Jon came to repair a carpet burn in my living room and his work is exceptional, very friendly and professional worker who travelled further than he normally would as I was in desperate need of his service. Communicated well from the first initial email and was on time to complete the job. I’m over the moon with the result and at a fraction of the price a new carpet would of cost. Has a great attitude of repair rather than replace and finish is excellent. Highly recommend.

When I receive amazing service I like to talk about it. From the moment I spoke with Jon the service has been impeccable. The visits to clear up flood and carpet damage have been professional, thorough and confidence building. They've obviously got the best kit available but they've got the right attitude too. "Let's do the best job we can" As you can tell, I can't speak highly enough of this extremely well-run company. From a quick call back after leaving a message, Green Man Carpet truly deliver a professional and quality service. I was able to book in within two days and the technician called me a half hour before to confirm arrival. Throughout the whole cleaning I was kept up to date and shown the true nature of what happens when carpets are clean. We used Green Man to repair our carpet which had two carpet burns which we could not clean. Green Man were absolutely brilliant and repaired the damaged marks superbly and saved us a big bill as we did not have to replace the whole carpet. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and only wish i discovered them earlier as it would have saved me a lot of unnecessary expense in replacing carpets when i could have repaired them with Green Man. Jon is a real professional and has so much knowledge and expertise you can trust him 100%, which is really reassuring. We have used him for carpets in the house that we had just bought, which didn’t seem too dirty but the amount of dirt he got out was amazing! The fact that they use eco friendly methods is a major selling point for me, especially with a baby on the way. We don’t want fumes in the air or pollutants damaging the planet. He gives honest advice and will help wherever he can. My husband has used them in the past for the carpets for his office in Bath and also on sofas that were second hand from a home with malting dogs! I would only use Green man in the future and would highly recommend Jon and his team.

Green Man who advertise in our Chew Stoke and Nempnett parish magazine came to clean my cream bedroom carpet and made an excellent job of it, we are very pleased with the result.
