Mr Doonan was the only one out of several businesses, that responded to my enquiries to clean an HSL power recliner chair. His email response contained a great deal of information along with links to video presentations of how the cleaning would be accomplished, along with a price. We agreed on the price and settled on a date. On the date he was prompt and did a wonderful job of cleaning the chair. The work area was protected and when the cleaning complete, the area was left clean, as was the chair. The results was far and away, better than expected, and so I thank you for that. I would have anyone requiring these types of cleaning services to consider Mr Doonan above others, given his excellent business practices, openness and honesty, as well as fair pricing.
