p. m.Mostly good service but absolutely the most shocking customer service from one lady everyone I've dealt with her. I arrived at 5pm (left work early) and one lady was locking the door. She would not even get my stuff at exactly closing time and was extremely rude. Terrible appreciation that most people work the same hours as they are open, so most leave work early or go into work late to drop clothes off.
Need to remove her and the place is good.
C. H.I've used this Company/service for 25 years. They have altered clothing dry cleaned, shortened curtains, cleaned curtains etc.
Today I took a new wool coat in, which was severely creased as it arrived via Amazon creased, in a bag.
The lovely blonde lady steamed the coat while I waited (10 minutes) and she didn't accept my request to pay. Brilliant service. These guys go above and beyond.
Local service and always friendly.

X.I hired a rug doctor for some difficult stains on my carpet, the lady working here on the day was extremely helpful and suggested I buy an extra stain remover which was exactly what I needed because without it I wouldn't of gotten the marks off my carpet. She also showed me how to use the rug doctor and made me feel comfortable and at ease especially as I was having a bad mental health day and was struggling with my anxiety.

The staff is friendly but is very expensive to repair shoes..definitively send them to other place / I lived near this place I took my shoes to repair but that never happens in this country so they are super missed, they repaired them but I kept one with When returning, they told me that they were going to return the amount. So I can comment on shoe repair: never repair shoes in the UK
