several clear designs to choose from or amend. Fast forward a couple of months, the winning design was agreed, the contractors were arranged and work commenced. Fast forward 6 more weeks and we had two beautifully designed gardens that were finished in time for the summer, and boy what a summer it turned out to be!
