Can't fault the service provided from beginng to end. Graeme was so friendly and helpful when organising dates for the cleaning. On the day Paul and Kieran turned up. They were both very efficient and did a great job with cleaning the carpets. One room had many stains after 2 years of a student living in. All the stains are gone and the carpet looks like new. Well done and I don't hesitate in recommending Access Cleaning Solutions.

Very happy with the work done at my flat. Needed to have the carpets cleaned before moving out and the team was timely, professional, and completed the job quickly - making sure to clean up after themselves. An absolutely fantastic company to deal with!!! I would definitely recommend Access for anyone looking for their carpets cleaned. They managed to squeeze us into their very tight schedule from a last minute request and were very easy to arrange a time with! In addition, the lads were very friendly! A rarity it seems these days! Very warm, chatty people with lots of knowledge of the field! Not only did they provide a great service but also lots of tips and tricks for us to carry forward! The job they did was astounding. The carpets were in a sorry state from the previous owner and despite our best efforts, we couldn't get them clean. The lads were able to transform our carpets within no time at all from filthy to pretty much brand new! Once again, I would highly recommend Access. TL;DR - 11/10 company. Great, friendly service and superb comms! We are definitely life long customers!

I spoke to Graeme this morning regarding cleaning two couches. I have a rather unusual fabric so Graeme actually suggested having them dry cleaned. He took the time to explain at length why my couches needed a different service and was absolutely lovely even though he was not able to take the business. So impressed and he would be my go to guy if I have any other general carpet or upholstery needs.

Sad story involving a poorly dog and a blood stained hall carpet... I'll spare the details, but our misery was compounded when I found out my insurance didn't cover accidental damage. A Google search later and I found Graham. The reviews gave me some hope, but I didn't want to get too excited. After speaking on the phone with him, I was struck by how knowledgeable he was and even more surprised by the estimated cost. He and his colleague arrived as planned and I was reassured instantly. He even said they wouldn't charge me if the stain remained. I actually got teary eyed with relief when I saw the depressing blood stain had vanished. The rest of my carpets look better than ever. And all for £50. I cannot recommend Graham and his company enough. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

When I phoned for upholstery cleaning, Graeme has offered to come and see the sofa and two armchairs to be cleaned. He kept me informed about his arrival time and arrived at the confirmed time. He wore disposal covers over his shoes first and then entered the house. Graeme explained the methods of cleaning he would consider after seeing extent of the dirt and studying the fabric. I felt the knowledge was there and only few minutes later I discovered his chemical science background. I was offered several potential dates for the cleaning to be carried out and agreed on a date Graeme kept me informed about his arrival time and was present at the time he said he would arrive. The work was done very well, he explained the outcome and suggested that I should compare the results between the sofa and armchair cushions as they were effected by previous use differently (about 20 years). The results were excellent and the variations in the result was explained. I am very pleased with the work, overall service and Graeme’s way of personal and professional conduct. My overall rating for Graeme’s work is ‘’Outstanding’’

I've booked Access cleaning for my flat. The two guys are awesome. They reach every corner and moves your furniture. They've done a very good job. I had Graham round this week to clean 3 carpets that had been left a mess by a tenant. I thought they were past it and I was going to have to replace them. Graham did a great job with all 3 carpets, totally honest with his appraisal of the original state and what he could and could not remove. He cleaned 3 carpets to a great level, and even did one of the big cushions on the sofa for me too. As with these other reviews, courteous & professional. I felt bad I couldn't even offer him a coffee! Would definitely recommend and use again if I need to.

I tend not to leave reviews but on this occasion, I had to make an exception. How Graeme managed to remove carpet oil staining that my wife and I had previously grappled with to no avail, only he knows. What I know is that I'm a happy customer!

I was extremely impressed with Access Cleaning. I had spent many hours trying to clean my carpets with a VACs machine but some of the stains were impossible for me to shift. The worst stains were from dog vomit on the 80% wool carpet. Graeme approached the problem in a scientific and methodical manner and managed to remove all the stains from my carpets using various chemicals. It turns out that Graeme has a Masters degree in Chemistry - you don't get much more expert than that!
