After using several different carpet cleaning companies over the decades, from a big franchise to individuals, I will never use anybody but Aquarinse. Jordan gave prompt and friendly communication prior to booking. He arrived on time, no BS selling deep cleans like other companies. Affable guy and most importantly he did an absolutely thorough job. The previous Edinburgh carpet cleaner I used left quite a large dirty patch near my kitchen door stating that he couldn't get the dirt out as it's a "heavy traffic area" therefore I was expecting the same result today. However there is not a mark of dirt anywhere on my carpets or sofa. Very reasonable and affordable prices, no stop gaps, Jordan did my entire flat without halting and in good time. I'm not loaded by any means but I'm so pleased with the results that I gladly gave a £20 tip. Thanks Jordan 👍

M.After searching on Google for a sofa cleaner in Edinburgh, Aquarinse was the third company I called and the only one to answer the phone. I was given a cancelled appointment 4 days later. Jordan arrived punctually, was very courteous and carried the out the sofa cleaning in the time that he had inficated to me during our initial conversation. The sofa was in a very bad state after one year of two puppy dogs using it as a play area! Jordan did a fantastic job and the sofa is almost looking new. Thank you Jordan. M. H.We have use Jordan's services twice. The first one was to do a living room and the second one to do a bedroom. Both carpets had stains on them from candle wax to food, red wine, you name it (over a period of years!) The grime he sucked out and the stains he removed couldn't make old carpeting look brand new, but it suddenly gave old carpeting a new lease on life that looked good and was safe for grandkids to play on. Jordon runs his business like a winner of The Apprentice and he ought to be an inspiration for young people who think that there are no opportunities available in life. He is efficient, on time, hard working, caring and once you use his services you will recommend him to everyone you know. Not only that, HE IS NOT EXPENSIVE! No, I am not related to Jordan in any way. I am just really, really impressed that people like him exist in the world of entrepreneurs.

A. A.I called Jordan after reviewing various carpet cleaning companies online. My usual carpet cleaning company had not returned my request to contact me after 24 hrs so I decided to try another. I have nothing but praise for Jordan. Initially he was fully booked but when I explain my predicament in that I was an overseas landlord and only here for a few days, he managed to find a slot and squeeze me in the very next day. He turned up on time, answered all my questions regarding his Karcher equipment accurately and most importantly, did a better job than I had originally expected. There were a couple of stains that were historic but he tried various products and in the end was honest enough to explain that the stains would not shift as they had not been treated when fresh. I fully was expecting this as the previous company used had already tried all they could and failed. Lastly, the price that Jordan charged me was extremely fair, competitive and cheaper than my original company. I have already told Jordan that he will be asked back to do the same clean twice a year if all stays the same. Very highly recommend.
