My carpet is cream I have a black labrador and a man that won't take his shoe's off I was considering putting a new carpet down then I thought I'll try getting it cleaned russ came out and cleaned it I was amazing the pile that was flat came up and the carpet cleaned lovely so I'm keeping the carpet and just have russ to clean it every so often brilliant can highly recommend.
