Simply THE BEST laundry in the UK. I've been travelling around the UK now for five weeks and used laundries from London to western Scotland and back again and this guy cannot be beaten. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful and professional and that would almost be enough but also the premises and the machines are spotless and actually work properly .. everytime! Cheers! Thanks for making my time in Coventry just a little better.

I had several bin bags of student clothing to launder which required grouping by colour and different wash temperatures. Gary was very helpful. He adjusted one of the larger machines to lower the temperature to 30deg to accommodate a bulk load and supplied me with tokens for the washing machines and 50p pieces for the dryers. The results were exactly what I had hoped for: effective wash cycles and bone-dry clothes from the gas-energy driers. Recommended!

Very well organised as it was quite busy. The gentleman kindly showed me which washing machines to use and put the powder in for me. He then loaded dryer when washer had finished. Will definitely use this laundrette again.

Never used a launderette before so wasn't sure what to do got there and the lady who worked there was extremely helpful and helped me to use the washing machine and tumble dryer also the gentleman who was there aswell was also helpful.

Never used a laundrette but had a massive backlog of towels etc cus of not being able to dry it all! Staff were really helpful and friendly made it really simple for us (had my 4 year old helping too) Would deffo recomend and will be back again monthly to get all the towels and sheets and blankets done as much easier and quicker than doing 10 washes at home :)

Been coming here for just over a year now since moving to Coventry, recently moved to Rugby but still come here due to the amazing service Gary provides. Gary is a polite and genuine guy, the service provided by him is an easy 10/10.

We Had the builders in and was unable to get to the washing machine, so I took my washing including 3 lots of bedding to Soapy Suds, I used 3 machines and all the washing was done in 35 minutes this would have taken me all day at home. The shop and machines are clean the staff are amazing and so helpful. I even managed to do some banking whilst the washing was doing and came back with a takeaway coffee, couldn't be better. First time in a laundrette and couldn’t be happier with the service. Was able to park right outside. The owner was very helpful, able to give me change and show me how to use the machine. All my washing was done perfectly and dried within an hour and a half.

They were so lovely, warm and friendly when we went in with a duvet that needed washing after our toddler had an accident. They weren't phased by it and helped us wash and dry it even though we were really going in for self-service. They were really chatty and friendly with our toddler too!

Coming from out of area but working near by often means the need to find a launderette. Stumbled across this little gem today. Staff on site very helpful and know what customer friendly service should be. Only open during office hours which could be a pain for some, however they lighten that burden by providing a service wash for a small nominal fee.

Very glad to have found this laundrette. The owner is very helpful and friendly. There are also a few parking bays just outside the shop. Highly recommend this laundrette.
