z. k.For second time I use this place and I have to admit, I’m really impressed!
Every autumn and spring time I wash my duvets, as changing of the seasons, I use to live in different area and when I move to Kingswood , I needed new place to go and wash my duvets. I was really anxious about new places, but I read a lots of good reviews for that place and I decided to come and visit. Definitely not disappointed and definitely recommend to everyone!
In the pictures I uploaded you can see the prices and instructions. The place is very clean and feels really secured as there are a lots of CCTV. They have two big washers ( up to 18kg) , five medium ( up to 10kg) and two small ( up to 7kg) .
Also they have 10 large dryers ( up to today 13,5 kg) and one big dryer ( up to 22,5 kg)
The things I really love is that you can pay by phone , Apple Pay , cash , website and Text message. It’s really good to have different way of payment.
Also works every single day , that is included bank holidays and weekends.
They are a lot of institutions everywhere on the wall if you are new to this place to find your way around.
Also both of the times I went here, there was another people here and they was so helpful if you need any help, probably regular ones, as they told me which machine is best ( I believe all of them are same) but still nice of them , also they give me tip when you dry your duvet in the middle of the cycle to turned around. I’m so so happy and grateful to find this place.
There is free Wi-Fi for customers available, and free parking on the side, sometimes is busy but both times I manage to find parking spot.
Shops, barber and take away around if you wish to spend your waiting time somewhere else, if not there are really nice comfortable benches in place!
10 out of 10! You definitely must visit!

The laundrette/machines are clean and very easy to use, different payment methods, card/cash/Apple Pay.
Fast dryers and can choose a heat setting.

M. C.Great little launderette! Large and small machines and dryers. Only used the large machine and dryer at £9 per wash and £1 for 8 minutes drying time. Smaller machines may be cheaper but not sure. Take your own powder and conditioner. Cash or card can be used

All equipment looks brand new. You can pay by card with no problem.
The dryers did not burn my clothes.
In my opinion it's the best loundry in city.

L. S.The best laundrette I have visited so far in Bristol, lots of dryers and washing machines, loads of bench space for sitting down, reasonable prices, well maintained machines, warm. Well lit and free WiFi! What more can you ask for... (well a toilet but I don't think any laundrettes have those!)
C. S.Easy to use machines and great to be able to park so close. Opening hours good too. Let down by being dirty - needs a really good clean and regular floor sweeping and bin emptying!
R. B.Always use this place, hours are much better than most, real life saver coming up to winter. Prices are reasonable. Only use the dryers but never had any problems. Recommended 😁
N. S.It's an unmanned one with lots of clear signs; which is okay as long as someone will actually answer the phone when there is an emergency. I did a hot wash, twice, which turned out to be a cold wash, twice and unfortunately the machine didn't spin at the end so clothes were cold and soaking wet. It caused so much leakage! I think I picked an off day with a faulty machine. Obviously, this is no one's fault, and stuff like this must happen on occasion.
HOWEVER, I left a message on the voicemail and within 10 minutes, a lovely girl arrived to sort things out. She moved the load over to another machine and mopped up all the leakage. The next machine Still didn't do a hot wash, for some reason the water and clothes come out stone cold! Though the owner was away, she did her very best to rectify it in the circumstances and the outcome in the end was a very positive one.
R. M.Fantastic. So pleased it opens early all washing dried before 8 o'clock. Very clean and tidy. While you dry and wash you can use the wifi which is very good also.
