It was a 5 bed property that I lived in for 2 years
After this time with 2 children there was a few carpet stains, the worst
from a bottle of calpol that the bottom broke off when it hit the floor
The service provided was a deep clean of the entire house all carpets, kitchen surfaces including the oven, tiled floors, skirting and door frames,
and any hand prints on the walls left from my kids eating chocolate.
I was very pleased with the result and didn't expect the house to be brought to a standard better than when I moved in, especially the calpol stain which could have cost me a new carpet.
I got my bond back without any issues which wasn't small on a 5 bed house.
