It is such a great and handy business! Just got my first delivery and got totally satisfied. The clothes smell nicely clean and all those large bed sheets and towels are nicely folded so they can fit storage.

Amazing service from Ninjadry - my ironing was booked in on Sun evening, picked up on Mon evening, dropped back to me Tue evening. All hung up and just had to lift into the wardrobe. The technology they have is brilliant too - loads of text updates and you can track the driver. So happy I’ve discovered this. Highly recommend it. 👍

I was looking for an economic laundry service and Ninja came on top. To my surprise they have very good CRM system. Email Alert, response time and tracking the delivery. The website is very well written with all the info anyone needs. My cloths collection was very smooth Today, I think the cleaning and service will also be good. I will back again a once I receive my cloths. Everything received in well packed in hangers. So good that I can say 5 star hotel can only do.

The ironing service from Ninja Dry is amazing ! the app integration which allows you to book collection, drop off and track your driver in real time is a fantastic idea. Your items are delivered in a protective plastic bag ready to hang in your closet. Payment via card through the app is very straightforward. I will definitely recommend this service after several trial and errors with other companies in Belfast. Good job Ninja Dry

Fantastic tech and service from Ninjadry. Suits and shirts dry cleaned and pressed to perfection, mountain of laundry washed and ironed - and all collected and delivered to our door! No more laundry and trips to the dry cleaner for us!

Left my 2 month old Burberry coat into get Dry Cleaned and I'm disappointed with how they returned it with no mention of the damage that was caused in their care. The customer service since has been disgraceful. The only resolution I have been offered is 15percent of my next order, which was then increased to 20. I did not accept the above 'good will gesture' as it does not match the price of even a button of the coat! The manager contacted me that they are not willing to pay the cost of the shipping for a genuine button replacement but instead offered me a £1 fake button off eBay. the disregard for items left in there care of this company is beyond a joke. When I was told it was 'minor damage' I did not pay for my clothes to be damaged! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Interesting concept - pick up and drop off dry cleaning! Not that I am lazy ;-) Found it easy to arrange, great service and fast pick up / return. Quality of service was spot on. Well worth trying if your stuck for emergency dry cleaning or being really lazy and a bag or two of ironing!

What an AMAZING service! It has quite literally changed my life. I work full time and often at night and weekend and face the same difficulties as many of trying to balance a demanding career, with family life and household chores. I now use Ninjadry for large laundry items (bed linen, table linen), ironing and dry-cleaning. I can’t say enough good things - it is so easy to book, with regular updates, collected and delivered by the wonderfully courteous Ivan, and laundry is fresh and pressed immaculately. I no longer dread tackling mounting piles of ironing or racing to get to dry cleaners before it closes. Thank you Louise and team. Great service!

Couldn't be happier with this service. As a single dad I'm loving having more free time to spend with the kids and letting someone else take care of the washing and more importantly the ironing which takes far too long..
