K. B.I can not recommend steam gleam enough. I needed my bridesmaid dresses steamed at the last minute before the wedding and they were great! They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and had them all steamed within a few days. Thank you so much! So lucky to have this service locally.

N. S.It took them 24 hours to dry cleaned my coat, but I guess it is small shop and it looked packed. For 10 pounds it is okay, but not great. The service was good and they were friendly. I was served by both the mum and the son.. I would definitely use their services again.

Iv been using this service for 4 years iv never heard seen anything like u have described i have always found they are polite helpful genuine honest and really nice yes I admit its a small family business so its bound to get busy and u may have to wait a day or 2 for ur items but that I would say is normal ...places like Morriston which I saw on here which people say they are going back to use then go ahead if u need ur items done straight away and good luck with that as thats never a thing iv experienced when iv used Morriston etc (even they can't always do items straight away ) and even if they can/ do then thats because bigger company and much more staff whereas this place mainly has 1 person and she works very hard with good attitude and results . As for the son iv never had any dealings with him so I cannot comment on that but son=male lol come on would u really expect things to run smoothly when the women are away seriously!!!! This lady never has a break or holiday and I know she was very weary of going away the time she did but everyone needs a break as she works so hard and on her own she's manic all the time yet she still manages to get ur items don't ok u may have to wait a while but hey if she's that bad do ur own bloody cleaning......

The newsagent, Kingswood Kards, in Kingswood High Street, also accepts dry cleaning, for Steam Gleam, which is also very helpful (at no extra cost). Very reasonable prices.

T. C.Nice to find a company that's honest and not just after your money. I took in some covers with a coffee stain and they told me there was very little hope of dry cleaning helping to solve the problem. After looking at the labels said I should just cold wash them (at my own risk obviously) and it worked.
Thanks for saving me a few quid, I will be back.
