THEY ARE THE BEST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN! I cannot explain how happy I am with the service they have given. We rented a house in a very bad condition. The carpets were so dirty and smelly and there was a sofa with the same conditions. Peter and David worked very hard to remove the dirtiness. After all hardworking, our carpets and sofa became like brand new! Their equipment is perfect. They are very professional and their prices are very affordable! Cleaning Direct are a great father and son team, who have been in the cleaning business for over 30 years. I needed a complete top to bottom carpet clean at short notice. After calling three other companies and getting messed about, I was recommended to give Peter a call. What can I say.....Peter and is his son were amazing. I live in a rented property and have had the carpets previously cleaned but no way did the previous clean meet the standard that I received with Cleaning Direct. There were stains at the edge of the carpets that previously had not been able to be lifted but with Peter's team, on hands and knees, paying particular attention to the stains, they are no more. I was consulted and advised along every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble even assisting me in attaining someone to remove a door and take it for repair. Cleaning Direct is not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive however with the attention to detail you would be hard pressed to find any company better. So for the New Year, get your carpets looking clean again with Cleaning Direct. I personally will continue to use this company both in my rented and hopefully my own property in the future!!

We had just moved into a property in Dickens Heath and had badly stained carpets, particularly in one room where there was playdoh and blue-tac in the carpet - I thought this would be impossible to get out - they got all stains out throughout the house at no extra cost. I had almost written off my woollen bright multi-coloured rug, which was covered in a whole lot of stains after 8 years of kids and pets spilling their food and drink over it. But i’m glad I didn’t. Cleaning direct were able to take out all the stains (they claim they took out 98% of them, but i can’t spot any), and brought the bright colours back that had really faded. I remember why I bought this rug now! Really friendly people as well, and amazing customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend!
