I contacted Time2shine carpet cleaners about getting my carpets done for end of tenancy. I spoke to Trevor who was friendly and helpful over the phone and quoted me a very reasonable price for 2 double rooms, a hallway and 2 staircases. Trevor arrived on time, was so lovely and friendly- was great to have a chat too! The results really speak for themselves - kicking myself that I didn't get this done while we lived there! Thank you so much Trevor, I'll be contacting you for sparkly carpets again :)

We engaged Trevor to clean all our carpets prior to viewing for prospective house buyers. He was prompt in returning calls despite being very busy. Was very clear in the information he needed to give us an accurate quote, and worked with us to optimise his visit with our first viewings. He was very thorough, after carrying out a detailed inspection of our carpets, showed us areas that needed further treatment. The possibility of which he'd warned us of when providing the quote. Ultimately he carried an excellent job, gave us tips on how to maintain the carpets going forward. Most importantly gave us greater confidence ahead of opening our home up for viewings. I would definitely recommend his services.

Had my living room and stair carpet cleaned by Trev. I thought my carpet had had it and there was no saving it, 2 kids and a dog trampling mud etc through. Trev took the time to look at the individual marks on the carpet so that he could effectively clean it to the best it could be. I was astounded by the results, it turned out much better than I had ever expected. My carpet is now fresh, clean and looking so much newer again. 100% recommend time2shine for any cleaning needs!

Trev was amazing and professional the whole way through. He was very patient with me as I rescheduled the clean rug delivery a couple of times and was quick to keep me updated and reply to my messages in a timely manner. The rug came back soft, smelling nice, and looking exactly like it did when I first bought it! I'm so happy with it and will definitely contact them again if I need anything else cleaned.

What a fantastic service, I contacted Trevor at really short notice just 3 weeks before Christmas. It was very last minute as I was decorating and had all my furniture out of the room. He was fully booked but managed to squeeze me in to an 8 AM appointment. I've tried a Rug Doctor before but the results were very disappointing. I would definitely recommend Time2shine carpet cleaning, Trevor arrived promptly, explained the process and was very friendly and the results were amazing. He did send me a before and after picture but I'm too embarrassed to post them, I didn't realize just how disgusting my carpets were. 😬

Trev came and cleaned our carpets after recent building work was finished. There was dust EVERYWHERE and completely engrained in the carpet. We vacuumed before he arrived, and he did a further vacuum, acid treated the carpet staining (all explained by him but went well over my head), and did a thorough clean twice go remove as much as the building dirt he could. The difference was fantastic, the carpets looked like new, the pile was refreshed. Our stairs feel like walking on brand new carpet again!! Trev was fantastic, friendly, professional and u trusted everything he did. Thank you so much, I would recommend time2shine to anyone who needs their carpets done!!

Trevor arrived spot on time and did a great job - 3 x room carpets and stair carpet. We have two dogs and he did his special treatment to get rid of all the nasty things that they leave on the carpets! There were a couple of stubborn areas which when notified he came around and re treated with superb results - all included in the original cost. Trevor was responsive and very helpful in the lead-up to - and on the day of - getting our sofas cleaned ahead of Christmas. We had bought the sofas wine-stained (second hand), but they had also become very damp/musty due to building work earlier in the year (and so something had to be done). Prior to arrival, he sent a pre-check message to make sure that we weren’t experiencing any symptoms of covid (reassuring for other customers he had been to/is going to). Arriving promptly, Trevor tested the fabric carefully before spending time making sure that they were cleaned properly and to a very high standard. He was incredibly informative about the fabric of the sofas and the products which would also work best on them (in the event of future stains). I would recommend Trevor at Time to Shine to anyone needing any of the services he provides as his attention-to-detail and friendly nature is everything you would want from a cleaning service.

Trevor had been recommended to me by a friend. She had used him for oven cleaning a while ago but told me he now does carpets. I was told he was very thorough, really nice chap, would not rip me off and, most importantly, would do an amazing job. And he did!! We used Time2shine as our son had kicked a pint of milk over in our Lounge. We had tried to get the milk out ourselves but, enviably, made it worse. Trevor was very responsive and came out at short notice and applied a treatment and thoroughly cleaned the affected area. We thought we'd have to replace the carpet, but Trevor saved us a lot of money and hassle by resolving the issue with his expertise and specialist equipment. Trev was brilliant. I am truly amazed at the difference in my tired & very “puppy” stained carpets. They are CLEAN & smell CLEAN too. He arrived on time, was appropriately masked for Covid awareness, told me what he was doing, warned me about not letting the dog upstairs due to the chemicals, was tidy, clean, efficient & pleasant. He’s a lovely man you feel comfortable with. The work was complete in 3 hours. I am totally happy with the price & delighted I don’t have to replace the carpets as I first suspected. Trevor was fantastic. Our family recently got a puppy and Trevor was aware I was super worried of my house smelling of little puppy pees. He fitted us in (on his day off & being super busy himself) to ensure the odours & stains were removed from the carpets. I'm so impressed and relieved as everything looks, feels and smells so fresh. Trevor was possibly here, a little longer than he needed to be, as my dad was chatting away with him but Trevor was happy to make conversation, which was a lovely touch for Grandpa, made his day.
