So pleased with how my wedding dress came up. We eloped so it was a bit of a stat but it came up beautifully. Sue was great when I took it in and the lady I collected it from today was just as lovely.

I like this place, I have a super king bed throw, which needed to be washed. It would not get it in my washing machine, or tumble drier. I rang and asked if they did laundry, the lady told me the price and I was pleased with that, and arranged to take it in. I was rang the next day and told it was ready to collect, very impressed being so quick. Thank you very much it was lovely to have it back so quick.

Fantastic service from the ladies in Johnsons at Littleover. I had a suit and 2 blankets dry cleaned, as well as a wedding dress clean. Jenny did a superb job on the dress thank you - looks as good as new!

Fantastic staff and my suit was done really quickly. I had a major job interview and they said they would do my suit free of charge! That was so kind of them, I cant even begin to express how kind this was for them to do this. I was very stressed but there kindness went a long way that day. Would reccomend 100%, really fast and my suit was perfectly ironed and ready for what I needed it for.

First time that I have used this service and I'm absolutely delighted, I had a pair of curtains altered, quality of work is excellent, price paid was very good value for money, time quoted for the work to be done was 2-3 weeks and they actually came back sooner. They were beautifully ironed and hanging on coat hangers. And the lovely lady (Sue) was very helpful with everything I needed to be done. Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish, will definitely recommend to other people. Thanks again Sue, you really are a star.

I dropped in on a prayer hoping they would be able to press my suit, but expecting nothing as it was vcery, very last minute. The kind lady behind the counter pulled out all the stops and worked some magic to help me out. That kind of service is hard to come by and it was very much appreciated. This dry cleaners has always been the best in Derby and this kind of excellent customer service just did more to prove me right. Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to get me out of a pickle. You are one in a million. So why only the 4 stars? It would be 5 stars every day of the week and twice on tuesdays, if it wasnt for the womans colleage. She made me feel very unwelcome and went out of her way to let me know how lucky I was to be getting such great help. Not only that, she would not even let me tip them for digging me out of a hole and chose to lecture me about that too. You could do with taking a leaf out of your colleagues book. For that kind of customer service is gold dust, whereas your idea of customer service is way off mark.
