I contacted Clarks Carpet Care as we needed a carpet cleaned at one of our holiday properties as a matter of urgency. A previous guest had vomited over the hall carpet and it needed to be addressed before the next guests arrived that day. Richard responded straight away and visit the property without hesitation as understood the urgency of the job. He was very polite, personable and professional. He also provided before and after shots of the carpet, it looked fantastic. Very pleased with the results and would highly recommend him.

Clark's Carpet Care fitted us in at short notice for a moving clean and the whole process was extremely professional. Richard was excellent. He talked us through what he was doing and what results we could expect. The results were better than expected and he gave us detail on historic stains (such as animal urine) which was invaluable when dealing with our letting agent and ensured we were able to get our full deposit back. He also gave us great advice on the best vacuum for our new house!

Richard was wonderful. He thinks of everything. He had to clean an old, rather badly stained carpet in the communal area of my apartment building. I hadn't much hope other than that the dust would be reduced - but in fact the difference is fantastic - it's really prolonged the life of the carpet meaningfully, and the really bad stains have gone. He was prompt and basically just got on with the job. Very pleasant and professional and I shall be using him again !
