A. S.I contacted them on Saturday to enquire about availability of a replacement element for our fan oven not expecting a reply till Monday. Got email back on Saturday evening saying it was in stock and if I called round Sunday morning I could pick it up. Can't fault them for a service like that and advice they gave me. Oven now working again and their phone number saved for any future electrical work I have.

I dropped off the Hoover the night before and he rang the following morning told my wife the problem, the motor had gone and after telling us the price to fix the fault the Hoover was ready to collect that night.
