Had my favorite pair of sneakers cleaned here and I’m so happy with the results. I suffer with horrible flat feet and my shoes are the only way I make it through my work day! Highly recommend!!! Not only do they do a terrific job but they are such kind individuals. If you’re looking to support a small family business then I recommend them. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic family run business to have locally on our doorsteps! I dropped my suede trainers of here to get them cleaned and hopefully get some of the stains out and what a fantastic job they did. Service was great, turn around time was faster than they said and very friendly. I'll be coming back!

Gareth is a luxury goods expert whether it is high end handbags or leather shoes or trainers he’s in the know. I was so happy to find out about this service in Colchester as I was looking for something like it after trying (and failing) to clean a pair of trainers. Took two pairs for a full clean and they are looking great now (including a pair of white adidas which look brand new now)! Have also asked about fixing a pair of trainers that have a bit of a weird shape and he recommended someone that specialises in that. Top service, will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

My experience of working with Gareth has been great! I dropped of my Yeezy boost and McQuuen’s and the quality of the service has been outstanding - great job! Gareth is a very talented and hardworking shoe specialist, so I highly recommend him if you have any issues with your shoes! I needed the cleaning to be done urgently for an event, so he agreed with me to collect the shoes at 10 pm and I have collected both pairs at 11am next day. Could not be more pleased with the service I have received on restoring my trainers - they were so battered and pretty much look brand new again! I don’t know how Dr Gs does it, it is incredible! Thank you very much, will definitely be using again in future for other footwear in need of some TLC

Incredible results with my favourite trainers, wore them beyond belief resulting in so pretty bad stains on the light coloured fabric but they came up so well and are now as good as new after having them cleaned here! The toe-strap of one of my Italian leather flip-flops, bought in Italy 8 years ago, finally came away from the fixing underneath its sole. I couldn't bear to throw them away - I had bought them in Italy and had watched them being made in Positano. I e-mailed photos to Gareth at his request and he came back with a reassuring reply that he could repair it and replace the soles on both shoes to match. I was more than delighted with what he did to return the shoes to their original condition. I highly recommend him to you and will be spreading the news among my family and friends.
