I’ve just been to pick up my wedding dress and WOW - it looks brand new, I am so happy with the service. There was a few tough stains on the bottom of the dress and the guys went above and beyond to make sure they came out and the dress looks perfect. Finding someone you trust with your wedding dress is so important, it holds so many amazing memories - definitely trust Krystal Kleen! Thank you all for looking after my dress and making it perfect again

Thought I needed a suit dry cleaned in less than 24hrs but turns out a dry clean necessary and just a freshen up would do. The bloke at the till was nice enough to offer me that instead at a reduced price which is brilliant considering he could have just taken the dry clean money. Very nice man and they did brilliant work as fast as I needed it. Will definitley be using them again.

What a great service, I took my trousers in to be turned up. The customer service was fantastic. Not only were the trousers turned up to perfection they were pressed and ready for me to wear. I couldn’t recommend them anymore.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Cannot fault them with anything. I gave my husbands suit last minute to be dry cleaned for the next day and they went above and beyond to get it done on time. My white coat, feather, puffa coat was filthy after being in storage for a year and some unidentified stains appearing, they asked if they could have a bit longer to work on it a bit more and when i got it back it was almost good as new! I was so impressed with the quality and the service, and staff were lovely.

Krystal Kleen was recommended by a friend in 2012 and they did a nice job and I live in Wolverhampton I take my cloths all the way to krystal Kleen in birmingham. The owner had been a great friend of mine since then and it’s a small family business which provides the personal touch. I have used larger chain companies and would not recommend them. These guys did a great job on my expensive jumper. They managed to clean my jumper and reinstate it even though the colour started to run - and yet somehow they've managed to preserve the colour. Always an excellent service here.

After doing a bit of research, I came across Krystal Kleen and was blown away by the reviews, so thought I would give them a shot. I had a massive amount of heavy duty, lined, full length curtains that needed dry cleaning. Front the moment I walked in the door, I was met by the owner who is an absolute delight! He helped me bring the curtains into the shop. Such a sweet man, so knowledgeable and obviously knows his business. The job he has done is fab, really pleased. Again he helped reload them in the car with a big smile on his face. He tried to give me a discount on my curtains, but I refused! Well worth making the journey from Feckenham... would recommend and use again without doubt. You wont be disappointed.

I rarely write reviews however, on this occasion I feel that it would be a great injustice not to. I am a professional with an extensive assortment of designer and unique garments. After a negative experience at a dry cleaners where my Moncler Lannic quilted shell down jacket was ruined. I was recommended by a colleague whom uses Krystal Kleen for his smart wear. The owner was extremely friendly and invited me to the shop. He took my jacket and within a few days invited me back. I was awed with the result, the jacket looked brand new and they were even able to get the volume back into it. Since then I have given Krystal Kleen all my dry cleaning and would not trust any other business. It’s a small family business which provides the personal touch. I have used larger chain companies and would not recommend them. I would rather invest into a family business, than help a CEO buy his fifth holiday home.

This dry cleaners is amazing & they even clean designer wedding dresses! I’ve used them for white designer beaded trousers which were stained years ago & I received my item back in amazing condition & most recently on my designer lace beaded wedding dress, which came back sparkling! I’ve also taken in wool coats which came back bobble free & looking like new! They also did an alteration on my Hobbs coat to fix a tear on the shoulder. Superb service. I used Krystal Kleen as i had a job interview and company wanted to see me within two days. Due to lockdown i hadnt wore my suits for some time so needed to be sharpened up. Due to being let down by my local dry cleaning service before i didnt trust them and saw the reviews Krystal Kleen had. Safe to say they were all very true, i got a suit and overcoat dry cleaned for the time i required and it was done to a very high standard. Its a 40 minute rounf trip for me to get here but 100% will bhe doing every time. Superb!

Recently we were in need of a Launderette for a large bed cover and contacted Krystal Kleen after a google search to see whether amidst the lockdown they were open. Not only were they open, the owner offered to collect our cover from our home and return it to us washed and dried the following day. This he did and kept contact via text throughout the process. I found this service and the owner to be extremely helpful and good value for money. Thanks once again for the quick response and fast help. Hollywood.

These guys are nothing short of miracle workers. They managed to clean a stained fake suede skirt even though the colour started to run when they tested it - and yet somehow they've managed to preserve the colour. Always an excellent service here.

I started using Krystal Kleen after reading the reviews about its service and I wasn't disappointed - they clean garments properly, don't cut corners and do excellent repairs and adjustments. They're not the closest cleaners to me, but it's worth travelling that bit extra for the service !

I took an much cherished vintage (Canadian 1970's i.e. irreplaceable) pale coffee and furry cream/white edged coat into Krystal Kleen last week, as I'd dropped it in a gutter taking it out of my car boot. It was covered in heavy and extensive dark oil and dirt stains. They did an absolutely brilliant job cleaning it up, restoring it totally back to its original condition. It was perfect, with absolutely no damage or changes to the fabric or fur. I was extremely impressed and very grateful. I'll be recommending their services to all my friends. Highly recommended.
