Adrian’s customer service is impeccable! Very quick to respond (even late at night) and couldn’t do more to help investigate what the issue is, even before providing the service . He made many suggestions on what I could do to rectify the issue before I put my hand in my pocket. Which made me feel confident that he wasn’t just trying to take my money and totally genuine. As a single mum with a tiny baby, he made me feel at ease coming to my Home. While I haven’t used his services yet. I will 100% be using Adrian to fix the issue, if his suggestion on how to rectify it at first, isn’t successful. Thank you for your time and your patience!

Adrian and his assistant came in and explained everything they were going to do and explained the different chemicals to use depending on the job even before starting the job to put my mind at ease. Adrian and his assistant were very friendly, very professional and gave the best customer care and service. They deep cleaned my floor, stairs, rug and removed stains from my car and I was very happy with the end results. Loved the fog treatment to my car and highly recommend. We had our lounge carpets cleaned and they did a brilliant job. We were advised at the start that some of the stains may not come out first time due to what was split but would come back next week and go over them again if needed. True to their word they came back with no hassle at all and removed the remaining stains. We are so impressed with the service we are getting them back to do the rest of the house

We needed a professional to help after my wife had spilled Tattoo Ink on the carpet! We googled every DIY tactic to get rid of the ink stain, but had zero success. I highly recommend this company because Adrian has done an amazing job cleaning my carpet and rugs. All the food stains left by my children have 100% gone! I really liked the fact that he took his time to deep clean; no areas were rushed. He’s a very friendIy person because he let me borrow his waterproof mats for a day, so my rugs now don’t have to dry directly on my garden floor. Although I had to cancel the clean I'd ordered due to an incident that meant I had to get my whole carpet replaced, the service I received to book was exceptional. So efficient, informative and friendly. I will definitely be back to book for other rooms. I was quoted a great price too and they were so understanding when I had to cancel. It was our first time getting our carpets professionally cleaned so I really didnt know what to expect, so when I was comparing services I just took the safest route and made my choice based on the company that had the most and the best reviews. I'm really glad I stuck with the stats! After 12years at our property this was our first professional clean since moving in, so considering that it's recommended to pro-clean carpets every 6-12mnths, ours where not in the best condition (not to mention they were beige). By some miracle though Adrian was able to revive them and they came out looking really bloody good! I wont lie I was a little sceptical at first, because how much can you really trust reviews these days? But I took a chance anyway and I'm so glad I did. Adrian was polite and explained everything clearly about what chemicals we could and couldn't use on wool carpets and also what results we should realistically expect after the 12year period without a pro-clean. Well by the end he exceeded the expectations I had set in my mind. Straight after the clean whilst the carpets where still damp they were ok (just ok), but as he promised they got better and better everyday. The end product was carpets that were cleaner, brighter and just great to look at period! I'm glad we used Supreme Carpet Clean and will be using them for all our future maintenance because its definitely worth the investment.

The best in business! I got the keys to my new rental home today and I wanted a fresh start, so I got in touch with Supreme Carpet Clean to clean the carpets for the entire house plus my favourite rug I was bringing with me. Adrian walked me through every single step, explained the whole process and all details such as what each machine does, why they use specific cleaner on specific stains etc. It is actually fascinating to watch! They provided after care tips and even advice on stain removers from the supermarkets were given and I can honestly say I have learned so much today. They were super professional, on time, friendly and just so informative. You can tell they love what they do because it shows through their work and how they treat their customers. I found this local business on fb. My enquiry was replied to promptly and a mutually agreed appt time was made. I was contacted via email to follow pre appt guidelines. Adrian and Aaron arrived promptly and set up and began working on my carpets observing all CoVid social distancing guidelines. I had opened my windows to give them more ventilation. Whilst I always try and look after my carpets I cannot begin to tell you how great the finished results are. They cleaned spot areas of lilly pollen and other little marks and applied odour freshener... This local business saved me money because I was literally going to buy new carpets! I recommend this business to you,thrilled with the results! 🙂 and i will book them again in 6 months.
