M. U.We asked Denis to inspect our through lounge/dining room carpet to see if it was possible to remove heavy staining from foot traffic, pets and grandchildren. During his site visit Denis was confident that the carpet appearance could be restored so we agreed to him going ahead but expanded the work to include the hall, stairs and landing carpets. The price he quoted was extremely attractive.
Denis explained that due to the staining he would not be able to use the Dry Fusion method and would have to resort to a deep hot wash which meant that the carpets would need a good few hours (and some warm weather) to dry out.
On the day Denis turned up on time and unloaded from his van the most extensive collection of industrial type cleaning machines and cleaning solutions I've ever seen!
Denis worked non-stop and four hours later the job was done and the carpets looked like new. To say I was impressed is an understatement.
The forecasted warm weather did not materialise (no surprise in Barrow!) so the drying out took overnight - a minor inconvenience when you consider the final result.
I have every confidence in recommending Denis to anyone who is considering having their carpets brought back to life.
