M. J.My dog was staying at a friend’s house and he defacated all over the light-coloured carpet. Some of it was watery and really soaked into the pile. The house was rented so it was potentially a big problem for the landlord (and the tenant’s deposit) if we couldn’t get it clean. Glissen rearranged their schedule to get to us in two days, and in the interim period they provided expert advice remotely about what to do in the early stages to prevent the stains sticking in the carpet. After Glissen’s visit, the carpet is better than it was before. There is no sign at all of the extensive mess the dog made. There’s a lot of science and training which goes into stain removal, which I hadn’t realised. The difference between a professional job and having a DIY go is massive. Glissen’s communication, customer service and ultimately quality of the clean were exceptional. Highly recommended.
