P. D.Prompt response after a phone call as needed carpet cleaned on that day. Anthony sent his colleague Laszlo of Ozone Solution 3 who turned up on time. Very professional, helpful, thorough, efficient and respectful of property. Highly recommended.
A. Y.perfect process throughout. Carpets were cleaned quickly and came up far better than they ever thought they would considering both rooms used to be children's bedrooms and had alot worn into them.
J.I booked a steam cleaning of the carpets in a new flat I was renting, and by the time everything was done, the carpets were noticeably a few shades lighter!

Contacted Antony on 23/2/2021 regarding heavy soiling on a white carpet. By the following day an operative Jordan attended my home - who fully explained the deep cleaning process, what to expect, aftercare etc in a simple and understandable manner. Delighted with the end result which is a carpet free of deep staining - looking like new. Would recommend
