I am absolutely delighted with this company and the results of our carpet and rug clean. Piotr worked his absolute socks off today and is so helpful and professional and such a genuine guy, I honestly cannot thank him enough for his efforts and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. It was just so refreshing to see someone working so hard and really going over and above to do a good job for us, it's rare to find these days. I contacted two cleaning companies, the other one didn't reply, however, I requested a quote from Master Cleaning and Piotr contacted via text in a few minutes which lead to a carpet clean yesterday. Absolutely delighted with this company. A ceiling leak had spilled horrible brownish water on our new cream sofa and we were really afraid it would have to be replaced. I kicked over a bucket of oil-based paint and it was impossible to remove myself. Master Carpet Cleaner had impeccably quick service and came over the next day, what’s more the cleaning was professionally done in a day!
