Very happy with the work and especially the customer service. James was punctual, polite, honest and did a great job with our carpets and have made them fresh, clean, bacteria free and new. Pricing was spot on very please with what was done and charged. In summary James has left us with very good quality work with a professional approach and attitude, kept Covid protocols up to Government standards with high efficiency, but most importantly he has left us with very good smiles on our face and peace of mind. Thank you James. Fresh N Clean is what you did no pun intended. Will definitely be using you again in the foreseeable future and will spread the word to our friends and family. Had my house deep cleaned today and found that all of my carpets are made of wool. We had a long hallway, living, dining room and 3 bedrooms done by James today and what an amazing job! Prompt, professional and perfect results. My carpets were in need of a major uplift after spending months inside with the kids during lockdown! Some areas had pen and paint marks which I could not remove and I was also concerned about them holding any bacteria... Prior to my appointment, James called and requested that I answered a few questions about myself and my family regarding Covid-19 to keep to safe and legal practises - I found this extremely professional and put me at ease right away. James then arrived promptly 5 minutes before my time slot at 9am, wore the appropriate PPE and started right away. Myself and my family stayed in the garden while James was cleaning as the weather allowed us to do so but as the carpets dried so quickly, we easily could of just moved between rooms. Due to the amount of stains in some areas of the carpet, I was unsure what the results would be but all I can say is WOW... they are PERFECT! My carpets have a new life and now I feel a lot more confident that they are bacteria free. Thank you Fresh n’ Clean... And I forgot to mention, great value for money! My whole house only cost £155.99 for my 3 bedroom house!

Found James on Facebook - needed the upholstery cleaned in my car. He arrived early! Wore a mask (review written in Covid times!) and he got straight to work. Checked in with me what I needed, gave advice and recommendations and have to say, did a brilliant job for a fraction of the rate some guys were chancing! Will definitely be recommending him to friends and neighbours. The upholstery was dry to the touch at the end of the cleaning - not like other ones I've used in the past! Came home to a lovely smelling flat with lovely clean carpets, the machinery used was top standard and the outcome was perfect. All stains and dirt removed and left lovely lines in the carpet. Can’t recommend enough. Cheers James.
