The guys were flat out given the pandemic but Simon kinding squeezed us into his busy schedule and 3 days after making the call my carpets were cleaned. On the strength of the Carpet Pro reviews a meeting was arranged with Simon the company director, he appeared on time and give a fair price and a schedule for the cleaning. The job was completed as per schedule and the Stair and floor carpets were 100% in fact brought up to new condition, We asked Simon to clean our chesterfield suite it was also cleaned up to the same standard as the office carpets I would have no hesitation of recommending Carpet Pro both for their standard of work and for their efficiency

Simon arrived bang on time as promised, took quick measurements and gave the an estimation upfront on how much the entire job would cost. Very professional and thorough with his work. Kept informing me of what are the activities he would be doing and how long it would take. Completed the carpet cleaning on time and left his drier fans on at various spots in the house to ensure the carpets had dried quickly and the house was ready to be used as normal again. I was turned down by other companies. I phoned Carpet Pro and a bloke called Szymon arranged a visit to carry a full inspection on my carpet particularly a big red stain I spelt accidentally.
