Carl is an actual star!! Fabulous customer service from initial enquiry and throughout and the end result of our carpets was simply amazing! Very professional and friendly, even when a 5 minute downpour appeared out of nowhere and temporarily put a pause on progress. Highly recommended without a doubt!!!

I can’t recommend this company enough. Carl was very quick to respond to my queries and made sure we had all the information we needed before the visit. He removed a sizeable vomit stain with no problems at all and left the rest of our carpets beautifully clean. They were even nice and fluffy in areas where it had been flattened down over time once he had finished! Will definitely be using him again when we next need our carpets cleaned.

My 5 year old was sick on my bedroom floor at 1am in the morning. I messaged Carl on social media asking if he could come at his earliest convenience and he came the next morning! Carl is so professional, reliable and attentive. He gave me some great advice on how to treat the stain at my end before he arrived, to ensure I wasn't making the stain worse than it needed to be. Carl has totally removed the stain from my bedroom floor and my whole room looks great. I would 100% recommend Carl as he is friendly, reliable and respectful.
