First class. Cannot recommend Toby, Jane and the team more highly. From start to finish everything has been perfect. Contacting Jane to get an appointment was easy. Jane also confirmed the appointment the day before. Toby arrived on time and was courteous, informative and took a real interest in the job. I received a professional quote. Once I confirmed Jane kept communication with me. When the job was booked in, again they confirmed beforehand. Toby and the team turned up on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. The site was left clean and tidy. If you have had to use any tradespeople, you will have experienced issues with admin, professionalism, timekeeping, surley attitudes, and mess. As you can tell, I experienced none of this. I would 100% use this local business again and would recommend to anyone.
